Dear Levana Group, We did two programs at two different dates here at Levana Suites first one took place in December 2021, it was nicely designed and managed, so with good gesture and past experience We booked same property for two days functions on account of wedding purpose on 17&18 feb 2022 but after experiencing the behaviour, gesture and arrangements done by management, we are now feeling that we have wasted half of amount with them. We are satisfied specially with their food as we are Agarwals and we need 100% vegetarian meals with no onion and garlic. We were satisfied with their meals plan But their hospitality is hopeless and disgusting, if anyone calls on house keeping numbers they even don't respond with solution, One thing is very clear that they are totally made for corporate events they are not meant for marriage and wedding purposes. They manage things with no boundaries of time on 17th Feb they were suppose to provide 25 rooms for check in by 12:00 noon (As per bookings) but when we reached there they didn't manged to get check in for next 2-3 hours when we asked them in very 20-30 minutes then finally we got check in by 3:30 pm instead of 12:00 noon. But out of all one person named with Mr. Amit Singh he is very supportive, understanding and good guy amongst all the management satff over there, he is the person with whom one can plan their events over there with certain limitations like bad housekeeping, bad hospitatlity.
I would not recommend Levana suites for marriage or basically any event purposes. Their service is not up to the mark. I could not have food. They ended the food service very early. Also the mutton was not cooked properly. It was smelling very bad.
