Worst service I have ever had. Staff behaviour is not good. Don't. Come to this hotel overpriced room and food. Very very bad experience and service. I have not seen such type of nasty hotel in my whole life. Don't come in this hotel… Hey hotel owner don't u feel shame to see the past and present reviews on ur hotel. Are u shameless? 😀😀

Clean and comfortable room within budget. Having a big parking place, walking distance from sea beach. They serve homely and child friendly food menu. Staffs are polite and well behaved.

The behaviour of the staffs including the manager is very rude. The price of packaged drinking water 1 ltr is 30 inr & 2 litr is 40 inr. Lots of mosquitoes without ac. Mine room was in the ground floor. Will never recommend this hotel. Please try to avoid booking this hotel.
Request the hotel owner to intervene and do the needful against the manager and staff.

Too much restriction in using pool.
Timing of children play area is from 12 noon to 2 30 pm should be changed.
Rooms are good, near and clean.
Room service can be improved as too much time is taken if you want your food in your room.
Main sea beach is around 1.5 km from hotel.
Food is good.
Otherwise it was a good stay.

Overall good experience for a day. Location is good and restaurent service within the hotel is also good. Staffs are helpful. But the rooms could have been more spacious.

I booked it from make my trip. They took extra 1000₹ rupees without bill.
The behaviour of receptionist was unacceptable, We had complimentary breakfast and they took charges for room service, I just can’t imagine that if I have complimentary breakfast how come they are taking charges on it. And the food quality was not good at all. They served two toasted bread for a person and one cup of tea if customer is asking then, they didn’t even inform anyone that they have tea also with the breakfast. Overall experience was so had I couldn’t stay a whole day. I’ll never suggest or i’ll never go there again.

The hotel rooms are quite specious and nice. Beds are enormous.
However, staffs are impolite. The maintain a military camp. If you fail to place your order on the dot, then you have to arrange it for yourself. The only thing that I regret in this tour is the hotel staff!

Very disappointing stay. The room was unclean, with stained sheets, a musty smell, and mold in the bathroom. Basic amenities were broken, the AC didn’t work and the furniture was falling apart. The water pressure was terrible, and hot water was barely available. Staff were unresponsive and seemed uninterested in helping. For the price, the quality was far below acceptable. Definitely not worth it. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The service was extremely disappointing—staff were rude, inattentive, and unhelpful from check-in to check-out. When I asked for basic assistance, I was either ignored or met with attitude. The room was even worse: dirty carpet, stained sheets, and a foul smell that never went away. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, and there were bugs near the window. I expected far more for the price I paid. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and book elsewhere. This hotel was a complete letdown.
Bokachoda.

A middle class hotel with pool. Rates on weekends do not justify the quality of rooms which are not maintained as per modern standard. Pool is good, clean and usable. Staffs are courteous but do not expect modern hospitality standards. Foods are good but with limited options. You may or may not come back to this property.

One of the best hotel in Bakkhali. This is a family trip and we enjoy a lot. They have a swimming pool, with clean water. Specially I like their food. Food quality and taste is too good. There is so many restaurant on outside but there quality is too poor. If you want good food with affordable price then go for it. Yes. You have to be swimming costume or this type synthetic dress for using the pool. However, we enjoy our trip.

I just stayed one night at Hotel Amarabati. In course of time I have stayed in several hotels at Bakkhali. However this time I did choose this hotel due to presence of swimming pool in the property despite of the location of this hotel, which is almost one km away from the beach. However the decision further burdened with great repentance.
First, I would like to describe some good things.
This property has a descent parking and got a lift (which we didnot use as we stayed in the ground floor), working remote for AC and TV, good water pressure at ground floor rooms. And thats all.
The list of cons are bit long.
1) First and foremost, the staffs including the manager is extremely arrogant, impolite and unhappy soul. Period. PERIOD.
You will never feel welcome and never expect any homely feel from any staffs.
2) SWIMMING POOL.
(If you call a 6 meter × 9 meter tub a pool)
Non Filtered with super strong smell of Chlorine bleach.
The swimming pool has some weird timing. 12 pm to 2.30 pm and then 5 pm to 9 pm. And the management is strict to keep the timing in force with extreme caution. Even if your child will request to swim for 10 more minutes, the caretaker will not listen and simply close the pool.
Though this property has a pool, the timing is chosen in such a way that the guest will not be able to use the facility mostly.
The caretaker is gifted with god's sense of touch and feel.

Stayed at Hotel Amarabati, Bakkhali recently, booked via Cleartrip. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the swimming pool. However, my entire day was spoiled due to poor communication and unprofessional behavior by the hotel staff.
When I went to use the swimming pool, I was told that only synthetic swimwear is allowed. Nowhere was this mentioned on the Cleartrip site during booking. When I questioned this, the hotel staff simply said “We informed Cleartrip; it’s not our fault if they didn’t put it online. ”
I wasted over 1 hour escalating the issue with Cleartrip, who finally said “This is hotel policy, and we were not informed either. ” So whom should the customer blame? This is clearly a lack of coordination between the hotel and the booking partner.
To make matters worse, the hotel staff rudely insisted I buy swimwear from them instead of offering rentals or proper alternatives. Two receptionists spoke in a tone that was completely unacceptable and tried to force me to purchase suits if I wanted to enter the pool. This is nothing short of harassment.
This kind of behavior is totally unprofessional and shows how little the hotel management cares about their guests' experience. I sincerely request the hotel owner to train the staff better and ensure transparent communication of such policies before booking, not after guests have already paid.
This experience ruined a good part of my vacation. I hope others read this before choosing this hotel.

I dont liked the room prices as compared to the room types! They are offering basic room in the price of deluxe. The mattress of the rooms are so uncomfortable. Just a basic 4” mattress! There is no power socket near the bed to charge your phone. The room blanket was smelling like a rotten dead mouse. I am sharing the pics of the room below, so you can have an idea of the things I am trying to point out!
The staff behaviour could have been better, I think the hotel staffs and receptionist are being recruited from any security guard agency, having no experience of hospitality, as their behaviour and attitude was very rude!
It was just a nightmare for me.
*Booking the hotel room will make you realise your school days, going to the school without doing homework! Jokes apart.
Coming to the amenities,
Yes they do have car and bike parking area and dining, but no complementary breakfast.
Specially the swimming pool timings are so Odd!
The room checkout timing is 11:00 am max; whereas the swimming pool timing is after 12:00pm to 2:30 pm. Haha!
Which means someone who is booking the hotel rooms after 2:30, they will not be able to access the pool in the day time or even the next day if you are checking out!
Admin please do work on these issues.
Because guests coming to your hotel, they do visit many other places and hotels and they can differentiate whats missing in your place!

I had a disappointing experience at Hotel Amarabati Hotel. The room was not well-maintained and felt uncomfortable. The staff was unhelpful and lacked professionalism. The washroom was dirty, adding to the unpleasant stay. Additionally, they do not accept online payments, which was very inconvenient. The location is also far from both the sea beach and the bus stand, making commuting a hassle.
On the positive side, the hotel has its own parking facility, and there is a swimming pool, but the access is restricted to limited hours. They provided complementary 2 liters of water along with toothpaste and toothbrush, but unfortunately, the toothbrush was extremely hard and not usable.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless improvements are made in cleanliness, service, and amenities.
