One of the worst hotels I have ever been. I brought my friend there as a Visitor to meet for 2 hrs they started saying that visitors are not allowed. This is the first time I have met a hotel where visitors are not allowed. There washroom didn't have a lock even. The room was booked for 3 people but the bed was given of 2 people. If you are giving the bed for 2 people then why are you even charging for the third person. The complaint was made on the reception for the third bed and then they put a bed with matterress. The Room had no space to walk when the third bed was put. The washroom had used shower gel. No one was there to listen. Even at thee reception they all were so rude. We asked the guys to give us plate and fork and just imagine that it took 45 min and 2 followups for them to get us the cutlery. We left for some visits and asked them to clean the room while we come back. When we came back after 5 hrs, the room was not cleaned. The room was smelling and no one looked into it. We spoke to the reception and again it took 30 min for them to reach our room and clean. This is the last visit to Golden Tulip. Worst Service and Worst Experience. I won't recommend anyone to go there. Waste of money and energy! Pathetic experience.

Nice people with cooperative behavior.

I m here to share my experience working in this hotel. I have done my industrial training from this property from February 2021 to April 2021. And what I came to learn is everything. The behaviour the environment the personality of the staffs were beyond what I expected. As I was the only single girl working in the whole property they never ever allowed me to feel uncomfortable. Have always taken care of me and treated me like there own children. I m overwhelmed with all the love I got from them the respect I got. Every department staffs were so co operative they never ever allowed me to feel homesick. Learned a lot. Hope to work again here ❤️ This is just not a review but the inside scenerio of the property. I will always cherish those golden days of my IET. The journey from Kolkata to working in this property was the most memorable one. Through this I want to thank each and every staffs and the people who are connected with this property.

Good hospitality but please improve food quality.

They don't make u comfortable at all. U need to carry most of toiletries and other essentials as they charge for it if u ask them. Specially in few golden tulip hotels like in haridwar they ll even fight with you. Its not about staff… its about golden tulip group who s not maintaining its repo in comparison to other four star hotels. Buffet is vry limited. For complimentary buffet also they ll serve one omelet cut in three pieces and serve to three. Very cheap n poor services. Can only book this hotel for one night stay that too for official purpose never for personal or family.

Rooms were clean and big, the house keeping staff was excellent. The room service was slow. What I did not like was the advance that the reception took at the time of check for usage against the minibar and to my surprise minibar was empty and even the refrigerator was not working.

Nice hotel, big, spacious, neat and clean rooms, good food and great atmosphere. Friendly and courteous staff, clean rooms, large swimming pool, nice selection of food for both vegetarians and non vegetarians.

Golden tulip is an excellent hotel. It is a must to visit that hotel. The food quality is excellent. Parking facility is very nice. The food was nice better than most of the hotels in the area. You should visit golden tulip once.

It was a nyc place for those guys who wants a good hangout with there family and friends. We had dinner there. Nd went on the roof top. Awesome atmosphere for enjoying night time. And food was amazing. I loved it I dont know about other peoples. But I enjoyed.

I believe this is the best hotel in affordable budget… Better to book rooms online via any booking apps definitely you will get the best price. Now lets talk about hotel rooms good, clean and hygiene. There services are also quite impressive, I loved it. Best thing is there staff is good.

Great service and very loyal servants. I forgot my wallet in swimming pool washroom, I informed the staff and they were quite supportive about it. One of the cleaning staff member (virender) submitted it on reception. I would say the where hospitality is more important that place is must visit.

Okay okay experience. Not so good. Budget hotel. Rooms are clean n hygenic. Bed and bedding was excellent. Room air conditioning is not so good. Rest its at a good location.

The Hotel is best for the price it is. There are basic amenities available like gym, pool, Wi-Fi etc that you'd expect from a 3 star hotel. The service is pretty fast and good. The food is overpriced just like any other hotel. Overall we had a good experience.

The hotel has good ambience but doesn't have good lunch and dinner as being in Delhi.

Buffet was very good with lots of option to choose from for appetizers, dessert and main course. Very clean and beautiful decor as well. The only thing bothered us very much was very bad smell outside road @ the main gate. Food, internal cleanness and decor were excellent. I would go again for dinner buffet and recommend anyone.

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed… so far. Weird rules and regulations. 1. They don't allow couples who are different religions. One Muslim and the other Hindu. I can't even call them racists they are far beyond that… 2. Can't enter in the restaurant with the slippers on. Haha. This rule was hilarious. 3. Never fixed my TV even calling them for two days. 4. Weird 2000/ — deposit if you want to check-in aven after paying the two night stay prior. 5. No bar and pool access (why do they even add these in the amenities) TOTALLY ITS A NIGHTMARE AND A MINUS STAR…

Neat and clean rooms. The restaurant could be kept open till midnight. Really courteous staff.

Everything about this hotel is good except the location. Firstly, it is in ghaziabad area which itself is not safe at all. Secondly, within ghaziabad it doesn't come in posh areas. There were drunk people and cows roaming around the hotel. Except for this, facilities are upto the mark in this hotel. Staff was very friendly and the room was just as shown in the pictures. One star less for the location.

The place is really nice at par or greater than 5 star experience. It is a serene since it is a bit separated from the main road. The interiors are absolutely plush so is the food and service. It has all necessary facilities like valet, restaurant, wedding hall etc. Service staff is nice and polite!

Its A very Good place for marriage and other parties for various occasions. Easy access and being on road visible in traffic. Loveable place lovely arrangements and all requiremets available. Just open your pocket and enjoy your function.

A decent hotel with it's restaurant having good food and quality staff we often visit there as the prices are almost the same of a normal restaurant. The restaurant is asthetically decorated. A calm and quite place for a sumptuous diner or for a family get-together. No madning crowd and an understandably normal time of service. Moreover parking is free and on asking you may also get a good discount, so give it a try.

The food was nice. There is no parking hassle as there is valet services. The interiors and overall experience is great!

It's a scam guys don't believe on these cheaters. The General manager and the sales guys will spoon you to fall in the trap and then won't return the calls or money back. I booked this placed for my wedding but after I paid my first advance they rose the price of everything. I asked for the refund and guess what I got in return. The general manager Mr Anil say "humpar aise legal notice roz hote hai" we are not scared of anything. Pathetic experience. Stay away from these cheaters.

Service and maintenance is going down these days in the hotel else the hotel is perfect otherwise.

Hotel staff and services was good, but there are issues with the Groupon buffet dinner as I was expected more and I purchased 2 Groupon buffet dinner vouchers and then called to hotel for confirmation then they told me that no buffet available we can serve you table only. And the table serving there only one item person dishes in starter and main course, so overall experience was ok not up to the mark.

Please DONOT give your cars to the valet service. Irresponsible drivers. It takes 2 hours to proof yourself right and them wrong. And no reimbursement is done immediately. You ll have to come and beg for it with the another proof for repair bills. Pathetic.
I am irritated and frustrated because I had to prove them. Why couldn't they just admit it.

Place is decent and food is good. That is all u can expect. The service and staff is very bad and uncooperative. Very less staff and if u have wanted something like coffee or similar, then either u get it 2hrs later or u can just forget about it. Very irresponsible staff and service.
