Very courteous, helpful staff. The managers were friendly, ensured a very comfortable stay & guided us to make the most of our stay in Udaipur. The only suggestion I have is to provide a quicker breakfast and if they can tie-up with cab drivers it may save the tourist's time.

The rooftop restaurant is a nice place to have lunch or dinner with a beautiful view. Food is okay and services are reliable.

Loved a stay there, manager was very helpful. They upgraded our room to super delux as well. Pros: conveniently located and easy access to rickshaw etc. General store, break fast options etc. Are available Budget place, hot water, clean washroom and beds Though the towels were not so clean.

Permanent travel counter needed. Though helpful in getting in touch with tour operator. Ready made tour packages with comprehensive information on with rate cards required to help tourists and infuse transparency. Goa hotels are far ahead in this matter. Location is ok near railway station. Hill view is there. Not much traffic on road which is plus side. Conveynce available. Rooms are spacious. We have balcony. Enjoying natural cool breeze. Small stores including medical stores available nearby.

I just checked in. (24 Feb 2018). Old, very well maintained and Royal furniture in my room. Staff is very humble and very well behaved. At present lot of construction is going on in surrounding's and because of this there is lot of noise.

Very spacious rooms, ultimate breakfast, super clean and big bathroom. Very good view of city palace and lake pichola from the roof top. Real 3* hotel. Worth staying here.

Stayed for three days two nights from 14 jan to 16 jan. Room were neat and spatious. Breakfast was also good. They had buffet system with good option of food. Location and room service are their key points but their beds were not comfortabel and were very noisy. (choo choo choo) they should either repair or change their beds. All staff are too copprative and polite. Wifi was not working.

1. Over priced. 2. Nothing in terms of amenities. 3. Food was very average. 4. Room service was very slow. 5. Rooms were clean. 6. Hot water available. The waiter was not very considerate. Looked like he is doing us a favour by taking our order. All in all, I would suggest a hotel by the Pichola lake side. Views from such hotels would be amazing. And there should not be much price difference.

Good staff, good Rooms, ok food (great breakfast), but not so good facilities. Stayed at this place in December, never had warm water in bathroom. And not too many people know but it's right beside Cemetery.

Nice ambience with both in room and rooftop dinning options. Being situated near to Lake Pichola create an awsome view from top. Food is nice and satisfactory.

They have one of the best stay available in the city. The hosts there will take each and every feedback seriously and work on it at the very moment. They let us in even before the check-in time. At a very economical tariff and breakfast combo, they become one of the best place to stay in city.

Good rooms. Very courteous staff. An excellent deal for the price. MOST important for me was that this is a truly pet friendly place. My puppy's food order was taken at the time of booking and was ready when I reached there. Pet owners who have to travel across cities by car have a lot of anxiety if their pets are not accommodated well. The management of Hotel Pratap Niwas was very considerate of his needs and ours as well. You made our trip stress-free. Thank you.

Decent hotel… With basic amenities… Got a really great off season price which made it value for money.

Beautiful ambience… good and convenient location from all the scenic spots of Udaipur… rooftop restaurant is just the place to chill and get a view of beautiful Udaipur city… food served is mouth licking and last but not the least … AMAZING HOSPITALITY!

Well decorated interiors the dining extremely good overall a superb experience and yes food is of top quality.

This is a very nice hotel with royal haritage look. Entire staff & specially the senior management is very — very helpful. Food is delicious and rooms are also quite specious. The front office desk is very helpful. View from the top of the hotel specially the roof top restaurant "Machaan" is fabulous during night.
