ITC Gardenia is one of the best 5 star luxury dining place in Bangalore this place is situated heart of the city and easily commuted to all parts of the city. I have attended one event in the hotel. Especially the Mysore hall is designed with the beauty of antique and modern amenities. Most of the international and National sports players stay in this hotel for easy access and luxury. The staff is very friendly.

Stayed here for 4 nights. They provide unimaginable service. We had a 10 month old infant with us and the chef would visit us every 4 hours to ask about what is to be prepared for the infants' next meal! Yes! They did prepare every meal for the child for all 4 days with almost care and did not charge a single penny for any of those! K&K restaurant was really good and the staff were very friendly. Pro tip: Don't miss their french toast available on room service. The best you'd find anywhere!

Absolutely charming and elegant hotel. The hotel has a platinum certificate for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, the world's largest hotel to get the certification. Staff go to extreme lengths to be of service and are always smiling and welcoming. Rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable. Well designed bathrooms. The highlight is the massage chair in the room. With the number and mature of massage settings that it has, you feel like you have a group of masseuses at your command. If you wish to wallow in the lap of hedonistic comfort and luxury without environmental guilt in the heart of Bangalore, this is the hotel for you.

Most of the international and National sports players stay in this hotel for easy access and luxury. The staff is very friendly. The only negative I have is food which is not up to the mark for a 5 star hotel. Wish the authority would improve the place.

Went to a wedding ceremony held at the Mysore hall of itc gardenia. The hall was big, well lit, spacious for approximately 150 guests. Service for snacks and drinks were continuous. Food was tasty, not heavily spiced. Well laid out. The waiters were courteous, not overworked, smiling and warm. The decor was adequate, not over the top. The hotel is one of it's kind due to it's ambience and high quality maintenance. Lovely place to host a lovely wedding for your daughter/ son. Lovely place to have a quiet brunch with your family and friends. Enjoy your time and have a great time.

Good place to hangout it's in heart of the city. Very calm and very near inside the hotel. But food wise Indian continental is not that much good and tasty. I personally didn't like the food over there. Other things are good n like to spend time over there.

This place is just wonderful. The rooms are good and in room dining just suited for the standards one expects. My pro tip is that you must visit their store Fabelle and try their incredible collection of chocolates. Their hot chocolate is worth visiting. I visit this place exclusively for hot chocolate. Best ever you could get around here.

Excellent hotel. Top notch ambience. Awesome service. All are very friendly and so kind. I am staying here now. This is my 3rd day. I will be here for next 10 days. Everywhere it's luxury. I am loving my stay over here. So so so so nice. Food is excellent.

What an amazing hotel. Fantastic food at the breakfast buffet. Also good lamb briyani at K&K restaurant. Rooms are comfortable. Bathroom is quite large. Service is excellent.

ITC Royal Gardenia is one of my favourite hotels in Bangalore. It has wonderful rooms and suites, great ambience, great food, the staff is warm, welcoming and cooperative. It is one of the best 5 stars Deluxe Hotels in Bangalore. The break-fast is quiet varied and delicious with healthy options. Great items on order list including today’s favorites.

Great SPG brand in the middle of the city. The rooms are well organized with good facilities. The suites are even better… pick the corner one if possible for more light and view. Staff are all very professional and courteous. Good restaurants with the premise. Overall would rate the stay and experience a great one.

If you are heading to Bangalore this is the place to stay! If your doing long haul and arriving in the middle of the night it is about a 40 minute from the airport and drops you in the center of Bangalore. This hotel has style, amazing world class service and excellent restaurants! Visit happy hour to sample free drinks from 6 to 8, relax in the pavilion with the grass roof and then be pampered in the spa. If I described everything that's amazing this review would be super long. You have to see for your self update: another stay again it feels like coming home. Today I was craving Mac and cheese and just like that it arrived at happy hour. Thank you itc and Harry at the bar. You make traveling amazing.

I went for an event called An evening with Alan Cooper. The whole facility was well organized, clean and lush with greenery. The hall where the conference was properly lit with multiple large schandeliers making very calm and warming ambience. Dinner was awesome as well. The buffet, the seating on the terrace, whole awesome feeling.

Been visiting this place for a long time since it opened. One of the best high end luxury hotels in Bangalore. All of their restaurants serve pretty good food. Their facilities are top notch. A must stay for people who enjoy luxury.

Very nice hotel with two types of rooms — smoke area and non smoke area. I stayed here twice in pool view room. Hospitality is very good and staff is humble. They have daily social event where residents can enjoy complementary drinks and snacks. There food menu has all types of cuisine. Breakfast is also equally tasty and have variety of options.

