Actually I attend my friends marriage, I dnt like the taste of food and mainly the way of talking by main staff. Please try to respect in answering customers. We r paying you remind that and do the job properly.

Value for money is ok. My review for this year 2018: As usual every thing was smooth and fine, right from check in to stay to checking out to departing. And as usual, I would say value for money is the key but… but… watch out the worn out signs on room, bath tubs were started appearing!. I stayed in R# 4001. Food was good and the system of issuing the plates (only) after u mentioning the Room # sounds lil odd and funny, the reason what so ever genuine may be. Staffs are very courteous. Tips is expected by the supporting staff visibly, can be, (must be, rather) avoided.

Hotel is nice there is nothing to specify negative. But little bit higher cost compare to other hotels. But one good thing is they are providing room service mid night also some specific food with good taste. Rooms also very spacious good interior.

Nice hotel. Rates are competitive for couple with kids younger than 10 yrs. Hotel has 2-3 restaurants serving veg non veg food. Only issue I found is extra bed. If you have any kid more than 10yrs, you will have to pay for extra bed (irrespective of using it or not).

Been here for a function on Diamond Hall. The hall ambience was good overall, but the paintings were fading our due to age. The flower decoration was good on the stage. There were craks all through the false ceiling and it kind of brings down the look of the hall. The food was decent and service was good. The AC did not have a temperature control, so it's either super cold or off. This should be corrected ASAP. Also there king and queen room were missing basic facilities like towels and soap, which should have been provided before the rooms were handed over. Leaving these tiny things aside, everything else was good.

Good stay. Pleasant environment. Supportive staff. Nice complimentary break fast and lunch packages. Overall it's a good experience and satisfactory stay at this place.

Nice place. Nearby Bus stop and railway station. Breakfast awesome. Hospitality is awesome. Everyone is helpful. But language problem is there. After all 5.

I had my marriage reception there. Suite rooms are very nice and we they handle very politely. We were very impressed by the first night package.

Stayed in the hotel for a night thinking can get good sleep to do the ascent by steps to tirumala. The hotel room 3011, whole night there's loud noises of tables dragged, horns and people shouting. It's like walls are built with paper. Couldn't get any rest. Better to stay in a small place if you plan to get some good rest.

The hotel is a very good one, the thing I liked the most was they were willing to provide us dinner even though it was time for closing the restaurant. The packed the food, and it was hot, tasty and hygienic. I really liked that. The hotel looks very nice inside out and is very spacious. Overall, it was a very nice experience. Then you.

Good hotel with neat rooms and a swimming pool. It's located in Tirupati and it's not very hard to find. The rooms are Rs. 3600 (cheapest) when I visited. According to my stay it was worth the price. They also have multi cuisine restaurants and bar cum restaurant.

Recently went to tirupathi. I was searching for a hotel to have lunch. But I couldn't find anything. A driver told that this place is good. So I went to try. I ordered for a veg Thali. Which costs just 150 but the dishes u get beautiful variety with an welcome drink starter, soups main course and desert (Ice cream). It's 3 star hotel and the food was so good. It's was heavenly food there. One negative is the restaurant is little small for a star hotel.

I have attended for a Farewell party there. The experience was awesome and convention hall looks like a heaven. Infrastructure is good and we can have a Gym and pool over there. Overall experience is great.

Very nice hotel. Swimming pool gym, multi cuisine and complimentary breakfast is available in the hotel. Room service is available 24 hours. Staff is friendly and kind. Room is neat and maintenance is good. Love to visit again.

Located at the main road and adjacent to an important junction, this hotel is a great place to stay. The room and toilet was extremely clean and neat. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Some issues that could be addressed by the hotel are 1. No proper access for disabled people. Saw some guests struggling. 2. Wi-Fi service was pathetic. 3. Buffet breakfast was good but staff were not very responsive 4. Swimming pool access was complicated and the pool was dirty and smelly.

Nice place to stay. But overstaffed, who are more interested in tips rather than providing service. Hotel not interested in providing corporate discount facility for food taken in the room saying that it is provided only if taken in restaurant. Water bottle and towels need to be asked for supply in the room.

Stayed at suite. Didn’t quite like the interior. The furniture and the lighting looked quite dull. I liked the executive room that I have taken during my earlier stay. Giving four star for its food (complimentary break fast or lunch or dinner) which is always good.

The hotel is considered one of the best in the regions but overall I had a mixed experience at the hotel. Plus points : swimming pool, amazing restaurant and food, good and fast delivery and room service, cooperative staff. Negative points: the hotel had bigger rooms available but despite our request they did not upgrade us and when the geysors of one of the rooms failed they upgraded us to bigger room. The fridge was not working in one of the rooms. The other room had lots of cockroaches that started coming out at night. I do need to mention that I was highly impressed by the restaurant Service, always serving delicious food.

The best place to stay in Tirupati, service, rooms and Food all amazing a bit of divine touch. Though it is an old hotel but with new beliefs. All the best.

This place has two restaurants, one is vegetarian and other is both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The ambience is good. The taste of food and its quality is perfect. The price of the food is moderate. You have a vast varieties of recipies available in both veg and non-veg. The rooms here were very neat and well maintained.

One of the finest and oldest hotels of tirupathi. Located on main road. Near bus station and railway stations. Elegant interiors. Food is good. Function halls are available. Bar with no smoking area is also open. Parking place available. Morning buffet available. Rooms are luxurious.

The food was nice. Room service was fast. But the hotel is very old fashioned. The restaurant was dull and boring. The rooms had old analog AC controls. The showers were bad.

Very nice and professional properly in the temple town of tirupati at the foot steps of Lord balaji. Though I don't smoke. It's a paradise For smokers. The food served is tasty and delicious. Taste the well prepared cuts rice. If you are a yogurt freek you can enjoy. All in all a perfect fit for a 3 star category.

The best hotel with a good event hall. The food in the hotel is very good. The quality of the food is sooo good. The service of the hotel is very nice. Especially the receiving of the hotel staff is appreciable. Finally the hotel is best for food, service and quality.

Food is not as expected almost worst buffet. Room and acoustics are good. Service not not so good.

Such a calm place to have lunch n dinner with a low background music. It's a nice place to stay here with all the amenities provided within the room. And the view from the room is extraordinary.

Good hotel. But lagging with old infrastructure. For example in rest room there is bucket for bathing (ofcourse there is shower also, here topic bucket) and we have to bent a lot to take a mug of water. There is no hand shower. For fat people (in general about 60% people usually going to star hotels are fat) it may be a big trouble. Same long time used towels. Much more to develop now a days tough competition in hotels.

Good hotel. Good staff and decent breakfast. The other food is expensive and not value for money. Never use the travel desk of the hotel (not run by the hotel) they are rude very very expensive than outside travels (many are there in 50 meters) The staff and owner doesn't know any thing about the happening in local area. Be careful they clear your pocket don't use them.
