Good hotel in Jaisalmer. The roof top restaurant is also good. We had challenge with the dinner. I guess the chef had just came back from leave. We had to wait a lot for dinner. Rooms are neat and clean. Spacious rooms. Service need to be improved. Washroom also need to replace few items like mug, bucket. Overall the stay was good.
Hotel Sand Castle is a low budget hotel. The cleanliness of rooms was just ok. The bathroom did not have hot water facility. The staff is not professionally trained. While the facade (front view) is very artistic the surrounding areas are not maintained properly. Since Jaisalmer is not a big city anyway — this hotel is almost at the end part of the city. The management of hotel may consider training the staff on professional approach, better maintenance of surroundings, availability of hot water. While we paid around Rs. 1100/ — for two double rooms for one night — in my opinion it was not value for money.

Very average hotel for staying. Room settings ok. Big size bathroom, out side looking of hotel is nice. But the issues are, the hotel is inside of street. Vehicle parking, turning are too small space. If one vehicle parked on road side its difficult to passing another vehicle. Lets look inside of hotel. Rooms are ok. Bathroom too species but fitting are local. Flush not working (staffs tried to repair it, but not well), always leakage fittings. (I checked two rooms both are same) no cable connection, dusty rooms, speder net covered the windows and ventilaters. Broken tray and plates. But they provide super brakefast. Nice potato parata, curd. Helpful staffs, very cooperative. If you staying just for one night you can choose it.
