Room service is really good. Staff is very helpful and very polite. Free breakfast is included in stay. Even if you forget staff calls you for breakfast or even they ask for room service.

Located in prime location. Delux room is near and clean but standard rooms are not up to the mark.

According to the price it's good enough, some rooms are small with sufficient space to stay and few rooms were superb, location is also good just a few steps inside of the main road and within 2 km

Great location. Just a few minutes by road to Udaygiri caves. Room is good and food great. Can't ask for more. They also have a car parking though it is outside the hotel but they have guard.

It was a great experience while staying at Royal Ruby with Family. Behaviour and client dealing of Mr. Shubham and staff is outstanding and wonderful.

Stayed for 8 days. The front desk staff was polite but cleaning of room was never done. Had to threaten to get it clean. Since this hotel welcome un married couples, not recommended for family stay.

Hotel vip prime is one of the best temple located just 200 mitre distance from Lord Jagannath temple West Gate. You can visit temple any time in early morning and night. Best part is closed to Temple.

This is a great place to stay! Clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

I stayed here recently for 3 nights. The place is located nere Sum Hospital. The rooms were small but had all comfort. Rooms has tea maker, TV and airconditioner.

Rooms are good. But service you have to pay cash immediate upon delivery… this is not acceptable… every hotel have finalize the bill during checkout… this hotel is different.