Mysore hall at ITC gardenia is one of the finest banquet halls in the heart of the city. Looks chic and classic. The food too is great for events. About the hotel, it's clearly striking and marks status. The green in the ambience adds such freshness and the courtyard makes the place regal. Fair warning. Imagine what could have happened if you give a decorated chocolate box to your dear ones and when they open it with lot of excitement only to find it is empty inside! Don't get fooled by those complementary decorated chocolate boxes on the take away table. Despite of repeated request to remove empty chocolate boxes from the takeaway table, they decided to keep it anyway. So kindly don't take one with you and more than that, don't give it to your dear ones. Emotionally insensitive management team. Good day.

The chocolate shop at ITC Gardenia is something to behold. The hot chocolate drink, varieties of chocolate and desserts made put of chocolates is just nothing short of perfect. The staff are very courteous. The property itself is huge and extremely clean. A must visit if one is looking yo be pampered and spend sometime.

Neatly maintained, professional and friendly employees. I attended an event for which around 1000 people came. I feel either it is too crowded or hall is not sufficient for a good buffet lunch. But parking is very much sufficient. Otherwise, I had a great experience in that place.

The coffee shop is a great place for a catch up. Lunches are ideal since its not a noisy restaurant and has ample sunlight. The green vertical gardens are very charming.

Checked into the hotel on the 20th for 2 nights and was upgraded to a suite the staff were very proffesional and excellent, the breakfast and the ambience all around is excellent but there is one small issue of no hot water in the bathroom (only lukewarm) for which I will not complain. I will definetely come again.

They keep running all around for satisfying your demands and make your stay really very comfortable. The ambience is indulging and the food is addictive. One of the best hotels in Bangalore, located in the heart of the city, very near to MG road, Brigade road, and many hubs. Had got a chance to visit this place for an event, it was fantastic! The staff were eager to please and the ambience was top notch! The rooms are big and very comfortable. The meeting rooms are huge and well organized. Keep the good job going! Would like to visit it again!

Always loved this hotel. Got a chance to visit again finally for a meeting. Maintenance of the exterior sections could have been better, but otherwise still the same, lovely place. Feel it's warmer than most other New ultra posh hotels. Guess that's part of the charm as well. The meeting areas though leave a little to be desired.

We had been to cubbon pavilion for a grand buffet and all our expectations where shattered, their service is below the par, no one bothered to attend us till we went and asked them to attend us! Starters were served after 20mins! Main reason for buffet was to save time and for 6 people only 2 plates of panner was served and they never came back to serve another starter even though they mentioned that we will be getting another starter. We couldn't wait much and we left for the main course, in between the meal we were informed that the buffet will be closed in another 20mins, which made us rush. There was this chats section, on requesting thrice we were served with few dishes missing! I have been to 3 restaurants which had better reception and service. I wasn't in a mood for a argument, all in all in was just an hole in my pocket and utter disappointment.

Italian restaurant was a rip off. My salmon was overcooked. The dessert — mousse cake was the best & it was theatrical!

I really like this hotel. Its clean, great rooms, centrally located and good reataurants. Sometimes the wait stuff can be a bit slow and the hotel isn't very generous with upgrades for SPG Platinum members, hence, the 4 star rating.

Prim and proper, ITC being a well renowned chain of hotels has maintained the charm. The food though, isn't the best I have eaten.

Visited for AWS Summit 2016 and Cloud Warrior gettogether. Great hotel… but as the east and west entrances are on different roads one who does not know will get confused. The main entrance is from Richmond Circle rather approach from Lavelle Road will get you to gate 5 and you will need to walk around the hotel.

The most elegant food experience I have ever had in Bangalore. We tried the 8course Kyoto set menu. The decoration and unique taste left me spellbound. It was my first time trying authentic Japanese cuisine and it was a delight indeed. This place is not somewhere you can go often, unless you are pretty rich or crazy foodies who put good experience over money, I mean, our bill for two came 13k! This place is ideal to celebrate those special events of your life in a very satisfying manner.

This hotel is basically a resort. Lovely rooms, great decor, and super close to a huge mall.

What a hotel and amazing buffet. Another special thing is that they don't treat in separate style with Indian and foreigners unlike other star hotels in India. The entry of hotel itself is like a king's palace You might get misguided if you are trying to travel via Google maps, make you you verify the entry gate for parking before going thr.

Good hotel with lousy / laid back managers. After asking for a simple trolley to carry bags and waiting for 15 minutes without success, the manager asked for another 15 minutes — the reason — "we — the customer did not pre-plan and tell him in advance that we need a trolley". This is the first time ever I get such a laid back attitude from a hotel of this class.
