Not very beautiful and bright. Average quality of food.
Property is good but located at an isolated spot 15 kms from Jaisalmer so a guest is dependent on the hotel services. Food is way below average for the kind of property and price charged. Air conditioning didn’t worked properly. Out of our 3 days stay, I had to call for plumber twice as there was no water in the bathroom. In addition to bad service and food, on checking out staff and the hotel manager behaved in unacceptable manner accusing me of taking a hand towel. We asked them to open our luggage and check, but they insisted not to do so and charge us for the missing hand towel 500 bucks after me paying 24000 for 4 nights stay. I will not advice anyone to go for this property because of its design and all, the service is below a 2 star hotel and food is not eatable.

Overpriced food. Paid 200Rs for a bottle of water. The rooms are nice but went during off season and was served horrible and undercooked food. On complaining was informed that the executive chef was on leave. However I was still charged executive prices for the food. The staff is friendly though.
