They have a great staycation package… a phenomenal breakfast spread and courteous staff. All without burning a hole in your pocket. The dinner buffet still leaves a lot to be desired though… so there's that for some constructive criticism. Looking forward to next time.

Beautifully curated suite. They made sure all our needs were met, including arranging for a white board in the room for our work needs. Friendly staff made my stay really pleasurable. Fantastic location. Swami at front desk who made sure everything was ready when we arrived after a long and tiring journey, Sivanesh at the restaurant and Monica at the front desk who got the white board organised.

Especially I don't recommend for new year bash as they will have different rules for people who stay on that night. No body can believe they charged for taking extra plate on room service.

Loved my stay at the hotel — cannot stay enough about my experience.! From the thoughtful gift basket and personal note on day one to the birthday cake and cake cutting by staff to the hand-written note "You will be missed" by the manager, there was such a personal touch to everything. The hotel decor and elegance were simply majestic with fabulous breakfast and in-room amenities. It effused class — felt pampered! … Service was just a phone call away and appeared promptly. From Kaushik with at your service to Radhika for room maintenance to Anirban/Arindam/Gaurav and others at the desk to even the security folks greeting us with a smile to Priyanka Rawat the manager, felt loved, appreciated and more importantly, they genuinely cared about the guests. Had my birthday at BG's poolside bar and restaurant. My friends came over from various parts of Bangalore. Had a whale of a time with prompt service, great recommendations and more importantly, ensuring we had a super time! Finally, would love to come back for a stay whenever I visit Bangalore for work. Great job by the entire staff!

No display of list of things which were available as "made to order". Overall experience of the variety and the taste was below the level expected in a 5 star hotel.

This is my first time ever visit to any such place. Awesome ambiance. Wonderful staff. Really a very very neat and clean. Lots and lots of choices to eat. From various types of non veg to veg. Deserts were amazing. Experience is amazing and one must visit this place whenever get chance to. A family place or good for business lunch and team lunch. Peaceful music makes the place more happening.

I recently stayed here for about 2 weeks on business. The hotel is top notch, clean, good gym, and the food was pretty good. The staff and managers were all great with very prompt and consistent service. I was working night shift hours to align with US hours and the staff was very adaptive to assist outside normal hours. They were always very friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure all of my needs were addressed. I even had a chance to use the Spa service on my last day which was better than expected and reasonably priced. Overall, the next time I visit Bangalore, I will be staying here to replicate my great experience.

Located in Outer Ring Road, Courtyard and Fairfield are within a single campus by Marriott. There are 8 floors with about 50 rooms in each floor. The rooms are well maintained. The service staff are courteous and polite. They also have a few things designed with sustainability in mind which is very much needed.

Excellent place to stay especially if your office is located in ecospace. Great great customer service. I love the breakfast experience and options. And my daughter is fond of the little wooden key chain they handout at checkout. They even custom made a protein shake for me after workout, although they don't have it in the menu and didn't even charge for it. You guys are amazing.

Pretty decent place. Food is also good. Well maintained and very polite staff. Loved the espresso coffee. The restaurant looks a bit bland with just chairs and tables nothing to make the place look interesting or charming. Close to many offices so good place for visitors arriving for work. The road outside is still in bad shape so walk outside with extreme caution. Try not to venture out walking late at night a lot of migrant workers around due to the construction going around.

Business travel is NOT a vacation however every single staff member from the doorman to the chefs go out of their way to make you feel like you are at home! They get to know you and sincerely care about your stay! They greet you with a smile and a warm salutation by name in the morning and when you come back from a long day at the office! This is THE place to stay when in Bangalore amazing meals but even more amazing service!

I'm only on my 3rd day of stay at this place and I can't stop raving about their courteous staff and service. It is beyond par and I haven't had this good a service in most places I have been to. Their buffet is delicious especially the breakfast spread and all the desserts. Everyone from the front desk to the chef, waiters, housekeepers are amazing. Their dedication just stuns me. They are also so friendly taking care of my 2 year old like their own during meal times. Keep up the excellent work!

