I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel JS (Jeevan Sandhya) Puri Hotel, and it turned out to be a truly delightful experience.
Rooms:
The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The interiors were simple yet comfortable, with all essential amenities available. The housekeeping team ensured everything was neat and hygienic throughout the stay, which added to the overall comfort.
Fooding:
The food served was fresh, tasty, and homely. A good variety of dishes was available, catering to different preferences. The quality and hygiene standards were commendable, making dining a pleasant experience every day.
Service:
The service was one of the standout aspects of this hotel. The staff members were extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their prompt response and cooperative attitude made the stay smooth and hassle-free.
Other Facilities:
The hotel offers a peaceful and comfortable environment, ideal for both families and individual travellers. Its location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall facilities are well-managed, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. A swimming pool would be an added luxury to further enhance the guest experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and the staff was very cooperative and polite. The housekeeping team did a great job in keeping the rooms neat and clean. The boys were very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The food was also very delicious and well prepared. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This is the best place for staycation at puri.
Everything was superb including food and staff behaviour and their services.
And the way they treat their guests everything was excellent.
It’s just opposite the beachside very convenient for parents who are having kids and/or toddler.
We have stayed here three days with our one year old son.
And they made our staycation very much comfortable.

​Excellent 3-night stay!
I recently spent three days here and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean and hygienic, which was my top priority. The service was prompt and the staff were very professional. Everything felt well-maintained and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay!

One of the best hotel of puri. Amazing experience. Food is also very good. Best part is calm and smell free area. Beach is very clear in front of the hotel. The manager (parkash sir) is the wonderful man. We felt like a home and stayed here for 3 nights. Most and highly recommended.

We, 5 persons, booked Room no. 301, 302 and 303 (all sea facing rooms) for 3 nights during 2nd week of February 2026 at J S Hotel, Puri. The rooms were excellent from all respects. Amazing view of the beach and sea from the room (both day and night). View from the rooftop including infinity pool was superb.
Services provided by the staffs under the guidance and supervision of General Manager, Operations Manager were excellent.
We found the staffs (front desk, room services, ist floor restaurant) very polite and supportive.
The food served at the restaurant was very good and the services provided by all the staffs were praise worthy.
Overall experience was excellent.

Hotel Jeevan Sandhya, Baliapanda, Puri, is an excellent hotel in all respects. We stayed there for two days and had a very pleasant experience. Although our suite was at the back side of the hotel and did not offer a sea view, the room was very neat and clean. The room service was excellent, especially Mr. Gangadhar Nayak, who was very caring and attentive. The restaurant on the first floor offers a beautiful sea view, and the food was very tasty. All the staff members were well-behaved and courteous. We truly enjoyed our stay. There is beautiful sea view swimming pool on the rooftop I really enjoyed swimming there.

Everything about this hotel is beyond words. Rooms super clean. Food absolutely delicious. Location is mesmerizing as it's just bang opposite the white sand beach and sea facing with no obstruction view. Loved our stay here.
The staff were very polite, smiling and also willing to help.
One of the days at the stay was a Monday when I fast so what I got served was much more then I asked for. I requested for a fruit juice for afternoon lunch time they served me a fruit plate with cut fruits of watermelon, papaya, apple and guava alongwith a glass of fresh watermelon juice. The staff ensured that I get Sabudana kheer in the evening for dinner too. My experience in this hotel was amazing and truly recommended for anyone travelling to Odisha. To top it all it has a beautiful kids and adults swimming pool on the rooftop to enjoy with full view of the sea and sky.

We had a really pleasant stay at this beach-facing hotel in Puri. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view of the beach right from the property.
A special mention to Manas Sahu, who was extremely helpful and made our experience even better. After spending time playing on the beach, we were provided with a very convenient clean-up facility, which was a thoughtful touch.
The stay was comfortable, the rooms were well maintained, and the staff behaviour was polite and welcoming throughout. The beach-facing restaurant is a highlight—great ambience with a lovely view.
Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for a beachside stay in Puri.

Stayed here last night for a corporate event of our company. The rooms are superb for stay. Hotel is adjacent to Puri Sea Beach. Had lunch, dinner and breakfast here, food is amazing. Service is also top notch. You can enjoy the view of sea while having your food at their restaurant. Infinity pool at the rooftop is the icing on the cake. Overall a superb experience all together at this property. A must visit place if you are planning to visit Puri. 👍👍👍

Jeevan Sandhya Hotel enjoys an excellent location, situated just across the beach, offering a truly breathtaking sea view. The proximity to the shoreline and the scenic surroundings are undoubtedly the strongest highlights of this property.
I visited the hotel for breakfast. While the ambience and view were pleasant, the breakfast experience did not meet expectations. The menu options were limited, and the pricing was on the higher side considering the variety and quality offered. Unfortunately, the taste of the food was below average and did not justify the cost.

J S Hotel provided a fantastic experience. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the food is very good considering the price. Special thanks to Mr. GM Prakash ji for his warm hospitality and excellent hosting. Overall, great value for money and a pleasant stay.

We had a below par stay in this hotel. We stayed there for 3 nights during New Year time.
When we checked in, bathroom was not clean at all. We had to call multiple times & waited for an hour before room service came & clean it.
Rooms are pretty small & have pretty bad view. We stayed in Super Deluxe & get to know only Premium rooms have sea facing view.
Restaurant inside the hotel provided bad service. During breakfast no one bothers to clean any table or provide water. During our last night there, whatever we asked from the menu, the staff said it would take 30 minutes to prepare.
Breakfast menu & taste is very bad, better to eat outside. Their local sea food (both prawns & crab) preparation is good though. We enjoyed that during lunch time.
Location is pretty good. We selected the hotel for this reason. You just need to cross the road to get access to the beach. This beach is less crowded & cleaner than the main location.

This is the best hotel to stay in. The service, interior, facilities, staff and infrastructure is top notch. Both breakfast and dinner facilities are available with chef kiss taste. Overall ambience is mesmerizing. Even the manager Nilesh Sahu has helped us alot in exploring corners of Jagannath puri. Their Cooperation and support has helped our family alot in Puri stay. Everything is nice … don't give it a second thought … just go for it.

Excellent Ambience with stuff behaviour, great front sea beach location. Clean room and clean area with 80 % less congested from main puri beach. Resturant view and ambience is just awesome, you can enjoy your food with great stunning natural sea view from restaurant. I tried north indian, South Indian and Chinese food and honestly telling that it's food quality is top notch and healthy. I will stay again.

We had booked JS Hotels for my sister’s wedding, and the overall experience was truly memorable. The property is located right in front of the Puri Sea Beach, offering a stunning view throughout the day. The hospitality from the staff was warm, professional, and extremely helpful. Every arrangement—from rooms to food to event support—was well taken care of. Our guests were very happy, and the location made the entire event even more beautiful. Highly recommended for both stays and events!

It was a wonderful experience. Nice ambience, good food, sea beach in vicinity, clean infinity swimming pool at top. Moreover the staff — Babita Madam, Mr Vishal and others were very cordial. I also met the owner of this hotel. He is also very nice. Thanks to all of the staff … will visit again.
