Pathetic unhygienic and worst is the words that describe this hotel. It was really pathetic stay n experience with treebo at jaipur. Room was dirty. The shower wasnt working properly. Floor was beyond filthy. Telecom wasn't working. The room n especially the bathroom was unhygienic. Curtain wasn't fix properly. Even my baby got allergic due to unhygienic bed. I won't suggest anyone for treebo. I monthly visit jaipur for my business. It was first time with my treebo n it was worst then ever. Treebo Trend Hotel The Royal CM booking id 825868877

Absolutely unfriendly treboo customer support. Never book in treboo hotels. Not at all trust worthy. Better use other platform.

Experience with the stay was pathetic entire AC water has leaked the room including my bag & entire clothes got drenched and I had traveled for the meeting it was so embracing to attend the meeting with same clothes. No other customers should get embraced. Will take this issue to consumer court if no prompt response.

The worst platform. Got me pay for complete booking and when I went to hotel, denied me room. Now their customer support is also not helping for refund. Dont use this busted platform for hotels.

I booked a room with Treebo Trend Town Palace inn, Patel Nagar, New Delhi for my guest for 1 night and am repenting booking a room with Treebo. Highly unprofessional and non cooperative, self centric customer service… felt humiliated in front of my guest even after specifically mentioning that nothing to collect from guest… just inform me i’ll make balance payment. Even after that the guys have asked my guest 3-4 times for the payment since he checked-in. When I confronted the reception guy to whom I had conversation last night at the time of checkin with clear same instructions, he started shouting at me. What do they think, we are bunch of dacoits who will run away with Rs. 689.10/ — balance. Further to my humiliation my guest offered me to pay the money. How ashamed I must be feeling. Never ever going to recommend this to anyone.

Appalling customer service. Made a booking through Booking. Com which I had to cancel unfortunately due to COVID. I am yet to receive a refund after a month. Numberous calls and emails but still no resolution. On top of that, when I first made the booking, I was charged the entire amount while the policy stated I would only be charged 50% pre payment. I wouldn't bother booking with them if you're after any form of service.

I booked Treebo Shivas hotel Kolhapur. Paid the 50% booking amount. Treebo sent email confirmation about booking. When Me along with my family reached to the hotel reception the hotel staff said there is no booking for you in the hotel system and all rooms are booked. I called up the customer care. Customer care staff was telling me that there must be some technical issue and trying to convince that you will get room. After 1 hr of call I somehow managed to get their senior regional manager and he apologised and offer for refund in 2 days. I managed to get room in another hotel. Time was 10:30 pm. My Worst experience with Treebo didn’t end there and continued with for refund also. For one month I was following up with customer care and support executives were lying about my refund process. This company is pathetic in service as well as customer support. I would strongly recommend to not to book any hotel through them. If anybody wants to hear my experience please feel free to call me. Very unorganized, not a great customer service. I stayed in one of hotels but not a very pleasant experience.

Worst receptionist I never seen like that person rude personality. He don't care for about Customer. I have lost my wallets in treebo trend Seaesta in rk beach. It's a bad and worst experience in that hotel. So kindly. Don't prefer to go that hotel to stay there. Otherwise you also face same experience like me.

All the numbers provided by you are not reachable. A man can try but can't get anything done because of the non availability from your end. My booking ID : 519579785 My money is debited from my account and I need a full refund. When I made a booking with you guys I did read the booking to be nonrefundable.
My trip was planned, I was looking forward to the same. As a decent human I tried to check my booking with you guys.
Calling is a waste of time and energy because you guys are very non; responsive.
We tried to check the confirmed status of our booking Id provided by you, which showed constantly invalid. We tried to look for a mail for confirmation. All we got was a mail telling us to pay a certain amount to confirm our booking.
Which we were unable to pay because when you say press the below button to pay (there has to be a button which was missing). After putting my head on you guys for the longest, as normal human I deciphered my booking is cancelled. Hence I changed all my plans. Mistakes and glitches were from your end.

a misleading email (which was consistent) I am a normal person who has to save up for trips like this and I don't have so much throwaway money.
I even tried to contact the hotel for confirmation.

Nice hotel and good facilities, worth staying with them.

I had horrible experience in this hotel. For me Geyser didn't work and manager said since it's rainy Geyser will not work. All the geysers available are solar based. I took bath with damn cold water on a cold day. And one more thing is while sleeping AC front cover fell down suddenly. Fortunately it wasn't on my head. Not worth for a stay here.

Basic hotel, rooms with basic amenities. Only breakfast is available that also is very limited. Lunch and dinner has to be ordered through zomato or swiggy. Worst part is they provide only 1 complimentary water bottle per day.

Had worst experience with corporate sales team for corporate booking, sales person will never pick your calls when there is a problem, giving fake promises just for booking, there is no respect for customers, unprofessional sales persons don't no how to treat customers.

Lacks in many areas. There is no restaurant in hotel, so they serve very very bad breakfast.

Nice place to stay quiet and MC Donald's and burger king is within 2 km area tho price is also a bit more than expected.

Low hospitality, mosquitos are seen in room, very minimal items for breakfast. Rooms are good.

Recently opened, Rooms are not so good when compare to other treebo hotels. Restaurant is not yet started so you have to order food from outside. Wife signal is weak and no hot water.

Newly opened. Probably in May 2018. Still set ups are in process. But stuffs are very good and Co operative. Nice, clean.

True to description, it's a budget hotel. Worth for the money! Though they had some technical issues with their booking platform, where it didn't show our extension of booking, it never came in way of our stay. Laundry needs to be handed out by 9 am each day, for same day delivery. Breakfast needs to be pre decided from what I felt was limited options, though it was complementary. Breakfast needs to be chosen and informed in the prior evening. There is no dedicated kitchen but just behind the hotel, there is a place called Reddy's that serves good and affordable meal style food along with a la carte options. Star bazaar is also a 2 min walk, for some snack type options. Also a medical store is a 3 min walk (17th cross road). All in all a good stay with everything in good close proximity.

Good hotel within this price range and facilities.

If you are looking for a Service Apartment in HSR for a short stay, look no further than Treebo Hotels. They are newly built, very spacious, have kitchen, fridge, washing machine, Wi-Fi, sofa, living room. The complimentary breakfast is nice.

I reserved a room in this hotel well in advance, just to ensue comfort stay during my visit to Bangalore. Later they cancelled my reservation saying this is no longer with treebo. You have to be extra careful if you are choosing this hotel.

Worst service. Poor Wi-Fi signal most of the time you won't get Wi-Fi. No restaurant.

Nice place to stay very close to HSR BDA complex and restaurants nearby. Would not recommend the breakfast provided within the hotel as the restaurant setup is not that great. The rooms and the location are perfect.

Quiet, comfortable and easy on the pocket. Close to local stores, restaurants and easily accessible.