It was a really great experience at Courtyard by Marriott. They had one of the most amazing buffet spreads I have ever had. The food was really delicious. They had a lot of exotic items on the menu. In terms of ambience this place is okay. It has decent seating arrangement but the seats we were given were not that comfortable and were too close to the next table.

Comfort hotel. Easy access to hi tech parks. Great restaurants… Amazing staff and crew. Big rooms.

Good service… Extra helpful staff who guided us to the changed venue. The signs to the two different hotel facilities outside the hotel with clear directions need to installed. Food and service was good.

Decent property in the midst of corporate offices. Good place to have lunch meetings. Valet parking available so it is hassle free. But traffic outside the property might be killing provided what time of the day you are venturing out.

Reaching this hotel from other parts of the city is an issue, considering the fact that it is at one end of the city. For people within that part of the city, it is manageable. Having said that, the service is pretty good, food is awesome. The place in the evenings looks forlorn and empty on most days, and hence is a put off at times. Needs more cheerful atmosphere and more people to look lively for an otherwise excellent hotel.

Good hotel in medium budget and one of good hotels under Marriott. We stayed on 31st December and we are very much happy with there dedicated services. Very good cakes they prepared and provided for the people who came for the dinner on 31st Dec.

Very nice hotel with an extremely friendly staff. The two eating places might not be enough for my 30 days stay, but the quality is very good. It also seems very clear, and I love the small towel animals.

Just awesome place, one of the best places to stay in Bangalore if you can afford 10k per night. Pool room view is too good and their suite room has a separate bed room and a hall, both are equipped with TV. Bathroom in suite is spacious with a bathing tub. Food options are not too many. Staff people are attentive round the clock and very courteous. Overall, this is definitely a best place to stay.

Top hotel. My stay was nothing short of spectacular. The staff are really friendly and the dinning room staff are there for your every request. The head chef Rahul is always willing to out of his way to make your dinning experience one that is fantastic. The food is delicious and they have some really good options. Located at a pretty convenient spot on the outer ring road, went here for a team lunch (a buffet). Not that many varieties and the food was pretty average. However, the ambience was exhilarating!

A decent business and star hotel in this area. It has a class in itself. The courteous staff and cleanliness is a plus. It has all facilities like any other business hotel. Food and drinks are decent but highly priced.

Went for the poolside buffet… Lovely ambience with the outdoor seating. Kids got to swim which was a bonus. Fabulous service. Food unfortunately was average. Great selection but taste-wise some hits and misses.

Marriott is the place to go when one wants to have cozy. Quite. Dinner. It's a fine dine at hinjewadi with one of the best chefs and servers available. They make you feel at home and is one of the most hospitable destinations.

Had dinner buffet at the Momo Cafe. Good food but a limited number of dishes for the price. None of the dishes stood out in terms of taste. Desserts were tasty with a good selection of Indian and continental.

We went here to celebrate an occasion. Although it is more of a business hotel with little formal ambience but it is near to our place and did not want to travel for an hour in Bangalore traffic. They have best of cocktails and there servers are top class. Our server offered us complimentary loaded nachos because just made a casual comment about we missing it. Must go place.

I went there to attend a meeting, and I saw there was construction going on, so there was a big traffic at the entrance. However once you enter the hotel it's nice. Found the hotel staff very helpful. After the security check, I went to the front desk to ask the direction to the meeting room. The staff was helpful to show me the way to the lift and informed that it is on first floor. I just spent 45 mins there, to attend my meeting. And I spent all my time with my clients. Hence I never got any chance to use any of their facilities. But everything was clean and quite there. Nice sittings arrangements were there. Happy faces … And groomed staff. My meeting went very well. Thank you.

We had a company event and it was very well coordinated. Our event coordinator was Piyali and she had taken every possible care to ensure the event was successful. We went for a corporate buffet sponsored by our company. There were many different foods from different cuisines across the world. Few were tasty few weren't. The interior is very nicely decorated. Staff behavior is also very good.

Houston is home for me and currently in Bangalore on work. I had a meeting on August 16th and was blown away by the service of the staff right from the entry gate. I felt at home right away. The service in the coffee shop area was impeccable right from an espresso to a beer. A person named Pramod (coffee shop/restaurant manager) had great energy and an even bigger smile while serving me. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all — totally worth it!

