Hotel was good except few points 1. There was moisture smells in the room and lobby area.
2. Room is not sound proof, getting voice from other rooms. rest all seems ok. Restaurant dinner was awesome.

It is basically a three star category hotel located in the heart of the city. The hotel is having a restaurant "PAVILION" which serves good food to their customer. Four small Banquets are also there having maximum capacity upto 60 persons. "The Terrace Grill" it's roof top seasonal restaurant is also very good. Ambience is also good. Over all a good hotel.

Stayed here for around 40 days in December 2015 for official work. It was great experience. Spacious rooms. Delicious food and good service. It is in the main area of Lucknow. You will find multiple exclusive showrooms nearby. Special menu on Christmas and New Year Eve. At that time it was in Best Western hotels chain. Overall nice experience. You can stay here.

Good Hotel, located very centrally to all Tourist places and the city. The staff is helping and coordial, the food is decent, it's value for money. Also, must add that they have some beautiful pieces of Furniture, very neo-classical vintage furniture! Would highly recommend the place to all; family, friends as well as couples!

One of the oldest in the city. Previously known as park in. The hotel is compact and serves best fine done at its roof top restaurant. Have been here couple of times and the grill was too good every time. The rooms are also very decently placed with very prompt room service. The parking outside the hotel is good enough for the capacity it has.

Tucked away in a quiet corner of Hazaratganj, this place is a decent break from the routine. Butter Chicken was out of this world; rest was also decent. 3/5 at the moment, but definitely scope for major improvements.

Good business hotel based in hear to city that is Hazratganj. If you have time and you are staying in this hotel you can visit Sahara mall and go to Tunday at the top floor of mall. In fact you can have access to famous food joints like Royal cafe at walking distance. Clean and courteous hotel.

Took forever to get us coffee and sandwich. Tables are kept too close to each other. If they didn't have 'La' before their name, wouldn't have even bothered to go.

Pros — Hotel is Nice, clean, staff is ok, Cons-food is bad, Rooms are ok, You may find cockroaches roaming in rooms, Aroma of the rooms are so bad, Hotel staff didn't listen properly, In morning 6AM I Asked them for tea bag & Milk powder, after a while, a person came to carry my bag by saying that reception sent him, that you want to check out.? LOL… they don't want to generate business I guessed…
