A very neat and tidy hotel. Decent food, not something to go head over heels with. Ambience could be better with some music. Service is prompt. A number of party halls which are far away from the guests' rooms so there is no disturbance. Overall peaceful experience.

Suitably located hotel opposite Golf course. Polite & smiling service. The view around the swimming pool is beautiful. Food is delicious. Rooms are maintained neat and hygienically. Good place to stay for business. Breakfast is healthy and wide spread. The only problem is the bath tub in their executive room. They do not have bath cubicles only bath tub, while coming out on floor the height is more than normal. All in all a good place to stay.

Great experience to stay here. One of the very few properties in Bengaluru that has Swimming Pool facility. All the facilities like Jacuzzi, Gym are there. Swimming Pool area need to have shower. Changing rooms are only located in Gym. One has to pass through pool side restaurant. That's the only flip side.

A nice hotel with friendly staff! A group of my classmates assembled here to attend a wedding reception function in the nearby Shangri La. We had a whale of a time together! The dining hall is big and the wait time was abnormally long. But the food was quite fantastic! Room was very elegant, cozy, and aesthetically designed. Lighting was very different and extremely likeable! Bar is well stocked and the service was excellent!

We went to Sugar factory at Least Meridian for a office party event. The hotel seems very majestic. The fountains, the swimming pools all were very well maintained. Looking forward to go their again.

It is absolutely marvelous building. One of the earliest five star property in Bengaluru, even though it is old the amenities are as modern as new. The views would be stunning if you get a room towards the road as you get to see green layover (Golf Course). The food here is exemplary has you have variety of cuisines from all over world.

My family and I have been to this hotel a lot of times, whether it was for a party, a family function, or just lunch. This was the first time we had been for a buffet brunch at "La Brasserie". The spread was huge and the taste was overwhelming. The chicken was really tender and delicious. The vegetarian food was really tasty. I have never seen such a huge spread in any other 5-star hotel in Bangalore maybe except the JW Marriott, and believe me, I have visited them all. There was a lot of variety and the chefs made sure that the food was hot and fresh. The staff was really responsive, sweet and welcoming. They made sure that we had a good time. I would surely visit the restaurant again and I am sure that we will have a great time.

The architecture of the hotel is classy, to put it mildly. The food is exquisite, both during breakfast and dinner, with a wide range of cuisines, capable of satiating different palates. The staff is extremely polite and friendly. Definitely one of the best hotel to stay in.

I usually visit here for their events mostly, sugar factory hosts many good parties in Bangalore and it’s a must visit during the events. 5 star hotel well maintained and luxurious as usual. It’s located at one of Bengaluru’s busiest roadways so please consider traveling accordingly.

We had brunch buffet there. Place and ambience are awesome. Service is superb. Staff is highly mannered and courteous. The layout and variety was amazing. However are taste of food items was not at par with all this.

Excellent address for a stay in Bangalore. A quiet and very clean establishment. A haven of silence whose potential is realized as soon as we go out into the city. Excellent value for money. Excellent Restaurant for both diners and breakfasts (no lunch experience in the establishment). Amusing Anecdote, the fresh peanuts with finely chopped coriander and marinated in a lemon juice are the ideal accompaniment of a fresh beer by the pool…

Good location. On the way to the airport. Food is good. Staff is friendly and polite, especially the restaurant staff. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Will stay again.

Hotel is very clean and the staff courteous and friendly. However, right in front of the hotel is a nightclub from which the late night deafening noise penetrates. The hotel management promised to take care of it and to reach an end of the loud music at 1Uhr early.

The hotel service was excellent. Good food western style since my tolerance for Indian food is very low. But my colleagues loved the Indian food, so it was a good place to eat and sleep. Excellent service was everywhere from the front door to the room service. Loved the breakfast selection.

The property was very accessible and well built. Beautiful hotel and interiors. The staff are courteous and the food is fantastic. I had a good time dining here and an even better time just taking a stroll through their amenities. La Brasserie is a great place to dine indeed! Poolside ambiance was great too. Rooms are luxurious and comfortable as expected. Parking could be much better.

