This is a beautiful place and easy to locate since it is right beside the road. The rooms are rather old, but are attractive with vibrant colours. The sharing rooms that we booked are located behind a place built for drying clothes, and hence don't have a good view. The beds we were given too weren't cozy. Booking these rooms isn't really worth it. The best think about this place is the staff — especially the manager, Sanjay. He is very accommodating. He helped us a lot with arranging the food, planning the trip etc.

Over all great experience, staff was very supportive, we took 2 cottages, rooms were very clean and breakfast quality good. Liked the place, Cauvery river next to just road crossing and veg food easily available in Udupi restaurant.

Overall a good experience. The rooms were clean and maintained periodically. The staff was also supportive. I think its a good place for stay if you go to the Coorg side as all the tourist destinations are near from the hotel.

Rooms were clean and airy. And the location was perfect. Hotel does not have kitchen of their own… So the last order is only till 10:30.

Recommended for short stay… Very close to bus stop… Friendly staff — v had forgetten our cell phone in bus. On coming to know about this the reception staff Sanjay and cab staff Deepak helped us at 4am by using all thier contacts and got us our cell phone safely. Food was good. It comes from Udupi hotel right opposite to resort. Resort has cottages and rooms. Three indoor games… And awesome location and we'll maintained garden… Very near to nisargadhama… Where one can drop in for shopping and nature walk and boating. They also offer barbeque and camp fire on informing beforehand.

Staff is very caring. They arranged for for us at mid night However we didn't get the room we booked but inspite of that they have foosball table carrom board and Table tennis And at night they organise bonfire for all their customers with music it was quite exciting and entertaining for all of us.

Only thing matters for Hotel management is Money. According to photos its looks a very big lawn but its very small Will share my views point by point. Location: Located on road and first thing we cannot call it a resort as there are no amenities, so people willing to have different feel of resort and greenery better to choose something else. Service Quality: Property is full of big Red ants, lizards and insects. We went outside and came back to room, room was filled with big Red ants and lizards even if all doors and windows are closed. In 2 days of stay we had called room cleaning 6 times. Food & Drinks: First time in my life I saw a Resort/Hotel without a kitchen. As there is no Kitchen you wont get even coffee/tea/milk. Amenities: Other than a small lawn there is nothing, and due to less parking space we had kept our vehicle outside compound on road. Value for Money: Size of cottage is very small, On call they have told that it can accommodate easily 5 adults easily, Said there will be a living room and a bedroom each with a cot and a Sofa in living room, But it a single room with a 6 feet wall partition like a school hostel. And worst part is we as a joint family went with 4 kids. 2 kids we had paid in Goibibo and 2 were infants so we doesn't mention. Hotel management were asking extra charge of 1600 for 2 extra kids. But we doesn't even requested any extra bed for kids. The management lady on call was talking very rude saying you have to pay extra for infants.

It was a good experience. We couldn’t spend much time here as we were headed elsewhere. We spent a night here and the rates are acceptable. Sadly, there is no restaurant here so you have to find another place to eat.

The good: The staff was effective and prompt. Breakfast was decent. Across the Nisargadhama though it has not got anything major to see these days. The family room beds are big for 4 of us. Now the bad: Overly expensive for the quality of the room and amenities (More than 14k for 3 nights with tax). No air condition in the family room (2 beds) is a complete bummer. Rooms are full of pest (ants, lizard, mosquito). The landscape of the property is currently different compared to what is seen in the photographs.

Nice spacious rooms… value for money… there's no restaurant inside… it's across the road right in front.

Some rooms are excellent and some are not great. I got one which was very old (furniture bed bedsheets TV etc) other 2 rooms we got were good.

Located on the highway its a decent place. Usually calm. It has a banquet Hall kind of place for functions. It's almost diagonally opposite to Nisarga Dhama and it's just outside Kushal Nagara. But it doesn't have a kitchen. For guests the breakfast is complimentary which is bought from outside and the taste is good. The spread of items is also very satisfactory. Though there is no kitchen there are lots of vegetarian and non vegetarian restaurants velvety close to the place. The rooms are well maintained. This is also close to the Buddhist monastery.

Ambience and services are awesome.

High resort for its locality, a little affordable too, good for organizing events, has a descent space for small gatherings, accessibility from the main city is slightly an issue, but considering the city growth it's a better place.

The casiita is a beautiful place to enjoy the ambience and the rest of the region. Abeautful place to enjoy food n drinks for the family and friend circle at ease.

It’s a great place. We stayed in a family room and it was sufficient for four people. But there is just one bathroom for four people. It’s maintained very clean and neat. It looks exactly same as shown in the pictures. Breakfast is tasty. Staff are also courteous. But the only problem is it’s just beside the main road and they don’t have a restaurant inside the hotel. You can go out or call room service for food. And this place is not in Madikeri (Coorg) if you have a own transport it shouldn’t matter.

