Rsb residency is very good place to stay which has clean rooms at affordable price. It is located in Manipal. Near to it there is a hospital, petrol pump and all the items tyat arr needed.

Spacious rooms, good amenities. I was able to get a good deal through oyo rooms.

Situated near MJC and Madhava kripa school, RSB sabha bhavan is at the heart of Manipal. It has really good hotel rooms which are affordable and clean. It also has a wedding hall which can easily accommodate 1200 people. Ample parking space. Adding to this is the student accommodation that it gives at subsidized rated to who actually need it.

Conveniently located from the Manipal bus stop. The room rent is a little high looking at the neatness of the room and amenities available. Not recommended if you planning to stay solo, unless you don't care about a budget.

Well maintained and pocket friendly rooms. Reception is in the 2nd floor, location is appropriate which is near by to the hospital and bus stop. Convenient to all the places.

Good for low budgets. The whole floor might appear to be clumsy with lots of small flat rooms. Breakfast is not as expected from Oyo service.

Location is decent, rooms are satisfactory, not an amazing place to stay, but easy on the wallet, the location is near TC, the view isnt that great, all in all, it actually is a Budget stay, dont expect too much of it.

The hotel is in the heart of Manipal, very close to the Head Office of Syndicate Bank. The rooms are neat and clean. The place is well-maintained. One thing I found odd was that the reception and the rooms are in the second floor, but there's no one or no sign board on the ground floor to direct us there. Explore the place and find for yourselves!

Pleasant experience of stay with family. Well maintained bathrooms clean and tidy rooms. Buffet breakfast has good options. I would recommend this place anytime. Staff is courteous. Good service.

Very good place for weddings, programs and having lodging facilities.

I have stayed here before and loved it. The rooms that have enough beds are way to small to have kids in. Cleaning boy was extremely rude, he knows Hindi only. The mattress was so stained and disgusting. Servicing need to be improve. Front desk guy was very friendly and helpful. Near to Sindicate bank head branch.

Rooms were really good. Water supply was on point.

It's a great place. Situated In the heart of the Manipal. It has marriage Hall too. It's moderate huge. It has great parking area too. 1000-1500 people can easily be invited for the function. It doesn't have Air conditioning facility in the marriage Hall, it has many ceiling fans.

Room is good clean, staff is also good but the guy at reception was damn rude he doesn't have ethics to behave with guests no hospitality arogant. Its really not worthy coz of reception guy he will make you feel uncomfortable mannerless guy Alwaz demand for double money n such behaviour he alwaz shows for online booking rooms coz it charge less … I will recommend no for this hotel. When I reached it was morning 6 n he rudely replied no rooms available go from here as my check in was 12 pm but one uncle from hotel staff itself. Just after 35 mins he saw me asked me to check in rooms r der I just need to pay 400 but again dat mannerless guy was asking me 800 after dat wen I went for breakfast he didnt allowed me n my family to take breakfast although I did early check in paid too. Please throw him out of Rsb residency he has alot of ego for doing nothing.

This is good Stay hotel in Manipal. Close to main road. Staff is friendly. Wi-Fi hot water available. A morning Breakfast also included. Recommend for families. Rooms are good.

Nice and clean hotel with obedient staff. Food quality is acceptable. Location is excellent, close to Tiger Circle. Recommend!

Stayed twice. They good service breakfast complimentary (mainly South Indian. But they provide corn flakes Chocos. Etc) decent rooms, cheap compared to other hotels with this facilities.

Bookings made through Oyo guarantee a better room at the same (or lesser) cost.

It's a pretty good placed located near some good restaurants. Stay is also affordable and good.

Nice place n the point where we can access main road n transportation.

Worst place to stay. The room stinks. Rooms are constructed well but shabbily maintained. Blankets & pillow stinks. They say 24/7 hot water but its available only in the morning, if one needs later then you will have to ask room service. They will get a bucket of hot water. Not worth paying that much money. If they improve on cleanliness definitely its worth the money.

During the 2 night stay, didn't have housekeeping coming in. Hot water is available only during morning. Complimentary breakfast is not great either. On the positive side, the rooms are clean and well maintained; the Wi-Fi works well too.

It is good standard hotel with cleanliness & veg food. One can order non veg food from outside. It is spacious, well lighted.

We stayed in Oyo rooms. The service was okay but the rooms were excellent. Food is poor. Bathrooms were nice. Overall a good place to stay.

Stayed with family of 4 for 3 nights in their OYO rooms. Well-maintained; rooms on the 3d floor (lift available) ; spacious parking; located near town center; sumptuous buffet breakfast (complimentary with OYO rooms) ; prompt room service; no lunch/dinner facility.

Amazing stay with great service. With the money. Best staff in the area. Most affordable in the area.
