The resort is very bad in terms of communication. Booking reservation system is useless. We had a lot of trouble staying there with that atmosphere where nothing is clear when asked something. We wanted to find out few things like Dubare elephanth camp, theppa boat ride and Wildlife Safari contact details and location the resort hesitated to give. Resort front desk had called to our room and they say you need to vacate and move to low category room. We had booked 2Rooms 3nights and 4days for heritage pool villa, but due to lack of communication at their end, after 2night that is 3rd day morning I get a call you need to check out from the heritage pool villa to a low category room even though we had paid the amount for all the 3nights for heritage pool villa. During the check-in the resort needs to explain our package which is booked and they need to reconfirm from us at time of entry. We explained the resort people we have come with kids who are two 5 year old and one 8months old baby, they were very rude no sir you need to checkout to a lower category room the other guest has arrived we cannot keep them waiting. We also told them we are regular travelers for your other properties which is in hampi and kabini but still they were not even bothered about their regular customers who travel to their properties. We were very clear telling there is a 8months old baby you cannot do this but they were very adamant.

Worst worst property I have ever been to. We had our diamond bracelet been robbed from our room. They don't have proper cctv cameras. No clear view. Why do v prefer a 5star property when we are not safe… Absolutely no coordination from the staff. We have filed a police complaint against the property and staff… That's the last thing we wanted to do on a leisure holiday. Had to see the police station… We were all thoroughly checked at the hotel with our luggages but none of the staff were checked. They didn't even give a refund for our stressful scary stay here. The chairman didn't even have a courtesy to communicate with us. The staff always said he is busy. After the robbery we were even scared to let our kids even outside our room. I would never recommend EVOLVE BACK group of hotels to anyone for the safety of your family or your belongings.

A place away from home in the jungle. When they say welcome to the jungle, in every Essence it is luxury in the jungle and across the wide span of plantations. The Hostess Neetu is fabulous. The staff rating is 5/5. They don't know the word "NO" Loved it, love it and always will every trip I do.

Nothing but 5 for this wonderful place! Make the choice right away and book the dates! The best experience (besides the natural beauty of the place) is the FOOD! We were transported to heaven at the first bite itself. All vegetables and other greens are organically produced in the resort itself, so be rest assured at the quality :) The staff made sure our trip immensely memorable! It was great to have had my honeymoon at Evolve Back! Thank you Evolve Back! :)

Team evolve back I give you 5 on 5 for your housekeeping and wonderful dining experience. Kudos to you for making that experience wonderful. Excellent spa experience also. But I m bit upset with other things for which I would give 0/5… Your management says it's plantation based resort and some times snakes can come in… Oh my did u tell me on your website. I wouldn't had book it any cost and you say the snake are. Non poisonous… Has it been written on snake… oh my god! Without seeing how can you judge. You claim it to be silent resort but there was plantation work going on creating lots of disturbing sound. Big tractor sound coming. Guys you say you are eco friendly. I don't think so… you may disagree. I have my views on it. It's a bit risky with your 3 year old son… I don't him to be frightened. I want my family to be safe. Team evolve back guest safety is above all things. Though you have a great staff and all things are really appreciated but I m sorry I cannot accept safety above anything.

It's a huge property with loads of greenery… It's like you feel being a part of the nature. It has a separate pure vegetarian restaurant. The activities are good n worth doing like nature's walk, plantation walk and bird's watch. Overall it's beautiful and has a lot of scope for improvement…

Awesome place along with awesome staff and great food. Being in nature with luxury was awesome feeling. Pool side villas are so great you will never regret. Staff is also so great always ready to help. Food is awesome you will have so many options that you will run out of choice. Overall it will be great to stay for a weekend with families.

Real five star luxury. Each cottage have its private mini pool and jacuzzi. It's two room bath cottage. No vehicle inside only electric cars so away from noise and pollution. Food very good is included. There are three restaurants to choose dining. They organise activities in morning and cultural program in evening. Most of the activities are complementary but few are chargeable. Nice place to relax. Have good Yoga teacher and good chef.

Just had a wonderful weekend here. Was fantastic. Great ambience. Good outing with nature. There was rain which added to the wonderful experience. The staff were really good. Would definitely recommend to people who would like to be close to nature. Great food.

I really feel nature's natural holiday destination of coorg is Orange county… being a hotelier Orange county made me to pick few things to implement in "copper edge"

Nothing better than this. The place is great you feel you are in a forest with birds chirping all time. Great place for birding and nature lovers. To top it all the service is the best you can get. They ensure you have a great time.

