The location of the hotel falls on the road to the Mehrangarh Fort. Room is well equipped and appropriately priced. There's a good roof-top restaurant and lounge with quality food. If you plan on eating non-veg, ask for the non-veg menu specifically. The staff is lovely.

From the outside an impressive looking building tucked away but only accessible by upto a small car. Our family room for 3 was a large room comprising of a double and single bed. No fridge, safe or tea/coffee making facilities. Room service did provide hot water and cups on request (… I carry my own supply of teabags). Cold water bottle provided on arrival. Large bathroom but initially not enough towels for number of guests, and no bathmat or hand towel. Wifi very very poor we could connect but no signal in our room. TV had hardly any English speaking channels available. Theres a sign on room door that reads 'hot water 7am — 10am'. Our evening shower only had tepid water but on request they turned it on to heat up. Day 1 complimentary breakfast was limited until I pointed out other items on the menu and some became available. Day 2 even less choices. This hotel has so much potential but it feels managed by an inefficient team. E. G they prefer you to call room service instead of popping into reception. Glass doors are covered in finger prints. Much of the restaurant furniture is well worn. You don't see cleaners around the place attempting to keep it clean and tidy. Good points; the clock tower is a 10 min walk and the Fort about 20 mins but it's advisable to have access to a map as it's a rabbit warren so negotiating a route is not straight forward. We didn't try the restaurant as we're put of by the breakfast options.

Built from an erstwhile haveli of a rich family Rooms in a variety of price ranges Rooftop restaurant with a beautiful view of the Fort Location in the middle of the city close to most major attractions Fort is barely 10 mins away.

Location not better but rooms and service is best.

Amazing experience in this hotel I have. It has a heritage view from outside, it looks like a palace when you see it. Rooms are amazing and very spacious. Staffs and room service here are amazing. The view from the roof top is very soothing. Mehrangarh fort in the night looks very beautiful from its roof top.

The hotel is located very close to the fort but it is at a very congested area. You won't find any peace here. There are local neighbors around, and the kids keep making a lot of noise as they are playing around. You can't even open the windows for any view. The lanes are super narrow, our car could just manage to get inside the lane. Some staffs are weird at times. Some are really good. The food quality is just ok. The good thing about this hotel is the view from the terrace dinning area. Rest its just an average hotel. The hotel staff should really work on the maintenance of the hotel.

The room is large, cozy and well kept! Hot water available, as well as shower and toilet. The view from the restaurant is delightful! The food is spicy as Jodpur is the city of spices!

Room was very good, clean and comfortable good cable connection on the TV too. The food and service from the restaurant upstairs wasn't great. But overall a God experience with a very courteous hotel staff.

Located in the middle of the city. The food was good. The staff was helpful. The rooms are really clean and quite big. Special mention goes for the roof top restaurant with a view of the majestic Mehrangarh fort. I would love to go back!

Excellent stay at om heritage… Well maintained property with all modern facilities… Lovely food and room service… lovely rooftop restaurant with fort view… The only problem is to find the hotel… as the hotel has no pick up facilities… other than that everything is awesome…

Unbeatable value at this price point. Comfortable, basic rooms. Restaurant employees don't speak English, but the view is fantastic and the restaurant serves meat dishes and beers.

I absolutely loved my stay at Om Heritage. The staff there is extremely cooperative. Rooms are spacious and clean. The best part is that their restaurant is on the roof where you get a complete view of the blue city, the Mehrangarh Fort and the Clock Tower. Though it is a bit inconvenient to reach the hotel as it is far from the main highway, the hotel staff has provided very good transportation to us. If you want to go to Om Heritage, don't think twice! ;) :)

Nice location, tasty food and very supportive staff.

The place is very close to the Fort, which seems to be the biggest attraction in Jodhpur. Indeed the view of it from the rooftop is great. Getting to the hotel was a little sketchy. Our driver approached the city from the southeast/south and went through Jodhpur's hectic center, which increased the travel time by about 30 min. We quickly learned to avoid the city center as we made our way about the city. Our room was large, but nothing excessive. It did however stink. It seems like the smell was coming from the bathroom drains. The hotel manager changed us to the next room, which still didn't smell great, but was way better than the first one. One thing they definitely have to improve is their Wi-Fi coverage. It was limited to the lobby next to the elevator (which we decided not to use because it never took us to the floor we wanted — "programing problem" said the host nonchalantly). Sadly, I have to mention the rooftop and restaurant cleanliness. Downright disgusting. Pigeons take shelter in the ceiling and cover the whole place in droppings. The breakfast area hasn't had a proper cleaning in ages. We had one breakfast there to never again try it. Our guide told us the best hotels are in the outer rim of Jodhpur, near the palace. I wish he had let us know that ahead of time.

We stayed there in November 2016. It is centrally located with all the tourist spots in jodhpur situated close to it. Coming back to the hotel itself, it was quite modern, clean and well maintained. The owners and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The service and the food was great. One of the highlights is their rooftop restaurant which affords a great view of the Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada and Umaid Bhavan while gorging on delicious hot food at night.

The property and view is fine and lovely. Ambience is quite cool. 4 star rating is fine, food quality is fine but could have been better.

Fantastic! Stayed here for two weeks and loved the hotel, restaurant and all the wonderful staff. Can't recommend highly enough!
