Rooms were absolutely awesome. Well-maintained property! Lot of indoor and outdoor complementary activities were available. The pleasing weather and the beautiful property will never fail your expectations and imaginations! Never miss this Club Mahindra resort if you are visiting Coorg!

Good resort to stay in. Many activities are offered by the resort, kids also have separate play areas for them. They even have swimming pools which are well maintained. Plantation walks are really beautiful and helpful, especially for the city kids. They also have a very helpful staff to guide throughout the stay. Good restaurants are also there, but a little on the expensive side. But they do offer good vouchers for the members. Also they have kitchenettes in some of their rooms, which is really advantageous. Overall — good and relaxing stay.

Beautiful property and the service is excellent! Rooms are spacious and the nature view is so refreshing. Food spread is very good but costs a bomb! All other services are charged but expensive. Definitely a wonderful experience!

Quite over expensive for the facilities and benefits offered. The resort is well built with lush greenery. Courteous staff. Mahindra club resorts are anyways expensive. But you have a other resorts in the vicinity that offer lake side stay and similar facilities offered by Mahindra at lower rates. You would repent to have paid too much for Mahindra later.

Very nice place. Very good climate. Rooms are quite good swimming pool is mid class. Staff is good activity room is large and good. Food is taste less (for those who like to eat tasty and spicy food), but they can prepare the optional dishes if you demand so its okay.

This was my favourite club Mahindra property and I realised you can spend time all alone doing your favourite activities. They have amazing food! Love every single dish served. The next is the activities here. They have a swimming pool, fish spa, games room for children, coffee art and also guided plantation tours. I took the plantation tour to a coffee factory and saw the entire process. This resort is huge and you have a lot of walking space. I achieve about 12, 000 steps a day. While I was there, I also saw a wedding happen. You have private roads that lead to the resort so it’s safe to take stroll.

Beautiful place to stay with a natural habitat and stress busting greenery. Loved the place! Price was reasonable when booked through online portals like agoda. Food was great with a wide spread buffet. A little expensive though. Everything went well except for their sales efforts to subscribe for their membership was little pushy. The representative was literally pushing me hard but was saying don't feel pressurized. Kinda frustrating during vacation time. That apart all was well. Would recommend it to IT employees FOR a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful cool gogreen place. Rooms r spacious n well maintained. Besides rooms d spread of food 4 times in a day was EXCELLENT. Very polite n courteous servers (room n food). Cheap shopping in d Club itself. Stuff was very good. keep it up.

Good place. Ask for the local trekking point which is worth it. Food is good and plenty of space to walk within the campus. Pool and clubhouse is also a great place to unwind. Rooms are spacious. Worth visiting with family and friends. Outdoor activities are available and you can try them.

Wow! What can I say, this place, Club Mahindra Coorg is like a natural kingdom, everywhere you look, north, south, east or west, you will find beautiful green trees and plants. The ambience here have healing properties. They have a really welcoming atmosphere here. Room are beautifully built including the bathrooms. Clean and warm. They have everything in here, you do not need to go out of his place for anything. Swimming pool, gym, so, playground, fun zone, Wi-Fi spot, jungle adventure games, you name it and it’s there. A huge Peking space for your vehicles. Swift room service. Basically you just need to come here with your clothes and of course money. :D I’m simply loving this place.

Nice huge property, ample space to walk around. Good spread in terms of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall had a great experience staying at the place. Though most of the activities are paid. The staff do organize some small activities like cricket, and treasure hunt.

Fabulous hotel premises. Nice natural built hotel. All amenities are present and mostly everything is chargeable but its good. The night activities are very enthusiastic and amazing. Good for teenagers and children.

Natural beauty is well maintained. It's a big property and we'll maintained. Rooms are spacious and neat. Bathrooms are too small. Food is good. They provide all cuisine to choose from in buffet. Room service was very good and staff is polite and courteous. Only problem is that all the activities are paid.

