Best place to stay food is good.

Try and find ways of helping people instead of quoting rules.
Very unhelpful staff.

Staff are quite uncooperative. They do not oblige to customers in any way. After we check out n ask them to keep the luggage safe it lies near the door of the hotel. Very annoying! Rooms arent great either… Issues with house keeping, AC etc!

The food was very good. A pleasant place to have good food and enjoy the evening with friends and family. The service was also very good. I would love to visit this hotel again.

Good Lodge. I am staying more than ten days. Food is good, but they have to change the many. As I continuously having here now a days get bored. Neatly maintained.

3rd quality of room service… Customers supposed to wait for atleast couple of hours to fulfil their request… Hotel staff can't provide you any services without making 2-3 calls… I would like to rate them in minus value… It's my 3rd day in hotel but no any improvement observed… Even we have to finish breakfast before 8:30 else we will not found any spoon and folks on table on restaurant and we have to beg for it… Will not stay here from my next trips…

The food didn't feel fresh. It probably was a part of the previous day's meal (it was observed that the menu didn't change). We had to wait about 15 minutes just for water. We had to wait for them to re-fill the food. The staff were hesitant to re fill food. We had to remind them of our order even if they weren't busy at all. Could've been a whole lot better.

Well maintained rooms, good food. Only constraint is car parking. If you come late in the night have to park car outside. Other than that hotel is best.

I had gone to royal park, I had tried buffet their with my family food was awesome and they are providing varieties also but service was very poor and too much bad communication I had ask that steward name her name was rani she doesn't know how to talk that's was i'm giving only one star… for the food u can go to the royal park but for the service we have to think 10 tyms because they have that kind of steward.

Best thing about this hotel is the way management receives their customers. Rooms are clean and has basic needs like locker, refrigerator, tv, some snacks etc. Hotel is located in good location and is easily accessible. It is located just besides SRMT Kalyana Mandapam. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the hotel provides complimentary breakfast as well.

Good place to stay in hotel near to bus stand and movie theatre road. Best place to chill with frnds.

Taste of the food was not at good… when I visted before 2 years food was good. But now pathetic dont eat promphet and chicken 555 here… chicken tikka was good… coming to veg crispy corn, mushroom biryani, veg biryani are ok… coming to service little bit slow but the person who served was ghajini when we asked for promphet fish at 5:45pm he said he will enquire and say but he didnt reply until 6.30pm after that we asked him again then he replied yes. After half an hour we got it to the table taste of the promphet was pathetic… ambience is ok over all experience was below average.

I hv been there for a stay… very ambient place. Very good house keeping. They have a small decent gym and offer a very good spread of food.

This place makes up for crappy parking with valet, and I guess it'd be the right thing to do to be able to maximize their small space. Once you step inside, you'll be hit by their outdated lobby and a weird sitting area. Their two restaurants serve decent food and their restrooms are clean.

The best hotel in East godavari district. I stayed so many hotels in Kakinada and rajahmundry. But this is best. Rooms are very spacious, bathrooms are very nice. Food is yummy and service is good.

Great Ambience very good staff neat Hotel spacious rooms, 3 people and one child in one room booked 2 rooms for one night spacious rooms and good location need to improve a lot on food even though it is buffet there are certain items which need serious attention. Again the front office staff is too busy to handle too much of crowd. Good care is to be taken by the hotel management because the front office staff is not able to handle the guest.

The best hotel in Kakinada. The ambience in the hotel creates a serene environment. From the valet to the manager every one desrve a pat for raising the bar of hospitality in its true sense. The rooms are very neatly maintained with a sensisble house keeping. The food is very tasty and you will have a sumptuous feast accordingly.

My journey to this hotel was the worse I have come across… ppl from different place need to consult through anyone whom you know and clearly have acknowledgement before booking the room otherwise u will have to face all unexpected and strange rules initially I got to book the room through online and I was asked asked to give the check in and out details according to my convenience Bt later as I go to the room by night nine o clock they just asked us to vacate by 12noon and explained with the reason dat they would allot rooms from 12 night to 12 noon and we are asked to pay double amount for more five hours.
