Review of Shree Ganesha Palace 3*

We have been to a lot of places and continents. However this stay touched us and will be ranked as our number 1 out of all the accommodations we've been to. We'll explain why. Firstly we would like to say the hotel is very CLEAN. The rooms are spacious, and you can see the hotel is perfectly maintained by the staff. The airco, fan and Wi-Fi worked perfect. Never had better in India. Second, the FOOD is SAFE to eat and very TASTY. This is a very important one for us since o…ne of us got sick in New Delhi. Everything you eat is fresh and meets the European standards. It feels so comfortabele to eat anything from a menu, not worrying about getting sick! Third, the LOCATION is beyond imagination. It is so close to a mainstreet and you can walk to the Ganges. Although this place is located right in the middle of the busy city of Varanasi, the hotel feels so peaceful. It is very quiet. Perfect for us! Besides these three main arguments why you should go to this hotel, we really felt so welcome. The staff is so FRIENDLY and HONEST They provide information (even before arriving we got an e-mail) and they are so honest. By arrival we got an information bundle with all the things to see // do in Varanasi, great tips, prices,. This was very handy. They do provide boattours, airport pickup etc at a very good price. We booked everything through the hotel and we we're always satisfied. We never felt like we we're 'overpaying' as in other hotels. You can see a picture of the boattrip attached. The guy from the boat tour was perfectly informele and gave us loads of information. The English from the staff is very good and they are smiling all day. Also the owner is doing charity when it comes to the animals on the streets of Varanasi. Whenever there is an animal in need, the owners get a call and go out for help. If you are staying here, you truly are staying with GOOD and pure SOULS. The owner deserves a special shout out because he goes out of his way to make his guests feel the most comfortable. We feel bad to leave this place because of the great atmosphere. This was not the last time we've been here. See you next time and namaste.
