Situated at a nice place. Auditoriums are big and spacious. Food is average but their malai kofta is the best I've ever had.

Located on Main Sitapur Highway. Infrastructure of the property is reasonably fair. The staff is courteous and food quality is also decent. Buffet offers a wide variety of food. The restaurant also offers membership and great offers on occasions.

Rooms and Service are excellent. Lobby is very spacious … A comfort zone is there.

Room service takes such a very long time to supply the ordered meal/food/snacks that the guest may leave the room by the time it comes. It was really unbelievable to experience such a sham standard of services from Clarks Group of Hotels. The guest has to ask for all the basic room facilities including the basic toiletries. ACs were in real bad shape in some of the rooms. Cigarette smell engulfs the rooms in this Hotel even if not smoked in the room you are staying.

Sapna being the branch of clarks serves you the best, the food here are rich in quality and the service as well up to the point for the service. Staff here are quite friendly and its appropriate place for small functions as well as for fine dinner. Buffet available is also worth exploring and yoy will surely get great experience.

I was not there as a guest but a wedding guest. Havent went inside rooms. The marriage was arranged in a garden. The place is sufficient for holding around 400 people but not more than that if a hall on the floor is also included. Overall a nice wedding but yes I have seen better marriages at hotel of same rating. So I ll give it a 3 star out of 5

Nice hotel with great food and one of the biggest hotel lawns in the city plus 2 banquet halls. Management is also good. Prices of food on menu a little on the higher side but worth it.

The food was abit spicy here but it was amazing. The prices are not too high and the staff is very good here. The place looks amazing.

The location is nice which is near the highway and there are big halls available for hosting different kinds of events I visited it when I had to attend a retirement party and the hotel was very suitable for it.

Location wise, place was nice. The rooms were well bulit and spacious. All major facilities were there. Bathrooms were amazing. Little details added in rooms were great. Serive was excellent and staff was super friendly.

It's service is good but the toilets were not fully cleaned of room no. 107. All the arrangements were good … The electricity service (generator) was poor.

Very good hotel in vikas nagar area. Banquet halls are also very good. Onyx hall on ground floor has a very good lawn as well to accommodate a large gathering. Restaurant is also good which has a bar as well. People can also enjoy their food in open terrace as well. Food is also very delicious and the staff is also very polite and gives good service.

The hotel is nice and rooms are comfortable but the price is on a higher side. If you get a good deal for the hotel online, its a good hotel. Though, the area in which the hotel is situated is not a prime location and is fairly far from hazrat ganj and other prime locations of lucknow. The hotel is approximately 25kms from the airport.

Sapna clarks Inn is on ring road and can easily be noticed and there food and hospitality is very satisfactory… one can enjoy as a guest or can also organise events… it's comendable.

This is a review for their ceremonial hall (Onyx) and not for their hotel rooms. If anyone is looking to organise a function there, read on; others, please ignore. •If you have a lot of guests coming in their own vehicles, do note that this venue has very little parking space as it's been constructed on the ring road right next to a used car dealership. •Most of the staff is lazy and lacks basic manners. •The hall used for celebratory gatherings is poorly ventilated. We were having bouts of coughing due to the fumes coming from the kitchen. If you are organising an event involving food, make sure to inform the staff beforehand to keep all doors and windows open. •The food tasted okay but nothing to write home about. •On the plus side, the hall can accommodate 200-300 people at a time and was well illuminated for the occasion. So, it makes sense if you want a venue in Lucknow with large indoor area that does not cost a bomb.
