Very beautiful ambience. Staff was courteous and they enjoy what they are doing. You are welcomed with a fresh juice of one of the fruits that grow here. Food was excellent and I loved the mountain side view from my room… They have a wonderful spa as well. Entrance and approach is very organized and tidy.

Nice experience… holiday activities well planned… safari was good… all staff very good and caring.

I didn't stay there. I availed the spa services which are superb. One must try them. Extremely soft spoken staff.

Nitin put up an amazing show! The entire staff is super talented and we are glad that we came here for dinner! Had a really nice time If you’re in kanatal, I would recommend that you stay here! Amazing place!

Recently we came to this beautiful resort, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view is breathtaking, we are totally satisfied by the services of resort staffs, specially want to Thank Mr. Nigam for hospitality and being our host. He is really very helpful and a great person. Wish to visit there again.

Very nice resort. Good service. However, there are too many monkeys around to sit out in the balcony and enjoy some food or drinks.

This was my first experience with club mahindra kanatal! The location as well as the place is ultimate! The staff, the food, hospitality all were excellent! we really had a gala time thr! In the evening we enjoyed the activities arranged by the staff members! from food to fun n from beautiful rooms to beautiful sight seeing everythng was superb! special thanks to the staff who was so polite n humble they were so lively with thr lovely smiles! will surely visit again.

Good spread of food as always. Activity centre held ropewalking, flying fox etc which is good for all ages. The gym had a good view.

This was my first Club Mahindra experience in North India. Club Mahindra Kanatal is a perfect getaway spot where you can just lay back, look out of your room's breathtaking mountain range view and relax. The mornings in May are cool but not too cool, the afternoons are hot but not too hot and the nights are straight up cold, very cold. Much like all other Club Mahindra properties, the dining experience here was equally fantastic. Mr. Nigam from F&B and Head Chef Jatin were very helpful and turned out to be great hosts. Since I am a hotel management student, Mr. Nigam and Head Chef Jatin took time off their super busy schedule to talk to me about their personal experiences that have helped them grow at Club Mahindra. I truly am thankful to them and all of the other staff members at Club Mahindra Kanatal for being so kind and so enthusiastic about hosting me and my family there. During my time there, the staff even hosted certain community building events that were enjoyed by all the guests there. Managing such a successful property in such a challenging environment is definitely not easy and the Club Mahindra Kanatal staff have proved otherwise. Do visit Kanatal and soak in all of what Club Mahindra has to offer!

One of the best and small properties of Club Mahindra. Far from city limits and closer to nature. You must stay here for atleast 3 days to enjoy the surroundings around you. Excellent food and service. Lots of Monkeys around and are scary sometimes as they do not fear humans. Cozy rooms with heater but could not use the sit out area due to Monkeys. Resort has lifts and is Senior citizen friendly. Temperature drops at night, so have abundant warm clothes to overcome the extreme weather conditions. Hope this helps.

Kind of expensive but overall very good service and hospitality. Location is ideal. Faced no problems. Option to get a relaxing massage (paid) is a cherry on top of all the peacefulness there.

Great Resort. People who enjoy snow should definitely visit here during winter.

Kanatal, 40 kms away from Mussoorie, is not so well known as the Queen of Hills that Mussoorie is known as. Yet after a 2-3-days' stay at Mussoorie, it makes sense to spend 2 days at the Club Mahindra Resort in Kanatal would be the best place to spend sometime in a calm and peaceful environment breathing pure air. The entire complex is very clean and well maintained, and the staff very courteous and efficient. The rooms are well furnished with a comfortable king size bed, TV, Tea/Coffee maker with full complement of toiletries, with amazing views of the hills surrounded by surrounded by dense Pine and long wooded slopes of Deodar from the room balcony. The wide range of delicious dishes served at the breakfast /dinner in Green Terasse Restaurant makes the stay still more delightful. Young travellers can engage in adventure games such as buggy jumping, paragliding, trekking, cycling and nature walks through the Kodia forests nearby. A stay at the Club Mahindra Resort in Kanatal for enjoying nature at its very best and relaxation is highly recommended. Be advised, however, that it could take more than 2 hours to get to Kanatal from Mussoorie on the Mussorie-Chamba Road beyond Dhanaulti due to bad quality of the road under repairs in several sections.

Lovely property, good rooms, clean linen, friendly staff, great option for a nature walk in the forest just across the road, great food, option for adventure sports, their activity centre always buzzing with lots of options to keep the elderly and children busy all day,.

The place is very nice, very beautiful view. Should to take the third floor for a clear view.

A very Nice Place to be with NATURE & RELAX TOO from hobnobbing in concrete jungles of City.

Location: Excellent Rooms + washrooms: Spacious and clean. Its the best place to stay if you want some relaxing time from the hustle bustle of cities. We stayed there for two days and it was a wonderful experience.

We stayed at this resort for two days, I am highly impressed and moved by the warm hospitality they offered. The staff is very humble, cooperative and friendly. The resort offers daily evening entertainment for guests like DJ night, Bornfire, Family games, Tambola etc. Resort is located at a peaceful location, huge parking and beautiful location. Resort is well maintained and clean, however there is an issue of monkey menace but staff is dedicated to protect us. Internet/Wi-Fi is only available in lobby areas and not in rooms, which is a small issue. Food is very very costly.

Worst experience so far staying with Club Mahindra Resorts. Run down facility. It's a standard problem with most of club mahindra resorts these days. They all started with a promise and heading towards mediocrity very fast! Feel like cheated accepting their membership!

No stars. Worst resort that I have ever come across. Highly unprofessional and rude staff. No services available. The worst that you can ever come across. Hating club Mahindra because of this resort! " avoid going"

Poor, inefficient staff. Had to wait for more than 45 min at reception at both check in and check out. Food is average. Rooms are a little better than an average hotel. The heated pool was non functional when I visited. They try to charge you extra for every little thing that is complementary in hotels of similar cost.