Amazing experience, good place to stay if you need peace of mind. The service is good, clean rooms and attentive staff. Every staff working here is always smiling and greet you instantly. The resort is well planned, taking in to consideration that a family has old people and small kids. They have activities for everyone, all age groups. Nobody here will every get bored and would definitely recommend this place to others. The property is very well maintained with beautiful flowers and trees around. The food served is also good but pricey. They have too much of variety in the buffet meal, you will definitely go puzzled by the variety of food served here. I will love to go again sometime.

Good place to spend time with your loved ones. Food is too expensive. You have a coffee maker, refrigerator and a micro wave Owen in every room. You also have a toaster in the room. Go prepared to make light food yourself so that you can save a lot of money. Spa services are very poor. You will not be satisfied with the massage they give. Adventure sports are good but little costly. Overall a descent place to visit…

Nestled in the rain forest in a colonial time room setup, this club Mahindra property stands out in comparison to others. The ever attentive and greeting staff with some great food and 3 restaurants make this resort even more inviting. Full marks to the bar which offers some great forest views and unique birds make for a soothing ambiance. Activity room caters kids as well as adults. Great adventure activities awaits you. Kids play area is also spacious with good quality toys.

Great place for nature lovers! The hotel is surrounded by jungle and is situated at a high altitude. Food and Rooms are great. There are also a lot of activities to do inside the hotel premises. Spa services are also available at the hotel. Only problem is that the Hotel doesn't provide accommodation for drivers, so if u have a driver with you make sure to book a room at a home stay nearby. Overall the cleanliness, food and the ambiance at the hotel is great! Great place for a break from your city life!

We had a nice stay here. The resort is spread over a large area, has comfortable rooms, good service, friendly staff, nice greenery. At the same time since the area is big, need to walk more, and there are no lifts. The resort serves the best food in the city. Although the prices are high, but it's worth. Note that the serving is also large.

We stayed at club mahindra for a few days. The experience was really awesome. The location of the resort is near the city but yet far enough that you would feel like you are close to nature. The resort is huge and are large part of it is natural vegetation including coffee plants. It surely gives the feel of being in jungle yet very safe. The resort has two restaurants both of very high quality. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner. The only downside being that it was slightly expensive. 2 days of dinner cost us around 4-5 k. They also have a leisure center where you can participate in multiple activities including dance parties. The activity center is great for kids. Overall a very nice stay.

Nice location. The resort is very big. You can spend a day easily by roaming around inside the resort. The service was overall above average except we had to wait some time to get the rooms (we were a big group, hence our experience might have been a one off). Food is average and could be better. We also had a bitter experience of getting the paint from walls on our clothes (Probably from the moisture as we went during monsoon or it was freshly painted). But management dry cleaned all the clothes free of cost without any stain within hours. Service: 4 Food: 3 Cleanliness: 4 Rooms: 4 Ambience: 5

The room was super comfortable and up to Club Mahindra standards. Great service throughout our stay. Swastha — the spa center is expensive and they are always booked.   Kids play area and fun zone are made nicely. Food quality was nice and better in buffet surprisingly than the in room dining. The staffs here, especially in the dining area were extremely helpful and customer satisfaction oriented. But as usual they keep it very expensive. The location of their bar too is a bit pain. They can keep it on ground level with easier access.

Aesthetically built construction which retains the feel of the rain forest. Great Ambience. Excellent service. The architect has done a great job in designing the spa. The ambience and the music is indeed very soothing. The rooms are just ok with minimal facilities. They do not provide hand towels unless you ask for it. There is not even a box of tissues! The food is good but the charges are exorbitant. Overall a great place for a holiday.

Best resort experience! A lot of fun activities are also here, which include cycling, quad biking, zip lines and more adventure activities. The place is well located in coorg and the overall experience, ambience and feel is amazing!

Beautiful location, place for nature lover. Huge area is covered in resort so too much of walking, beside people who love nature will feel blessed at these place. Very good food with three different restaurants. Fun activities organized by resort staff is also very enjoyable, adventure park is also a great memorable experience for all ages.

Excellent rooms, very well maintained resort and great service. Stay here gives you a forest environment. There are nice fun activities and the travel desk arranges trips for local sight seeing.

