May be the best hotel in Kadapa. Very near to Ameenpeer dargah. Staff is very courteaous and fixed the minor issues that we had with hotwater and dth.

It is near ameen peer darga (పెద్ద దర్గా). Well maintained, nice rooms with all facilities. Room service is very good. Food orders will be served. They bring it from nearby hotels which is really tasty. Worth the amount.

We were driving through Kadapa and we wanted a very neat clean and Secure place to stay overnight. Checked reviews on Google and checked into this hotel. This hotel is awesome. However the approaches to this hotel is very crampy you'll not feel that this hotel will be there in this area. The room service was fantastic. Food is not cooked here. However you get whatever food u want. They will give you room service. The rooms are very small but well furnished and it has got a great look. There is a function hall adjacent to this hotel and the owner is same for the both. Worth staying overnight.

Very nice and good rooms with good service but no attached restaurant. Cons: it is attached to a function hall and located in interior.

Ziara hotel is among one of the best hotels in kadapa. It looks simple but offers a good comfort and a secure room which can be opened by the person who stays in room through a digital card only. And the hotel is located near ameen peer dargah which is a also masjid. Service is good cant complain for wat we are paying.

Superb rooms, room rates are reasonable, staff servicing is, the best. I suggest ziara in kadapa for staying, ziara is better than manasainn in my opinion.

The rooms were pretty decent. That's one of the few nice thing about this hotel. Only a handful of nice hotels in this town. The bad things were 1. The locality is not good. We honestly thought we were lost while trying to find this hotel. 2. The road leading up to the hotel is narrow. If you have a big car, you might find it not suitable. 3. The hotel also has a marriage hall in the same compound. If by bad luck, there happens to be a wedding while you checkin, you're screwed. There is only one entrance and it'll probably be blocked by crowd. The car parking will be full and the there was a loud band playing music till 11:30 pm when I went there 4. The room that I checked into did not have water, towels, plates or glasses. They provided this only after I asked for it 5. Drinking is not allowed 6. The switch to the water heater is controlled from the reception and they'll turn it on only after you ask them 7. Very far away from the city center. There aren't any good hotels nearby.

Comfortable place to check in. Price was pretty affordable too! Definitely recommend this place for anyone who's looking for a good hotel to stay in Kadapa.

The rooms are quite average. The area where it is situated is not welcoming and is in a slum. No breakfast or restaurant facility. Water bottle, soap or other basic amenities are given only when asked for. Utter wastage of money for the services they provide. We checked in when a marriage was hosted in the function hall in the same compound and was quite disturbing. Highly unrecommended!

My Stay had been during the visit to the Shrine of HH Peerullah Malik, the hotel is well maintained, looks like a new property. Next to the hotel there s convention hall. For the visitors of Shrine, this is the perfect location, as it is in a walkable distance of 3 minutes. Although there are no good restaurants closeby, you can place your order to the hotel staff they will do the necessary arrangements to ensure that you get the food of your choice. I would recommend this hotel to others. Although there are no attractions in the close vicinity, since the hotel is in the city centre its convenient to get a rick to wherever you need… I would also recommend the management to have an in-house restaurant. Good hotel in kadapa political leaders singers stay hear when they come to dharga.

The hotel is located within narrow lanes and if you had a bigger car — you would definitely be stuck. Be sure to take a RIGHT when you leave the hotel. AC was very noisy and we had turned it off. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Rooms are good. Service is also fine. There is darga very near to ziara hotel and there is a function hall beside of ziara it self. A little bit pricy though.

The hotel is very good in terms of rooms and staff behavior, although the location could have been better. A very good to stay in Cuddapah. It is also very close to Ameen Peer Dargah, which is a famous destination in Cuddapah. Overall a good value for money option.
