Location is good. Room where good. Worst service.

3500 Rupees One day rent, This apartment had two bed room and single bed room. This apartment have beautiful carrider.

Stayed one night with family, apartment is spacious, 10 members can easily accommodate, but for 6 people have bed facilities, for extra person need to get the extra bed. Bathroom taps needs to be repair, there is some water drops. Car parking is available.

Apartment was clean and neat, you get both 1bhk and 2bhk apartments with attached kitchen, best place to stay with family when you have babies with you, to cook food its better carry your own utensils and water, we stayed for 2 dyas and it was good stay,

One of good place to stay in tirupathi. Rooms and hall has air-conditioning. Clean bathroom and beds.

Clean and tidy rooms. Services rendered on request. We booked a 2 bedroom apt which was very much comfortable for 6 ppl.

Affordable, clean and comfortable serviced apartments located near petrol pump station, Baskin Robbins, apollo pharmacy and decent restaurants nearby. Parking is also available. The tirumala temple is 30-40 mins away from this apartment. Apartment services are also nice.

Good place. Great location. But not great service. You can stay here and visit other places easily.

This was the second time I had made use of the services of Nayath within a period of two years and they continue to be consistently excellent. Though I have only stayed in a couple of other hotels in this town earlier, I can confidently say that accommodation at Nayath is amazingly comfortable and it truly is a home away from home. And at such affordable prices too!

The 2bhk apartment is maintained clean and well. Its just like a home. The owner is a very down to earth person…

Decent place for large family groups, not sure on food availability since we had outside. 2 BHK clean apartment for 2K per night.

It's an apartment available on daily rental. For a complete family this will be good as they can stay together as in our own home. There is no food services you have to go out even to get a coffee. There are plenty of hotels nearby and the building is in a catchy location. Parking spaces are there.

Value for money, clean good apartment for family. Problem of mosquito is more no mosquito repellent prpvided.

Good hotel overall. Staff was good, rooms were clean. Washroom was not satisfactory. The place is also not too far to go to tirumala.

Very nice place to stay with family… Safe and secure. We'll furnished. It is located in the heart of the city. 3 minutes walk to Tirupati bus stand. Completely surrounded by lot of food joints. I had a completely nice experience!

A family stayable place. Rooms, house keeping and helpers are very good. 24 hrs help available. Also the photos of room insides are true. I was here in 1st week of Nov 2017.

For Nice homely stay with family children. Large area available if traveling with many luggage. Separate hall available to organise parties.

Good option for families, we opted for apartment with 2 bedrooms and kitchen… Centrally located within reach of good restaurants.

We stayed there for couple of days. We were a family of 5 adults and 1 kid. The apartment has an arrangement of kitchen too as we had requested earlier. The apartment was neat and clean. Would recommend to others who would like to enjoy own cooked food even on the go.

The serviced apartments is very good and the rooms are pretty decent and spacious. The linen were neat and tidy. The Manager was very courteous and gone out of way to help our car driver by guiding him to get his online darshan done on the day of visit itself. The location is also on the high road accessible to all points. Overall our experience was very good and it is worth the money paid.

I stayed there when I was in Tirupathi for Tirumala Venkateswara Temple with my family. The serviced appartment was well maintained and good. Had a pleasant stay.

Very good hotel in tirupati.

The service and host was really good. If you are planning to visit places like Kalahasthi, Padmavati etc the bust stop to those places are near by. The bath rooms are clean, but beed rooms need to be better maintained especially the floors and wardrobe as we found lot of dust. You have a fast food outlet just outside the apartment which caters breakfast from early morning to late dinner.

Good rooms, nice location.

Rooms were clean but stinking smell and there were also cigarette buds beside rooms passage. Bathroom window glass tiles were broken and there is a passage behind the bathroom, so ladies be cautious. We've covered bath window with shawl.

A perfect pit stop for Tirumala pilgrims. We stayed here as a family of 6 adults and enjoyed our night stay here. Clean, well maintained apartment with prompt service. Free parking is also available.

Best value for the money. Booked through airbnb when we were visiting Tirupathi Tirupathi temple and feel like staying in home. Pleasant to stay when you are on pilgrimage trip.