Not worth the money. 1. Be prepared for leech bite if you take the rooms in basement. Leech was found in our blanket. They should do something about this. 2. Took 3 hours to transfer the luggages from reception to our room in-spite of repeated requests 3. I was expecting a 5-start resort to do basic quality checks before handing over the room to guests. To my surprise, the curtains were dirty. They we trying to change the curtains for one hour. The support staff visited our room four times during one hour to figure out the curtain size and finally they managed to change the curtain after an hour. 4. Food was awesome. Worth the money.

I've been here's twice and can't think of any other place if I want to go to Coorg. Located among lush green trees, adds a distinct charm to it. A lovely-cozy-serene place to unwind yourself. This place buzzes with lot of activity in the evenings. Food is costlier here, staff is polite and courteous.

Amazing place. One of the largest properties of Club Mahindra. Very natural and scenic location. Apparently, it's a redesigned ancestral home. Regardless, the rooming is quite spacious. No air conditioning, but you won't need that; since the average temperature dips between 15°C — 21°C. A nature lover's dream!

This is the fourth resort of Club Mahindra that we visited. So far, in terms of location and beauty, it is amazing. However, there are some serious concerns as well. Location and Property: Amazing location. Few kilometers away from Madikeri. The road is hilly two lane without divider with no street lights. So, reaching there during day time is best unless you have a seasoned driver with you who knows the roads very well. The property is very well maintained in spite of all the odds of the terrain. There is coffee plantation inside the resort itself. Tonnes of greenery which almost looks like a forest. A lot of walking space inside the resort. The adventure zone is great with a variety of options in terms of activities. Rooms: All the buildings have some name based on a local berry like Lakoocha, Jojoba, Kokum etc. And are equipped with a kitchenette besides the double bed, sofa, bathroom and a balcony. The rooms are good and well maintained with good level of cleanliness. The towel art were amazing to see everyday. Staff and Service: The staff, in general in reception and housekeeping, is very good and helpful. They did a good job of ensuring that the stay was pleasant and that we face least problems. Our Holiday Consultant, Sachin Daviah, was very humble and gave a good tour of the resort, explaining things in very detail and suggesting options to move around in Madikeri. However, there were two instances where Club Mahindra staff became a nightmare for us.

LOVE this resort. So beautiful with trees as much part of the campus as much as the accommodation rooms, this is a delight for nature lovers with wide variety of birds chirping all thru. Sure its a big campus to walk around and most of the touristy places are 2 hours away from this resort (travel costs as you need a cab to visit places, unless you have a car). But the place is downright beautiful and staff is really courteous. They have plenty of activities for kids and adults. Food is expensive. This is the best Club Mahindra property. Period.

One of the best properties in Coorg! Honestly speaking, Club Mahindra Madikeri has been the highlight of my recent trip to coorg. There's nothing else much to explore in coorg, as such. The only drawback with Club Mahindra properties is food! It' damn expensive (1800+taxes) and no option for Jain food. Thanks to its proximity to main madikeri market and good pure veg restaurants (especially Udupi restaurant), I had a wonderful time! :)

Awesome club mahindra property. Amazing atmosphere, like a rain forest. Spacious rooms and best service. Minimum 3 days to enjoy. Also great food and acticities.

Stay was superb… Nice valley facing rooms were given. Food taste was ok but the service of the staff was fantastic. Specially like around 3.00am we were hungry and service staff Mr. Vimal Ramesh surprised us with sandwiches and fresh juices. That was simply great. We thank Mr. Aiyyappa frontoffice staff was very friendly with our kids and very helpfull. We wish him all success. Will come back soon…

Centrally located, and well furnished, this property is one of CH's better ones. Service is quick and pleasant, and the food on offer is exceptional. There are innumerable activities for the adventurous, ranging from ATV riding and zip lining to snooker and Xbox. The lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms is really disappointing though. Even in the dedicated 'Wi-Fi zone' that the resort maintains, the Internet is sketchy and often slow.