I was recently on vacation while my wife was working in Bangalore and I have to give a thousand praises to the staff. There was one of the consiglieres (I cannot for the life of me remember her name-started with a P! ) who really went above and beyond to make me comfortable, particularly with the food. I am not accustomed to Indian food, but she took the time to explain what dishes were what and how to eat them. She also gave me a Bangalore 101 to help me decide what we should do when the weekend came around. Also, the cleaning staff was top notch, giving personalized notes to ensure our comfort. Although the outer ring is a bit out of the way in the city, this Marriott's staff made the stay worth it. Very much looking forward to another trip to India.

Clean hotel with excellent service. Stayed here for 3 nights, they accommodated my requests for early check-in and late check-out, buffet breakfast has many choices and the staff was friendly, courteous, and attentive to your needs. They also have a pool with nearby restaurant on 1st floor which is very nice. I'd recommend this as place to stay for business as well as casual travel.

Hotel was excellent. I was attending a professional event so I didn't get a chance to look at Tom's. I got the chance to use the open bar. Service and the quality of food way awesome. I would always recommend this to anyone.

Loved the Sunday buffet at BGs pool side. The starters options with fish squid prawns mutton beef and chicken were awesome. The service also is very friendly and attentive. Some starters had a bit too much salt on both the days I visited and the dessert options were below the mark. Cutting one star on that account. Overall a good ambience with live music with decent options and below average desserts.

I really enjoyed my stayed in this hotel, the staff is always very kind and what I really enjoyed was the food, the chefs are amazing always trying to suggest different kind of dishes or trying to do something special if what I want is not in the menu, I will miss the pasta prepared by Chef Tapas​. Highly recommend.

The receptionist was not friendly or helpful. She was brusque and unpleasant when providing directions to the location of a convention that my company was hosting. The directions were not correct leading to participants running around confused. There was no signage to guide participants to the correct location. The convention hall can easily seat 100 people and the acoustics are surprisingly good. What a participant says in one end of the hall can be heard at the other end relatively well even when a mic is not used. However, the rest room and dining area are not proportionately spacious leading to huge lines to use the restroom and a very cramped dining experience reminding me of a chicken coop where the chicken are fed in extremely cramped conditions. The waiters pushed and shoved the participants. It was a very demeaning experience. My experience with other Marriott establishments also involved bad customer service. Can't believe this is what passes for a 5 star establishment. Seems like maximizing revenue at the cost of good customer service is the motto of the establishment.

Visited twice on the same day. Once for dinner on poolside and then a late night coffee at the coffee shop. Loved the whole experience. The food was good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even offered my 2.5 year old a towel to cover himself as it was breezy and he was wearing only a half vest. Overall will recommend to catch up quick food by the pool or even for some black coffee late night.!

Convinient location. Amenities are brand new. Indian attention is very good. Would be good to have some other food options like pasta or meat. Very good overall.

Great hotel with an amazing staff. They are all very attentive and excellent at remembering individual people. I have stayed here twice several months apart and I felt that the entire staff remembered me from my first visit. I will be sure to stay here again if I'm back in Bangalore again.

Really good rooms with king size bed. Coffee and tea available in your room. Also hugely sized TV. You can also connect your flash drive or external hard disk to the TV. Bluetooth speaker which was also an watch + alarm was one of the best thing. You also have free gym and swimming pool. Gym is quite small but you'll get most of the things. Swimming pool is filled with foreigners. There is a bar on front of swimming pool which had a really good ambiance. The bathrooms have glass walls exhaust curtains are outside. So, don't take bath while someone is there in the room. Food is good but always the same. The staff is really nice and friendly.

Business brought me courtyard and pleasure of the stay will keep me coming back to this hotel… my stay ends tomorrow at this hotel and I have nothing but good things to say and awesome experiences from the stay… room is impeccable, food is great but the best thing here is the staff… to many of them have given good service, but Hrithika at the front desk stands out… she is so enthusiastic, efficient and always there … then there is momos for breakfast … my favorite destination for filter coffee … and attentive service of Rajesh and sameer (not sure of the names but will follow up and correct if I got it wrong) … I travel extensively and get to stay at multiple Marriott hotels… this stands out and I am looking forward to returning here.