Reputed by it’s Name: if we consider the name and it’s status, it could be more than what it is. Though I’m giving a 5 star rating for its built and the amenities it is not maintained as it deserves. The first example is the tissue dispenser in washrooms. You will have to struggle to take out a piece of it. Overall it’s a fantastic experience.

Modern hotel on 3 floors. Good security with concierge on door. Enter into reception with chauffeur booking service on left, sports bar on right. Walk past these to the rear and you have 2 elevators to all floors. Down one level to the conference/events room or up to the bedroom suits. On the ground level is a restaurant which serves a or carte and a buffet menu. The buffet changed slightly each night and is Indian and oriental mixed. The suit I had was clean and modern. Only complaint was I had to get a new kettle and the air con is noisy. Other than that it was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you'd expect. Our side is a pool and second restaurant which I didn't use.

Room is very nice. Wireless steam iron is a very excellent and convenient device. Hotel 4G connection is superb.

This is one of the best hotel in Bangalore. It is located in the heart of the city. Although it looks small and average from outside, it is very good from inside. Meeting and conference rooms are very good. Staffs are little bit causal. Overall I rate 4 out 5.

It's good place to stay, no shops near by that's only disadvantage I see. The rooms, staff, lounges and ambience are excellent.

I was actually in The Sugar factory. It was awesome. Good music, more then decent crowd. Smoking area is by the pool. And a little place is there to grab a quick bite.

Service and value for your money is exceptional at Le Meridien. I have stayed here twice this year and the service is outstanding by any measure. The staff at the restaurant is attentive and detail oriented. The chefs are excellent and the food is wonderful. Special thanks go to two of the wait staff Captains, Manjunath and Ravi, for making the meals and my stay enjoyable.

Good Hotel room was spatious and clean. Bed was excellent. Food in the BBQ restaurant was also great.

Not worth the money. Pathetic gym. Dark rooms. Not worth being a 5 star Hotel.

It's good but I expect staff should be little more polite. I saw security stopped a old man but he has already paid the bill for damages done by his vehicle while parking. Ideally billing department should hv informed security about it or they should hv enabled security guy giving a phone or intercom to check the status of payment… Old man had to park his vehicle again and went upstairs to collect bill from billing department, which they had not given him earlier… They just told, all clear … You can leave now. Why this was not communicated to security staff… Really sad…

Good hotel with ambient presence. Only drawback is reception employees that too reception women see racism. Kindly treat everyone equally. Conference call is awesome and vegetarian foods are extremely good.

I've stayed at this hotel thrice over the last two months, and love every aspect of the hotel. The staff is very caring and friendly, and look after each and every need of their guests, making you feel right at home. Quick and easy check in, with refreshments available to help you freshen up while the room is allotted. Coming to the rooms themselves, they are modern, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you might want during your stay. The beds are super comfortable, the decor and lights are just right, and depending on the room, you could have a great view of the golf course from the window or a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The restaurant, La Brasserie serves a great breakfast spread, and you couldn't wish for a better start to your day! The staff at the restaurant is just as friendly and make sure everything is to your satisfaction. The in room service is also great, serving quite a versatile menu 24*7. I especially love the fact that they serve half portions of some of the dishes, which is great when I'm not very hungry… Both light on the pocket and also ensures food is not wasted. I'd not look for any other options to stay at while in Bangalore, just let the Le Meridien Bangalore team take care of you while you're in town! Just to add, I had ended up staying with them recently on my birthday, and the team surprised me when I checked into my room with greetings and a very delicious cake.

Was attending a conference and found arrangements to be well organized. Staff that I interacted were prompt and assisted. Though they can do with additional crew.

Wonderful hotel, amazing hospitality. I had mistakenly booked a day in advance but they kindly reinstated my booking. Breakfast buffet had an amazing spread, from Indian to Continental they had great choices.

