Hotel Bensen Puri

Very nice and cooperative staff, Clean and hygienic Rooms. The service provided by entire team was soo good & I enjoyed swimming pool in this hotel, Overall the hotel offers a convenient location & Comfortable stay with amenities. Thankyou so much for all hotel staff. 🙏🙏

Our stay at Bensen Hotel Puri was truly memorable. They are very efficient and prompt with their responses. They took care of minute requests. Right from the security, support staff, front desk staff everyone were very friendly. The experience in the restaurants were very good. The staff Ms. Sanjuta and Ms. Deepti Beutiful smile 😊 to name a few were very understanding and friendly. Overall a memorable experience. The property has a very nice.

I I booked a Deluxe Room for 2 days, and it was totally value for money. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bensen. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. The service was quick, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the overall hospitality was excellent.
The location is also at a prime area, just within walking distance of the Blue Flag Beach and Puri market, and Shri Jagannath temple was only 1.8 km away, which was the main attraction for us. Definitely a great place to stay for comfort and convenience. Highly recommended.

Reasonably good for access from rly station and to sea beach.
Food and other services also good.
There is little space to improve room services particularly service followed by phone call.
Tea and coffee kits need to be present in room.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with plenty of amenities nearby. Would definitely recommend and stay again 😊
"Perfect! I'll add that the hotel's ambiance was really relaxing too.

Very nice well come, and Ms Namita was spoken nicely and friendly… Entire team taken care of us…
Rooms good.
Service good.
Finally all are friendly 😍😍😍🙏🙏🙏

Rooms are very good of every condition cleaning and staff behaviour is best iam visit again. Because hotel location is best place near by beaches temple etc. Thank you for u r service.

I have visited this place on this month first week the place is very good clean hygienic and surrounded with good people, however the parking was not up to the mark need to expand parking for those customers who has there own vehicle to park,
But food was good and specially I would like to mention the reception staff clening staffs and the entrance guy the were so good and helpful.
Enjoyed the full vacation no regrats 👍

"I stayed at Hotel Bensen for 3 nights and had a solid experience, with a few things to keep in mind.
The Good:
If you want to be near Golden Beach on a mid-range budget, this location is the best. The staff behavior is excellent—very polite and helpful. They also have a small swimming pool, which is a rare and welcome find in this price bracket. The restaurant food is tasty, though the prices are a bit high.
The Room & Facilities:
The room and bathroom sizes are average but functional.
Things to Note:
Because the hotel is adjacent to the VIP Road, it is quite noisy. It’s a very busy road, so expect to hear continuous traffic noise throughout the day and even late into the night. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs.
Verdict:
Overall, it is great value for money for the location and service, provided you don't mind the street sounds! "

Visited with my family last week. Very good hotel near blue flag beach and railway station. Food quality is good with options. Restaurant staff Kalpna was very helpful during our meals. Rooms are also very neat and clean with well maintained. Definitely will revisit. Thank you Team Bensen for the lovely stay.

Good hotel, rooms are very specious. Food is very good. Staffs are very well behaved. Location is perfect. Next time will sure visit with family.

Very good hotel with beautiful location. Walkable distance from Blue Flag beach and very close to Railway station. Staffs are very friendly, Front office Incharge Mr Soumya Ranjan is very supportive during our stay. Much recommended this hotel in a affordable price.

Very disappointing stay at Hotel Benson, Puri. Worst service overall — no towels were provided, no toiletry kits, and the rooms were in bad condition. Staff behavior was rude and unhelpful. The food quality was also very poor. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst experience I have ever had. Location was good and staff behaviour was very polite. But mainly the room service was very bad. Several times I had to ask for proper room cleaning. Rooms were not same what they shown in the images instead room walls were damaged and dirty.

Staff behaviour was very good… My wife fell ill that time they helped me a lot. Need to improve the food quality only… Otherwise good hotel to stay with Family…

Thank you, Kalpana, for the great service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed the different cuisines, and it was a wonderful experience overall. I found the restaurant service much better than the stay, and I will definitely come back to the restaurant whenever I’m in Puri. Thank you once again!

Good service all the best. Room is good. Restaurant food is wow very testy. All staff behavior is very good. Overall very good. Good friendly staff ms. Kalpana. Thank you so much.