Very beautiful resort and well kept one. Dedicated area to keep your kids engaged and active. We had a very relaxed family time. Food was good as well. I would love to revisit them in monsoon season and enjoy the greenery better.

Great place for a vacation. Food, in-resort activities, the rooms, all are exceptional. But, its expensive if you aren't a Club Mahindra member.

If I could rate Zero, I would. The worst resort I have ever come across. Horrible customer care. Had jarring music aging both nights. Seemed like a dance bar while we paid 22k for 2 nights. Honeymooners should never ever ever come here. You will get no peace and quite. The staff is unwilling and outrightly rude. Having asked some ten times to turn the music down they did not listen. They allocated a room near the activities zone wherein every evening for 3 hrs they play tacky music and trouble in room guests. They do not have an auditorium for such activities and ruin the peace and quite which travelers need after a day of travels and adventure only to come back and get a migraine and spoil an evening which they were looking forward to with family Or friends. Atrocious, horrifying, discourteous, and plain tacky is what is resort is. The front desk called on the second day of our stay asking us to check out wherein we had booked for 2 nights, the green cardomom restaurant host asked us to wait for 5 mins without letting us enter saying he needed to check if we were in a MAP plan, he would refuse to let us enter the restaurant till he verified with the front desk. Don't know what kind of show are they running. We asked a manager to come and hear the noise levels in our room which was evidently more than the normal decible noise levels for the human ear. The Front office Manager — Ms.

The property is well located and fairly well kept (the water did not drain from the sink). In today's day and times absence of internet connectivity in the rooms is a big disadvantage. The check in staff was extremely friendly. The buffet was good but could be better. Sorry, I like crackers and cheese over a speed of desserts.

We were there from 15th to 17th Oct 2015. The place is very good but service is not upto mark. Wait for check-in. Room given to us had electricity issues. Finally they changed the room so had to pack all the luggage back so that we could move to new room. In new room given to us toiletries were missing. Got it after couple of hours after two repeated calls to reception. Swimming Pool gets closed early evening. Service not efficient. Trying to sell two meal coupon (Breakfast + Dinner) to guest already having breakfast included.

The place is really beautiful. Heavenly ambience! Simply loved it. The activities are well planned. I personally enjoyed the DJ and Dances performed by the working staff. Good food and personally thanking Mr. PRAKASH who cooked Special Jain food for all of us. He really managed well for our group Jain food. Overall very soothing experience in the resort property☺

Awesome views and great location! We visited in the month of July. Perfect Weekend to get rid of the hustle — bustle of city life. Pros — Amazing authentic coorg food! Especially Chef Ravi is awesome, very friendly. Must try specialities — Akki Roti, Coorg Chicken Curry and Pandi Curry! They also gave us a complimentary cake for our anniversary. Big thanks to Chef Ravi because of whom we got to experience and relish authentic Coorg food! Cons — Nothing which bothered us so much, overall a good experience.

Excellent weather in June. Nice place to chill. Friendly staff. Wish they served proper Coorg food e. G. Pork curry.

Awesome place, attentive and professional staff. Loads of activities and fun events. Only deterrent was food. Food taste was not good. For the price I shd call it pathetic.

I would take this opportunity to thank all the staff of club Mahindra Coorg for making our recent trip a memorable one. We had been there to celebrate the 75th birthday of my mother in law. She has difficulty in walking as she had broken her hip last year and had to undergo a surgery. The staff was extremely caring and made sure she did not have to walk long distances and she was always picked up from the room and taken to the dining room and also around the resort. Thanks for the transport staff for the pick up and drop. Special mention to Jason, Rashmi, Ganesh, both the chefs Rajeev and Vinay Kumar Singh. Food was awesome and the 2 girls who welcomed us with so much care at the dining hall. Sometimes I wonder if they get sufficient rest. Prashant from the house keeping was very diligent in carrying out his work. He created a beautiful dog from the towels. Thanks Prashant and keep up the good job. Rakesh at the activity centre sang beautifully and should pursue his passion in singing. Thankyou sir for your patience in listening to us and providing an opportunity for singing.
