Bit dated. However the food is great (for the old bangalorean this will mean 'not as it was'). A quality buffet breakfast. Veg only. Higher priced than similar food joints. The owner can be seen personally monitoring the service.

The pure vegetarian resturant near MG road, Bangalore. I stayed there for one week & enjoyed the ambience of the hotel. Rooms are nice & hotel staff is very good & supportive staff. Also the quality of food is very good. I had really a nice stay in the hotel.

Good old world charm to the place. Relaxed place for family breakfast outings. Masala dosa is great here. Weekends mornings they run a buffet breakfast. Pretty good fare.

Service was excellent. On food quality, snacks was really very nice. The regular items like Samdar and Dhall needs slight improvement. Overall experience is very nice. Value for money.

The place has a a crisp no non-sense menu that is laden with variety of dosa options – each better than the other. Me being the Local swear by the taste and consistency of the dosas here, and for good reason! Been there with Mom Dad & Bros & today visited it for the first time with my girl Don’t you just love the crunch of a piping hot paper dosa and the aroma of sambar? If you’re already drooling a bit, then head over to this much famous South Indian breakfast joint THE BALLALS, known from eons for its South Indian breakfast & meals especially the Mango Thali & for some amazing dosas especially The Neer Dosa & Red Chutney! O man amnt I sounding a bit too greedy… Yummmmm.

Peaceful Place. We had been to their restaurant — Palm grove. The Ambiance, Staff Curtousy, Food Quality, everything was very good! Their is some space outside for the kid to play too. Great Experience overall.

Located in Central Bangalore very close to MG Road Bridge road. Very convenient location. Food is awesome and the facilities is bit old but still good. One can have a very peaceful stay in the heart of the city. Ample parking space available. Overall recommended place to stay in side city.

Excellent place wonderful food.

We went to the restaurant on a Saturday morning for breakfast and were not disappointed, the food, service are immaculate with a hint of old times. The food was delicious served with warmth and care, the waiters are warm and caring and spend time to chit chat and nudge you to eat more. Would definitely come back to this place.

In many ways, the work of writing a review is very easy. We risk very little, yet enjoy a position over those who offer up their work and their selves to our judgment. Last night, I experienced something new: an extraordinary dish from a singularly unexpected source, Aloo 65 a starter not on the menu but recommended by many as an exceptional order at The Palmgrove restaurant, Ballal Residency, I have to say that both the dish and its maker have challenged preconceptions for many about how vegetarian food can be extremely sumptuous. They have rocked me to my core. I will be returning to Ballal’s soon, hungry for more.
