Hotel Deepak

The beach is kinda far from this hotel and even though pool was included but it was not the cleanest. The food was really not great for the price rooms were clean but the wardrobe and included blankets were dirty. The bathroom was quite nice and the bar had quite a variety of drinks.
The staffs were kinda rude because outside food isn't allowed in this hotel so we didn't brought something but they don't have the right to check out personal bags for foods. There were only another friends group there with us despite the hotel being so huge. And lemme tell you don't order food from the hotel it's really bad…

Worst Experience ever with this hotel… Property is About to die maybe… The entire property is going without maintenance. Very Poor room service, Rooms are dirty, toilets was dirty, bed covers, pillows was smelled bad, dirty & yellowish. Provide only a thin blanket for This winter season & it smells bad. Price was extremely high according to the room & service… And staffs behaviour was utterly disgusted, Don't have minimum manners even… Even The shocking thing was that, I gave a review yesterday night, when I was In their hotel, they forced Me to remove that review! Think How dare they! No safety for women, children, after Evening the property was full dark, no lights around of it… Don’t go.

Worst Hotel Ever I saw in my whole life. Price is too high according to room. Actually maximum 300/ — is accurate for Their rooms. Literally I got vomit after visit their room & bathroom. So poor condition, no maintenance, no cleaning, nothing… Bed & pellows are dirty, yellowish, All the furniture were dirty, wall colour was faded & dirty… And the non refundable process actually a tricks, because they know after visit no one will stay, The building, the corridor & the rooms looks like abounded actually… Staffs are behaving like, we are burden to them 😆Utterly Disappointed with this price… Advice not to come here please 🙏

Very poor experience. One of my worst hotel visits. No proper room service. You have to remind twice or more to staff to serve the food or other things that too after 10% on every room service. We paid a huge amount for that purpose. No extra bedsheets or blanket were provided even during cold weather conditions. Lastly, rooms are not clean. Absolutely trash.

It's location is not good as per my expectations. It's about 1.2 km away from the beach. The only good point was for me that it has a car charging point, which I like the most.

Hotel is well enough as there are restuarant, swiming pool, Bar, cottage everything is there. Though we didn't use the bar and the swiming pool. Hotel is in a quite place. The resturant is multi cuisine as they serve Indian, Chinese, mughlai, continental dishes and the quality of the food is also good. The behaviour of staffs are awesome and room service also available. Moreover the buss stops in front the hotel. All in all we are very much satisfied.

Good accomodation. Adjacent restaurant and bar. Room non AC 99 INR approx. Parking available. Spacious.

Overall it's a nice place to visit. Food quality is awesome. Room service & staff behaviour is very good. A little bit of cleanliness is required.

Room very dirty. AC not working. Room no. 301 and swimming pool not clean. One night ac room changes 1548, rs+12% GST.
Food tasty. Food price normal.

I have a decent experience there. Room and room service very good. Time cruised well in swimming pool. A stone throw from fresergang beach which is being renovated. Food quality is wonderfully good, though price is a bit high than average.

The hotel is a good place to stay for a weekend gateway. The staffs are good and very polite, specially a staff named as Buddha, he is very much gentle of a person, but the manager of the hotel is very much ill-mannered, doesn’t knows how to behave with women, and was very much rude.
Kindly to keep the reputation of the hotel, change the manager, and keep Buddha as a manager, worst manager ever found in any hotel. It’s an earnest request. Please we would love to recommend our friends and family for this society, but we would request the owner to change this manager at first place. Buddha da is best. The staffs are scared of the manager, as we have observed for the last four days.

Recently visited this property on 27.10.2023. Its a huge property. The manager and all the staff members were courteous and well behaved. They have a inhouse kitchen and bar. The food quality and quantity both were extremely well maintained. The beach is more than 1km away from this property.

Room no. 215. Filthy and dirty and alarmingly unhygienic.
Rooms are horribly unclean with broken bed, dirty mattress, pillows and linen. The AC hums so loud, I had to switch it off at night. TV doesn't work, and is covered in dust. The icing is the washroom which is comparable to public urinals with the stench and slime and mould. This place is similar to cheap motels which rent rooms by the hour.
It was a nightmare and regret staying at this sleazy place.

I have been going to that place for a long time but today I went to this hotel for the first time. It is one of the oldest hotels in this place. One and a half kilometers from sea beach but the place is not bad. A large garden hanging system, a small water fall, a marriage hall is the perfect place. Hotel rooms are also good AC non AC. I will not say that the quality of the food is bad, the quality of the food is also good, fresh fish is available, you can try it. This hotel has a bar where you can get fish items, chicken items, salads and kind of beverages is available. Compared to other Metrocityies, the hotel bar rates here are a little lower. There may be many more hotels near sea beach but in case if never get hotel booking then definitely book this hotel. I can recommend.
