Very bad experience with this hotel however so far all hotels by Oyo were good or excellent. Hotel staffs are seem unprofessional and rude. Room service is poor you may have to call many times for basic requirements. Please ensure to add complementary breakfast because they didn't not provide us however OYO has returned my money of breakfast. Our overall experience was not good.

Although I had a confirmed booking from oyo… It took them over half an hour to actually check me into my room. First I was told there are no rooms. Then its a weekend and they've sold out. Very sad the way they tried to handle the situation by lying to customers. Over all stay was dissatisfactory. The bed was good so that's a plus but at the same time multiple room fixtures were damaged or broken and the towel was wet (+_+)

Hotel rooms are good. They just need to update there customer service. That's it. Overall valu for money.

Very bad experience with the hotel. Washrooms are worse than public washrooms. Toilet seat kept aside for display. No geyser working. Very rude staff at reception. This place doesn't deserve to b in oyo list of hotels. Pls dont go in this hotel!

. All is very good. Except sometimes they delay ur order of water. Receptionist is very humble and gentle. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Overall very good at its price. Lift parking etc are available. Disabled friendly entrance should be there.

Please don't stay here if you care about hygiene. The rooms are dirty. Bedsheets are dirty and they also don't change even after complaint. The staff is rude especially the manager. Hated it.

Rooms are horrible, no water in taps, fused bulbs, cistern jet head broken, dirty linen, bed bugs many more… many more. Being a regular I will never recommend anyone in this property.

Good Location but the service is bad. The food looked stale and we had to go outside to have something. Will not recommend.

It's a nice place to stay. The price is reasonable and the staff is polite. The breakfast is nice too. The room is clean and hygienic. Situated on a prime location with easy access to shops and transporting system. In house restaurant is also nice and the quality of food is worth it's price.

Not worth the money. *Oyo should prohibit this place. *Gyeaser issue. *They charge for complementary water bottles. *Breakfast is good. *Near to station is a add on.

Worst experience ever. I have stayed there for 3 days with my friends. You won't believe we couldn't sleep all night because of bedbugs. Horrible experience. Won't recommend anyone. Staff is not that helpful.

Situated on Aishbagh road a few KM from the Charbagh station. This hotel is a part of OYO Rooms, couples welcomed. The service provided is in moderation. You can't call it a very high standard but there is always room for improvement. The staff is very gentle and are intended not to disturb someone's privacy. The overall impression of the hotel stays a definitely YES if you are in need of pocket friendly rooms.

Terribly bad for the price we paid for the room! We booked through OYO ROOMS and stayed for a day only, but the overall experience was bad. The room size was ok, but the washroom was disastrous! Water leakage, geayser malfunctioning and many more. Room service was ok. Location wise its good.

Rooms are basic, do not expect "wow" factor in their rooms. There is no restaurant, food is served in room. Food is also average and moderately priced. Breakfast buffet was a disaster though. Buffet was cold, no choice of dishes, most common item in breakfast is Egg and that was nowhere to be seen. Choose this hotel if you're on a really tight budget. I might not come back at this hotel again!

Value for money, clean rooms and good room service; also quality of food is good.

Rooms are very spacious and well lit. The furnishings in the room as well as the washrooms are excellent. The breakfast buffet was good quality, even though there weren't a lot of options. The free Wi-Fi was among the fastest I've experienced. Last but not the least, the staff was courteous and helpful too. The only dampener was the lack of hot running water. I will definitely be visiting again.

Close to station. Staff is rude. Wi-Fi doesn't work. Room was full of mosquitoes.

Located on a busy road near nakka hindola crossing, quite near from the railway station. The location of the hotel made it easy to visit nearby places, all major attractions located in a span of 5-6 kms. Overall experience of the hotel was average, rooms are average room service is average as well. Hotel staff is helpful though. View from. The hotel is of a busy road (Not so great thereby) Got a deal from yatra, didn't find it value for money though. Deals available on all major travel websites so lookout for best deal.

Location was good as it was close to charbhagh railway station and bus stand. Complimentory brk fast is available. Wi-Fi not available. Food is good. Bar is also there in hotel restaurant. Staff was good Ambeince of room is ok.

Bed linen is spotty. Washroom is wet when u rent the room. Floor is not spick and span. Locations is good. Parking is available. Front desk staff is ok.

Hotel is located in main city. However Room cleanliness is Not up to the mark. Also service time needs improvement.

This hotel has several problems attached to it. It promises high availabilities though maximum are not available. Most of the food in the menu card was not available. The banquet hall provided for complimentary breakfast was closed and after that we had to go with a meagre breakfast. We are very much disappointed with the service. It's not at all designed to be a 3 star.

Everything is good, reasonably cheap, clean hotel. Very minor ignorable ifs and buts. Worth staying again if u need cheap, good, clean hotel. Staff is cooperative.

Its nearby railway station good service, I am staying here since 1 month.

They do very gud services and fast too. Its about 1 KM from my home. I cant say anything else because don't know much about it.