It's a decent place, wouldn't call it a resort. If you are a couple looking to stay at a cottage, then you can chose this place. It's not located in any kind of estate nor surrounded by lush greenery but rather on kushal Nagar main road, couple of kms away from busy city but let me tell you, Inside the cottage you will not hear any noise it's quite… the cottage itself is very spacious, the bed too is big and wide. Bathrooms should be upgraded, it had a proper geezer with western toilet. But the look and feel of the bathroom is very ordinary. They don't have a kitchen (at least I didn't see one) or restaurant with them, food needs to be ordered by you, the staff will have a boy get it for you from a nearby restaurant and once delivered, you pay them immediately. Morning breakfast is south Indian food which is OK tasting. No play area, no swimming pool, no pool/snooker or TT table. Only one carom board which is always occupied. The BIGGEST plus is the location from where you can visit all the major sightseeing, most of them are half hour away from the resort.

Casiita in Kushalnagar Coorg Beautiful resort includes, villa's or hotel rooms for staying. It's also like a homestay. A good holiday spot for busy lives. And also Wonderful place for ceremonis, like marriage, naming ceremony, reception, for making party etc. It is opposite to Nisargadhama.

A good place but it's located in Kushal Nagar. Bottom of Coorg hills. From here you need to travel 30kms to reach Coorg. Resort located with good environment. Maintained well. Offering breakfast as a complementary.

Opposite to nisargadhama! The cottages are good. But the rooms in the main building is more like an old lodge!

Nice place with basic amenities. Only one Sou the Indian item in breakfast and bread is available. Just opposite to Nisargha dhama which is man made forest.

The room quality is not in match with prices they don't have a restaurent for food we need to go out otherwise if you order they will get it from outside. They have good parking place arrange camp fire when almost all rooms are filled.

We stayed at the Casiita from 29 April to 1st may 2017 and must say, very good people. Sanjay particularly is very helpful person. Thanks to him. Only breakfast needed to improved a bit. We stayed at ac cottages, and they were great.

It's a superb place to stay, the rooms were well maintained and the staff's were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay at Casiita and we prefer to stay here the next time if we go to kushalanagar.

Wonderful place. Good hospitality. We literally paid them after 48 hrs after checkout (. During demonitisation). That's the trust. Overall good. Tons and maintenance is also good.

Okay kind of resort (not actually a resort) … No facility apart from tea and Wi-Fi. Good if you plan to stay outside most of the day.

Not worth the money. Rooms are not clean, you only get warm water no hot water.

The place was pretty good. Great staff, very helpful. Although we weren't aware of the extra cost that was charged at the end for campfires. They could have made it clear beforehand. It was a very good experience nonetheless.

Some villas are good. No restaurant in the report. If you book with breakfast they served outside food. No more option in it. Budget category resorts.

Best location to stay. Facilities provided are very good. I had stay there with family and some friends. Overall very good.

It's a decent place to stay. Got clean rooms, playing space & few games for a group to spend good time. The staff is cooperating in many ways. Overall found more than we expected in this place for our trip.

Don't stay here. It is neither a guest house nor a resort nor a hotel nor a homestay.

Amazing location and the staff are very friendly. The place being located near the high way gives it more plus point. One when going to Kushalnagar should stay here.

Pathetic restort. Rooms were not cleaned. After waiting for 3 hours got the room cleaned. Only 2 person in resort for your service who doesn't respond to you. Bread butter & tea is only there in free breakfast if provided. A really bad experience.

Hi, I had the worst ever experience of staying in a cottage. The first thing I hated was the weather and none of the rooms here were air conditioned in spite of such a hot weather. In fact, I felt like it's hotter here than Chennai. As soon as I entered the room my head started aching which was absent until I was out. I don't know what's wrong here. And, during nights we had the worst nightmare. There were frequent powercuts and they did not switch to generator. Sweat and heat chased each other. My kind advise to ones opting to stay here, PLEASE NEVER EVER CHOOSE THIS PLACE. Thanking you.

Went to coorg with friends on 7th Dec — 2013 and stayed in casiita. Reasonable cost. It is surrounded by good places like nisargadhama, dubbera and golden temple so this is the correct place to stay. Everything is good but they could have improve the room service, that alone not good but okay. I liked it.

Booking this place was easy. Just one call and done. This is not a resort… It's only has only cottages. There is no facility of breakfast or any meals, but just outside the gate is a decent restaurant. Campus is clean and near but rooms are poorly maintained. If you are looking for a good furnished Cottage or room try other options available. Rooms are bit darker as the cottages are fitted with CFL. Regular bulbs would be nice to have. One good thing about this place is that the location… Just outside the town and most tourist attractions are near by. This place is managed by inexperienced owner. Hiring an experienced manager will help to increase customer satisfaction.
