Amraai Homestay Hotel

The guest house is beside a dump yard, hence, it keeps stinking all the time. Rooms didn't have any almirah or cupboard, which made things difficult for me. The bathroom had no towels and among toiletries, it's an used soap. The guy was too laid back. For drinking water, I had to ask them several times. I didn't try their food, hence, won't be able to tell much.

Awesome service, neat and tidy rooms… Only thing that lacks is foood.

Will be there again. Loved their hospitality and help. They have a small garden too. Take it as Guest House of a friend rather than a professional Hotel. Kudos obviously goes to the owner, but the staff too been molded into same helping with a friendly smile attitude. Oh, the location is just walking distance from Triveni Ghat.

Rooms and ambience are good however the location is located in interiors. There service is pathetic. It took them 1 hour to let us check in.

We stayed there for 4 days and would love to come back here again. Staring from the oqnow Divyanshu to the support staff Sudeep and the cook Sonu, everyone was so decent and so helpful. There are few places and few people who remain in mind after one leaves the place. This is surely one of them. Thanks a lot for the hospitality provided to us.

I liked the staff of the Amraai homestay, very kind people. It is perfect in every way … room is also awesome specially painting not far from the ganga river… last thing I am not forget owner of the Amraai homestay Divyanshu genuine guy seriously always behave like a brother … overall best place.

The host Divyanshu and his team were very welcoming and service provided by his staff is more than five stars.

Good to visit nice stay However far from local attraction like laxmen jhula and other place, triveni ghat is nearby.

Amazing property. My kids loved the place. Garden, Jhoola everything. They arranged for a mattress for our driver free of cost as well. Ganga was walking distance just 5 minutes. Just 5 minutes from Marine drive of rishikesh. breakfast and dinner both were delicious. thank you guys. We will visit again soon.

Nice homestay. Safe. Beautifully decorated rooms and the garden with swing is amazing. Close to ganga river. Can walk in 2mins. No view though but still a great deal at this price.

3-stars because while the guest house was comfortable enough, there were definite scopes for improvements at many other parts. Few of the best parts of our stay were the ease with which we could find the guest house, the overall cleanliness, closeness to the bus stand, safe locality, relatively inexpensive, and ease and availability of an early check in. The room had decent amenities and a clean bathroom which was a definite plus. The staff is sloppy enough to not to provide toiletries and towels at our arrival though (we were an early check in), which were only provided to us after 9 hours of our stay there. The Wi-Fi had good speed and easy connectivity. There were some concerns, however. There were details of the kitchen timings on the information card placed in the room. But the front desk says no for the kitchen requests at the said timings. The kitchen timings start at 7 am but on enquiring about the possibility of getting a breakfast, they say that the kitchen won't open before 9-10 am. The same happened to us for the dinner, forcing us to run around places in search of meals. Considering I had to report to my meeting by 8:30, we had no option but to walk around 1 km and find some decent breakfast. There were some additional minor cleanliness issues in the room which was allotted to us. Heater facility is also lacking which may be desirable in the winter months.

Room is good but service os soooooooo poor. Pls do not think they will help u in any matter. U can stay here with ur own food. Ad per location we think this is cheaper but they are costlier too. Over all experience is less then avg.

Its a guest house / homestay not a hotel. I stayed overnight while passing through. Easy to find and accessible. No individual parking, you can park on the road outside. The rooms were cleanish. Linen was very doubtful. Washrooms were clean. I checked in late and checkout early. One heavily zonked staff was there, who barely opened his eyes to show us the room. Lots of mosquitoes, AC was decent. No additional blanket/ bedsheet or towel when needed. No room service to speak of. Bad check-in experience. Common areas were quaintly furnished.

All things is very good. I gave one star less because of 1km distance from bus stand only.

This is very good hotel. I stayed for four nights in April 2016. Room is specious, bathroom is big & clean. Above all, staffs are most co-opprative with always smiling face. Worth to stay.
