Great stay and nice rooms are clean with windows on outside for view. Should book this hotel without hesitation. You can book without any doubt or hesitation. Food was tremendous!

Good rooms and service. But rooms don't have a view on either side. Universal access available throughout the hotel.

The ambience is pretty good and it feels nice to dine at a height. The hospitality of the staff is admirable but the sizzlers and food quality can be improved. The rates are little bit high on pocket and the lift is crammed. The management should improve in these fields so that next time one can give it a 5 star rating.

Location and accessibility is really good … is quite close to main market. Hotel interior and exterior are both good. Food quality of the hotel is very good which basically attracted me. And room service is also good. I am totaly impressed with the hospitality of the hotel.

Rooms and service is quite good. Hotel staff is helpful and decent. Restaurant is on the top floor, the quality of food is fine but on the higher side. And it is located in the city center, hazratganj.

Ambience is "okay" when we visit ON HIGH, the rooftop restaurant. Food served isn't a delight for the tastebuds either. Services could be better as well. It is easily approachable as it's centrally located but that's it. The parking poses some issues too as there isn't enough space inside so customers have tyo park on the road.

Great tasty food and very artistic plantations done on the front garden. They have parking facilities too. Good and spacious halls for marriage or get together and parties.

One of the best hotel in Hazratganj. In the heart of Lucknow city still the outside ambience is calm. Reachable from airport in 40 min. Food is delicious and less oily. Staff is courteous. Rooms are too big which is gud when you are traveling with kids. Only issue which I felt that breakfast is limited but it's worth what you are paying here. Overall superb experience.

Very nice hotel ambiance. Only thing was that the free breakfast included with my package was not that much up to the mark. Besides that the location is also very good and ola cabs are available in a minute.

Worst hotel in this category. If you ask for any dish they will serve you what they already have. Ever first time felt plates were smelling badly. I wrote a comment and called the head CHEF GOPAL And asked him to smell.
