Very bad… Staff behavior is unacceptable. No time sense. Rooms and beds are stinky. Not at all suggested.

Well maintained hotel. Nice location. Staff is friendly.

One of the worst hotel I ever visited. We booked 2 deluxe rooms. One room was smelly and unclean. Food was tasty but unhygienic. Same cloth used for cleaning the table was used for cleaning the plates and glasses. Also dinner was served at 10 clock.

Well maintained hotel but the room service is poor as the place is very remote. The facilities are less the menu is short.

Bad bad. Horrible staff. Bad food unhygienic place. There was a big unclean dog in the kitchen/ dining area. It smelled so bad we were sick. Smelly blankets and absolutely no class in service. Please don't accept a stay here.

We stayed here for 2 Night 2 Days and Took 4 Delux Rooms, two on the ground floor and 2 on the first. Rooms are spacious and were neat and clean, the washrooms were clean as well. The view from the first floor rooms facing the hills is spectacular and magnificent. The Hotel Staff has been very helpful and were trying their best to make our stay very comfortable, though the service bell option seems to work a little slow because the reception is on the ground floor. Staff is friendly and the food the was served to us, was tasty. Make sure that you direct them that how should they make your tea and you will not face any problem. The eating area is considerably very small and can be a problem with many guests, advise you to take the room dining. I have read many negative reviews just now and did not read them before going to Sikkim but I guess after all the negative reviews the Hotel has improved a lot and you can give it a shot considering the price that you will pay for. Plus Lachung is the last inhabitant village before Yumthang and Yumesamdong, so the scarcity of the resources plays a major part here.

Nice hotel and clean room. Food was good. Only suggestion is that there should be variety in the breakfast.

We are the three familys were reached this hotel from Lachen on 20th April and stayed for 2 nights. Tenjing Hoteal at Lachung was pathetic. The hotel manager was adament. All the Toilet was without towel /soap. After repeated follow-ups we have received only cup of teas for 1st day evening. No Snacks they have provided to us because materials not reached from Gangtok. After long fighting with hotel manager, we have received Breads and Omlets for next day breakfast. Lunch also served with egg. No snacks at evening only tea after long follow-ups. Dinner also served with egg. Unable to provide the morning Tea on 22nd because sugar was not available and as per Hotel manager, they can serve only Veg meal because non availably of materials at hotel. We have manage with our dry fruits for snacks on both evening, bought tea and also taken our lunch on the way because nobody was interested to take that kinds of foods.

Nice location but service not up to mark. Dining space too small. Stuff service very poor. You have to pay extra amount for room heater. But you can see snow mountain from front of room.

Great place to stay when visiting north sikkim.
