Good for a budget stay. Rooms are clean. Nice location. Ok for small duration stay. Small eateries are available in the neaby area. Small shopping mall also near by with a KFC and CCD. And famous biryani restaurant Alfa is also nearby, near good market area. Commute can be easy as autos are available. Have stayed few times now. It has changed from Treebo. OYO now. Everything remains the same. But felt that rates are on higher side as compared to discount's other hotels are giving.

Nice room and well furnished and perfect housekeeping and room service. Good.

The worst reception ever… unfriendly rude staff who doesn’t have a clue about online booking. Despite paying fully in advance refused the room on silly reasons. Probably for more money.

I was in this hotel with my family. The staffs were amazing, food is great rooms are quiet spacious. The part is it's location. We totally enjoyed our stay at this hotel… We will definitely choose to stay there again and surely recommend others.

Its a good hotel for staying, but I was not so much impressed in my last visit due to cleanliness & food quality. But pickup & drop facility of this hotel is always added advantage.

Sir I have reached early and requested to give checking early. Thanks as they allow me early checking. Regarding breakfast I told and also requested that as my son going early at next morning please allow us to take breakfast today but they are refused. I told them that tmrow I will not take breakfast but they are not at all cooperative. I have to pay for breakfast. Other things are OK. But due to this behavior I have taken my lunch and dinner outside. Please take care.

It was a pleasant stay, nothing luxurious but decent and hygenic. They don't help you in getting the printout at night, a nearby hotel person helped me out. I had dinner @ Bombay biriyani nearby it serves one of the best biriyanis.

We had been to the restaurant. The food was good and staff were courteous. We went there quite late but they kept their kitchen open 30 mins after they informed us that they were closing the kitchen, that too when we reassured them that we are done with our food.

The hotel is situated in a good location, close to market but away from its chaos, and is also not very far from the RK Beach. It is well maintained with proper facilities. The rooms are clean. Staff is diligent and courteous. Their warmth made our stay a very pleasant one. The restaurant within the hotel serves tasty food amd has a beautiful ambience. Their Phulkas and Paneer Chilli are a must try. They also arrange for sightseeing on request through local travel agencies. Just two demerits have been witnessed by us. Firstly, they are charging exorbitant rates for mineral water. And secondly, they are showcasing a double-bedded room as four sharing by bringing in a portable single bed. Overall, it was a real pleasure to have stayed in Treebo Saaket Residency.

As per the charges I paid at this hotel, accommodation is very good. Staffs are well mannered. As I needed room for one night just to grab sleep between my riding. I would recommend it for people to stay.

It's a budget hotel in vizag. Pretty far from R. K beach-almost 10min by car. But near to the railway station and transport is easily available. The hotel is clean and rooms are spacious and well decorated. Hot water, wi fi, laundry facilities are available. Staffs are Co operative. Card Is accepted. Above avarage with compared to price.

Rooms were not upto the mark. Towels condition was very bad. Bed sheets and pillow covers were very bad. Airport/ stationdrop and pick up can be provided. Even with a nominal charge. Breakfast is good. Even single star select just to complete posting.

Ok place to stay. Not great. Better options are available. A little untidy place to stay.

The hotel is very near to station. The check-in time is at 11 but we were given 2 rooms at 9 itself without any fuss. Also we were given 1 room for an hour without any extra charges. Hotel provided us with cab at reasonable rates. Coming to rooms, it was big and sufficiently neat and clean. Wi-Fi speeds were not very fast. Newspaper was provided in room. Complimentary breakfast was good. Dosa, bread omlete, poori sabzi, vada, idli, sambar, semiya, juice.

I won't say the hotel is the best but for the price which you are paying it's decent enough. The hotel was well maintained and the complementary breakfast was also ok. It is very near to railway station.