It's a big property and we'll maintained. Rooms are spacious and neat. Food is good they provide all cuisine to choose from in buffet. Room service was very good and staff is polite and courteous. Good hospitality overall satisfied.

Overall had a good stay there — house keeping staff and restaurant staff were very cordial and helpful. But there was a rat in my room and while the staff did manage to catch it eventually, I was told that it wasn't that big a deal because the hotel was in the midst of a plantation and wilderness and so this could be expected. That spoilt the whole experience for me. Plus staff at the time of our departure was rude. So our holiday ended too on a bad note. They clearly haven't evolved — despite their tag line. Unlikely I'll go back there. Try Taj the next time.

Wonderful drive to the resort, an even more stunning resort. Hospitality on point, super clean and beautifully decorated open spaces. Orange County offered us some really good Coorg coffee, which is available to buy at their haystack gift shop.

This place is a once in a lifetime experience. From the exquisite room with a private pool/Jacuzzi to the organic food and coffee. I gained a bigger appreciation for the food, the coffee and the people who make it all happen. Now, I'm dreaming of the day I come back… This is worth the long travel and money.

Really a good treat. Favourably comparable to any five Star Carabian island resort. Very good and caring staff. My wife had difficulty in walking, the staff was very helpful in giving support. Hostesses very friendly and enjoyed working with guests. Definitely recommend to our friends.

I can't think of a better location for my honeymoon. I availed the Honeymoon package and it's one of the best decisions I took. The place is amazingly beautiful with excellent hospitality of the staff. It is an ideal location for people who enjoy a peaceful vacation with freedom to do things of their own. I will recommend this place to everyone.

It is an best place to experience nature. Talking with ganesh sir is an excellent. JAIN people us believing to eat in pure veg restaurants (plantiaen leaf restaurant) but many items were brought from granary restaurant (veg and non veg)

I just love this resort and never get tired of staying here. Peaceful atmosphere among nature, beautiful resort with lovely cottages and delicious food. Most of all their hospitality is excellent.

As u enter the resort gate you will feel special… the ambience n the greeting as we stepped out of our car on arrival was very special. The welcome n the briefing done was spot on. The staff were very warm n friendly. The villas are mindblowing. The food n activities will keep you occupied during ur stay. The peercorn restaurant n tree house dinner is a must. Orange County Coorg is luxury personified. Right from the ambiance to the interiors to the hospitality, the service. The food (they have 3 restaurants serving delectable cuisine) to the nature walks and the sight seeings they provide;is fantastic. The villa with jacuzzi and swimming pool attached is awesome. Truly worth every rupee one spends. Orange County has been the best experience of my life.

Orange County was so awesome. I got to go there for my Birthday. The resort was so nice the nature and the peace is so beautiful. The room with the private pool is so nice the view from the room is perfect, I liked how there was a small garden type thing in the bathroom. The food was nice, the cultural program's were nice. The staff are really nice and housekeeping the way they made the animal towels were really awesome :) there was one front office staff who help us the whole time we were there was really nice and helpful and sweet. Its was really nice how they kept call to ask me how is my birthday and if I need anything. Going to Pepper corn restaurant for my Birthday was really nice. The Happy birthday cake was nice too :).

I went with my wife and 2 kids for 4 days. I had booked a private pool vila. Welcome was ok. First the positives. We enjoyed the rooms. Pool. The view. Cultural activities. Food. The natural beauty is ultimate. Nature walks. Now the negatives. They assigned a executive to us, who scrwed up our first 2 days. Didn't tell us anything about the facilities. We struggled a lot with kids. We were not told about the facilities available to take care of children. Especially when we. The parents were having food. All of the staff except a few discriminate Indians. They give all the attention possible to Caucasians. Which is very cheap of them. And to top it all flush in our toilet was not working intermittently. I have complained. Let's see what they do. But the manager's listed to my complaints very keenly. Hope they care. For their own good. PS:-we don't need discount or free stay. We r ready to pay. Even extra than what u ask for. Just provide proper service. That's all. Dr Naveen Gopal. Thank you.

A superb experience! The environment, accommodation, food and service were all excellent. Our self contained hut was spacious with a living/dining room, bedroom, bathroom and jacuzzi. Fresh fruit provided and everything in the mini bar was free — but no alcohol provided : — (Staff were friendly and helpful. They visited the hut several times during the day to tidy and prepare the bed at the end of the day. Our naturalist guide on the boat and jeep safaris was well informed. His love of the forest and enthusiasm about the birds and animals was infectious, and it was good to know that the Jacuzzi was ready for us to relax in upon our return to the resort. Highly recommended.
