Actually there was some work going in sriPaadha Inn and they have provided some room in some other hotel and it was fine.
It is very close to the temple. One can park a few cars in front of it on the road. It is a very good hotel for the small town it is in, but so much went wrong during our stay that I can't give more than 3 stars. The attender in care kept trying to get us part with our money in various ways. It made us uncomfortable. The room itself was barely clean. Corners were dusty but sheets were clean. There was no soap, toothpaste, towels or anything you'd expect from a hotel charging so much for an AC room. Room service is the attendant going to get parcel from a nearby hotel and fishing for tips later. There was no elevator so walking down and getting things yourself is also a pain. The worst thing we faced was when it rained overnight and the rooms corners near the windows got flooded. Our bags with their laptops got drenched as we had placed them against the walls. Overall it was an uncomfortable experience, but I guess you can't get better in such a small town. If you want to spend the night before heading out to temples you can't do worse than this place.
