It's in a very prime location of Mysore. Food is excellent and succulent. We stayed in a executive family room and it was a very clean and classy bedroom.

Varied menu for the tired traveller. Hotel in the centre of Mysuru. Reasonably prompt service. However hygiene could be visibly improved. Plates need to be very clean and waiters should have better hygiene.

We booked two rooms for 25th June 2018 over phone as the person from this hotel said he will offer 10% discount only for phone booking. Their website mentions limited complimentary breakfast free. There was a shock next day morning. The person said they never have the practice of complimentary breakfast at all. Much argument was dragged on by the person. Later when proof was shown from their website, he brought some more lame arguments. Later we preferred paid breakfast for four of us. Then he came running with coupons to offer free breakfast and said he is giving as a special case. This is not good as no one wants anything free and no customer is ready for such arguments. Let the management clear the matter for future guests. Thanks.

Best place to stay in mysore. Great rooms and amazing food at the restaurant. It's at the centre of the city and taxi are also available to visit different tourist spots. The rooms are clean and the service is good. Ample amount of parking space is also available.

The food is amazing. Must try South Indian restaurant. The rooms are healthy and well maintained. Good for casual stay.

Hotel Siddharta is located around 700m near the Mysore Main Bus Stand. We had been there for dinner, the Om Shanti Restaurant. The food was decent but not great service. Peaceful place with a good ambience. Overall, recommend for a decent meal.

Not impressed. Bedsheets had spots on them. Washrooms were near and clean but overall appearance of the room was boderline shabby. The restaurant in the hotel is always crowded with day tourists who are passing through the city. This makes getting a table really difficult. There are better options for both — better rooms and value for money, in the neighborhood.

Very bad service. The staff is very laid back and don't attend to the table. Even after saying we were in a hurry still no interest was taken in taking our order. Would never want to come back to this place.

Bed and toilets were clean and the room was large for Deluxe 2 bed. Pillow was below par and I had neck pain. Overall worth the stay if you are only staying for 1 night. Book in advance and the price comes below 2 K.

The rooms are very large and a lot of high class people come and stay there… you can also see a lot of tourists booking the hotel… have not tried the food so can't say anything about that.

The main plus point of this hotel is the location. Palace is at a walkable distance from the hotel. We stayed in AC double bed rooms. Spacious rooms and courteous staff, well furnished with LCD TV, but the bed sheets were not clean. No complaints on the bathroom. The restaurant in the ground floor was very disappointing. If you want to order anything other than simple South Indian dishes, I suggest you stay away from the restaurant.

Baddest hotel ever visited. I saw a big rat in hotel. I even informed management about this, the reply I got was " sir it's common in our hotel". I've uploaded a small video of 26 sec. Very unhygienic. The food also doesn't taste good. Road side common hotel serve more tastier and clean food.

I was here for lunch. Nice ambiance, if you visit here on the weekend you will have to wait to get seats. Price is very reasonable. There is wheelchair access to disabled people.

I had dinner at this hotel with my family. Very sub-standard quality of food. Price is very high. Please avoid as you have good choices nearby.

Was here for the dinner. Cold hospitality. For every question you ask there is a disinterested response. Food's not good at all. Loaded with garam masala.

The purpose of my visit was breakfast. And you will get typical South Indian breakfast but not many variety to choose from. The coffee was great. The quantity of the food is good.

Food was good in the past, but now the quality was really dropping. Management was really rude & only wants to make money. Quality & quantity is really less. I purchased North Indian thali & it was really horrible. I complain about this to management & they don't even care for this. Request all to skip this hotel.

A decent accomodation in Mysore. Very close to most tourist attraction. The Mysore palace is walking distance from the hotel. They have a very popular restaurant. It is always packed full. The food quality is excellent. The service during busy hours take considerable time. Rooms are basic nothing much to talk about. Service is friendly. The hotel lobby and other places are well maintained. Adequate parking available.

Must visit for south Indian break fast lover. Lip smacking food with friendly staff. Ample parking space, you can even park a bus.

Charging 3 times of value of meals they serve. Better to go to go to Adayar Anand Bhavan Hotel near Railway Station. I reduced the shares one. Even One star is very high.

Location is excellent. Room and bathroom was clean. But this hotel needs upgrades and above all plenty of sound proofing. It won’t bother you until you start looking a bit more intently. The taps, the corner shelves, sockets, … are either worn out, calcified or don’t work. Even fan blades were bent. But if you are not going to be spending too much time in the room, then this is your hotel. It has a very good veg restaurant attached.

Awesome combination of restaurant, lodge and rightly located next to palace! You could simply walk to palace. Courteous staff. Wheel chair friendly.

Mysore hotels are noted for their arrogance, but Hotel Siddartha is the worst I've seen. I'm writing this review after three visits to this hotel. Each time, the waiters were insolent, the food too spicy and oily and the service was really bad. We were there yesterday, at lunchtime. This time, we sat in the A/C hall. There was a bad stench in the air. The hall was almost empty since it was a weekday, and four waiters were around. But not one of them bothered to look at us. One of them eventually came over with a menu. After a fifteen minute wait, during which time we repeatedly called him, he told us lunch was not available — although we could clearly see diners in the non-AC hall eating lunch. We left the AC hall, and went over to the non AC hall. Same treatment. Waiters did not bother to respond. We complained to the manager at the desk, and he told us to simply get lost in crude Kannada. All of us walked out (we were four of us). Never again.

Hygienic place for a pitstop. The food was a bit too fatty but tasty. Loved the service. Decent ambience and the AC section has a powerful AC, so you may feel a bit cold.

Food taste was fine and Quality is good, well maintained but service is not good. The attendant was very rude and not knowing how to behave with customers. They need to understand people pay and not a free service.

I would have given zero star if there was an option. This would be first and last time to visit here. Customer satisfaction is nil here. You have to wait for very long to give order. They don't even bother to attend customers order. Food is not delicious at all. They don't even take the eaten plates. Cost of the food is too high. The worst of worst hotel I have ever seen.

Well maintained. The property is old but the rooms have been renovated. Spacious rooms. Huge parking area within the premises. Located in the heart of the city. Good vegetarian food. Restuarants are very crowded during oeak hours. Recommended.

Came for a breakfast. Horrible. Idly sambar vada (dip). Tasteless. Sambar was too much spicy. They charge 36rs per vada. Worst vada. Then we ordered set dosa. Set dosa is literally sour. They served worst food. Advising not to go here for food.

It's a nice hotel to stay in the center of the city. The rooms are just above average and the staff are courteous.

I wish I could give it zero star. The worst hotel I have ever been to. Everyone in the hotel is so rude and unprofessional be it reception or room service or restaurant waiter or even managers they are ill-mannered. If you check in to the hotel, they will treat you as burden. So don't be and don't check in. Better to go to any dharmshala I guess.

Best place for family stay. Wonderful staff… mind blowing veg restaurant… very near to mysore palace and many other interesting places. Highly recommended.
