Most them are not aware of such a theme based restaurant in this vicinity… low choices but tasty food, friendly service.

Hotel is nice but you will face water issues in washroomms, the food is good if u r non vegetarian but for vegetarian it ends on a low note.

The room is very good for the price. This hotel was known as some other name earlier. The new management has turned it to a good hotel. The food quality in room service was very good and service was prompt. Sofas is good for discussions/ entertaining guests. The reception staffs are very good and polite. It is a value for money hotel.

In main Centre of the city. Rooms clean & good. Staff are friendly.

It's located very near to Mantri Square metro. Place was neatly maintained. Food was good. I had been there for a professional event. They organized it very well.

The service offered was very good except for the fact that you should have seen if everything is working properly or not like the air conditioners.

Went with my family for a dinner and food was yummilicious and planning to visit with my colleagues in future, service was good and all the staffs were awsome especially service layed by Bhaskar Rai was fabulous …

The place is very good, the and buffet was good the seating arrangement for the hall was good, but I don't know the price of the room had come here to attend an event workshop that is frequently conducted in this place, location of the hotel just few minutes walk from the mantri mall metro stop. Connectivity is good, but very dusty roads, the hotel is well maintained, but one main drawback is parking space is limited. Underground parking for cars (taking out car is very difficult because of steep elevated road).

I had a great experience staying in this hotel. Their facilities and services are awesome. Rooms are properly cleaned and well maintained. They have provided daily use items like brush, toothpaste, comb, soap etc in the room. I had ordered dinner from their restaurant and liked the taste. Price is on little bit higher side.

The place is good. The staff is helpful and they have great wi fi connection. They should however check their amenities before they allot a room. The cells of the TV remote were not working. Had to tap the remote multiple times to get it to work. Over all, a pleasant experience.

Wrong commitments, horrible food, bad service! We had a corporate gathering yesterday and the team had a bad experience. We had the minimum expectation of standard food good service. Unfortunately, both did not meet our expectations. Upon calling to speak the next day, the lady in the Reception who was involved in the entire process behaved as if she doesn't know anything and said will speak to the management and call back in 10 mins time. Unfortunately no call back received even after 2 hrs. On calling back, she is not available. Sigh! Kindly check into these issues and resolve customer problems. Don't be satisfied with serving customers for one time. Try retaining customers! Thank you!