Le meridien has lost its sheen. Over priced and very rude staff. The Indian grill is the only good food. No value for money.

A good example of this chain. Standard of service is what you'd expect but breakfast not quite as over the top awesome as some other meridiens. Nice pool.

Overall, a great hotel. Quiet. Pleasant staff. Nice interior. Decent food. None of it quite manages excellent and I was annoyed to have to pay extra for Internet access. But — so long as someone else is paying — I'd very happily go back here.

This is a lovely place to stay very caring staff feel homely and efficient services.

Nice hotel with a very attentive staff. They were quite accommodating for early check-in / late check-out requests. They do offer breakfast inclusive rates which seem to be a better option than trying to eat outside. There are no eating joints in a walking distance around the hotel and transportation options booked through the hotel are expensive. However, Ola and Uber serve the hotel well.

Thank you Le Meridien Bangalore I had a great stay at the meridien Bangalore and would like to highlight a few points. Staff are very attentive and the response time is super quick. A beautiful lady escorted me to my room and she knew it all. Room was clean and upto the mark. Card explaining usage of TV control was much appreciated. Overall the hotel convinced me to be one f the best hotels to stay in while in Bangalore. Would highly recommend!

Been here several times for various occasions years ago. I attended a wedding on last Saturday. One of the best buffet I ever had in Bangalore (as expected). Well arranged. Courteous & polite staff. Entire hotel was newly renovated. The lobby was looking fresh with new vibrant colors and chandeliers.

The only reason I gave it one star was because there are no "minus" options. The only hotel I have come across who can book a Wedding Reception — booked and paid for six months in advance — and then not be ready at the agreed time! And I have done a lot of parties and never have I faced this. The party was scheduled on the 4th of July at 7 pm. At 7 pm when the guests arrived, Meridien Bangalore was far from ready. And they had the gall to say that the took another party for some people which finished only at 6.45 pm! Worse still, the General Manager seemed least bothered about the fact that our Reception was ruined and guests had to wait outside the Hall for 45 minutes while Meridien was cleaning up the place. Now I know why Meridien Bangalore will never match any other 5 star (or for that matter even a 2 star) in the country. In case any of you a party or Reception planned, I strongly recommend that you look at other alternatives.

The exterior view is not very impressive, but the moment you go in, Vow! Been there for multiple conference's, Great food Great ambiance, Really love their fish and European cuisine.

I stayed at this hotel last week for one night for an offsite arranged by my colleagues. It was a great place to stay and overall arrangements for team offsite seemed to be good. One of the advantages was that it was convenient for outstation colleagues as it was on the way to the airport and hence none of us had to hurry for our flights which is typical for BLR. From a food point of view, the breakfast and the lunch / dinner arrangements were average and did not live up to the reputation of the hotel or the stay arrangements.

The 24/7 coffee shop has perhaps one of the best biryanis and non veg club s/w on offer.

The worst hotel on earth. The receptionists are rude and cannt speak English properly. The food was bad. And the the ppl who stay are more low class they stare at girls as if they havent seen women in their whole life. That shows how cheap the hotel is. Its actually 2 star in name of 5 star.

And after that there is no response, no communication, even if u will call they will not pickup also. They keep on giving Adds so many things on paper/websites But all are in pen and paper nothing on reality. Only Arabian night theme I find is the poster in front of the hotel. — Are you a five star hotel.

Le Meridien (Bangalore) New Year Party: Perfect description of cattle class. Astonishing disregard for its own reputation. Double the people. Half the food. One fourth the plates. One tenth the space. Infinitesimal level of service. And yes, the attendants are still trying to figure out ONE THING which can justify its advertised Arabian Night theme. Shame on you, Le Meridian. NEVER again. P. S. Heard during THE PARTY: — You should have told us. We would have brought plates from home. — Oye Le Meridien, Get me some chicken in this chicken curry. Else I am not letting this line move forward. Would throw the whole curry in the swimming pool. — The only Arabian night theme I find is the poster in front of the hotel. — Are you a five star hotel? .
