Visiting this place for the first time and I must say that I am very impressed with their reception and behaviour. Talking about the ambience it was totally amazing. They got both indoor and outdoor Sitting space with some good music. My personal favourite was the outdoor area. You can hear the birds chirping. You can visit with your both friends and family. Talking about the foods I order some cocktails and Sizzler and Lasagne. Everything was superb. In dessert I ordered DEATH by chocolate it stoled my heart. This one is most recommended. I was very happy with everything and will be visiting them again soon.

It’s highly discomforting if the customers are not listened or attended properly.
I kept asking to slow down the volume of the music which was playing on our head but nobody listened instead the manager kept increasing it! It was a pathetic & highly displeasing experiences being there as it all left me with my aggravated migraine! I had to vomit twice when I was back home! I think this is enough a comment for anyone! Thanks.

Its is one of the best hotel I have visited yet. The staff is too co operative and the service is also very fast. I usually book this hotel once in a month. Really impressed with these hotel staff.

The location again is good and also in the middle of hazrat ganj. There is no issue of parking. It's perfect for a birthday party or get together, else the size of halls may be an issue. Coming to the food, the starters are just amazing and also the desserts but the main course gives a set back, so I wasn't very happy with the main course. Again it completely depends on your choices of how you likr your food to be.

Good place, room was big and nice with all facilities, location being just 100 meters away from hazratganj main road was very apt, also no noise of traffic, food was okay, staff also ok.

Called up for reservation in Terrace restaurant, they said not required but when reached was told that no table was available. Though many were vacant. Told to have starters outside in this heat and then shift to main hall once the table is available. Shocking. They don't have even waiting area. Finally had to leave as no table was available for next half and hour or so. Better luck next time, perhaps never again.

Very nice hotel with infinite list of food items in buffet. Lovely ambience and the food was finger licking for sure with a very minimal price tag. Do visit once to enjoy the delicious food items.

If you decide to overlook the metro work that is going on near this hotel then this hotel is one of the best in its category. Rooms are comfortable and equipped with modern facilities. Service staff are cordial but wish they had more updated knowledge of food trends and or atleast the names of simple dishes. Food is average but not too bad. Will recommend this hotel once the metro work gets over.

Perfect hotel with great ambience and mouth watering food stuffs… starters, main course desserts all were delicious and I would recommend others to come also. Good hotel to stay in hazratgunj, halwaisiya market area. Rooms are modernized, comfortable, rates are reasonable. Restaurant is bit costly. Service is punctual and up to mark. Good for family and business trips. They even have banquet hall.

Excellent hotel with spacious rooms in the heart of Lucknow Hazratganj. Close to a number of excellent food outlets like the dine-in-your-own-car types Dastarkhwan all the way to upmarket bistros serving Italian food. The upcoming metro has messed up the travel but the location of this hotel is excellent. The rooms are all well annointed, clean beds, clean toilets, the bedroom with enough room to accommodate a sofa and a few mattresses. Breakfast is phenomenal and provides idli, dosas, wada etx to pasta and parantha.
