Good hotel… Nice rooms… But room service can be improved.

Stay was pleasant. No distrubance from their side. Room service was very good. Good experience overall.

Location can be improved. Amenities are good and ambience is nice. Swimming pool is under construction. Food is wonderful as well. Overall stay was goos.

Nice Ambiance, One of the best place with roof-top Bar. Good food nice view & friendly staff. Have own valet parking.

The place is good for partying and hanging out. The bar is good but not great. And for "not so expensive parties" the place is perfect to hold such an event. I recommend you to come and have a visit. Kudos!

The staff is simply the best! They really did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We especially liked that free drinks such as water, Indian coffee & Chai were available throughout our stay. The interior is absolutely amazing — we felt instantly at home! We spend our last night in the hotel, but we were able to take a shower and relax at the hotel the next day which was great!

Hotel infrastructure is little old but big enough along with good staff good service delicious food and a rooftop bar lounge. I recommend for family as well as solo travellers.

The worst ever service AC was also not working the Wi-Fi is not active in complimentry brakefast they pnely give paratha and idli every day and if you don't like clubs here is a club also they play songs till 3am so you can almost can not sleep.

The hotel is really good and the housekeeping does its job pretty well. The car rental is also cheap.

First off I like to say I'm not a picky person when it comes to hotels but this one was absolutely horrible. It's actually operated by OYO which you have to be very careful with using because they have simply cancelled my reservations with my previous hotel. But the main reason it's a 1 star is because of the price to quality ratio. I've stayed at many hostels/hotels in India that looked better then this one and they were more then 1/2 the price of this place. Plus it's super loud. There was a party here on a Thursday on my floor until 3am. With room service ringing my room when I didn't order. Plus the breakfast was really bad. It's a hard and burnt I couldn't even finish. The people at the front desk didn't give be a towel or toilet paper and the beds were… Just look at the pictures. You decide.

Good Facility and staff behaviour, great hospitality experience, delicious breakfast, and they also allow outside eatables.

One of the best Hotels in Sindhi camp, Service is good and staff is always ready to help. There is also bar on the roof of the hotel, provide good quality of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Totally Happening place. Went there for 2 days, Enjoyed a lot.

Good convinent place to stay for a night or two, bang opposite the bus stand and hardly 1 km or so from railway station.

Excellent and old Five Star (*****) hotel in Jaipur. But now a new group of hotels purchase this hotel and Renovation work on progress in Hotel and shortly reopen by name : RSG Palace. So now Maharani Palace concert in to RSG Palace. RSG Palace.

Its very old hotel near bus stand, if you want to stay near station and bus stand its a good option, it its not as luxury as you think, you have to compromise in few things.

Not suggested for couples average experience Not properly clean and you can smell all over the hotel cigarette weed and wine smell if you dont drink and smoke then you feel suffocation. and very crowded due to Sindhi camp and metro station near to it.

Nice staff, reasonable rates, good ambience. Just one thing irritating here, Complimentary breakfast will not served in room, you have to go Restaurant before 10 Am to have it. Except that, Reasonable food, beverages and Drinks (Just 175 with taxes for black dog's One shot) Nearby bus station and Railway station.

The rooms are good and service was also good. Overall the experience is good there.

Waves — Discotheque cum pub is super. The hosting, serving, crockery, service, taste are super. The Food on first floor is ultimate. You get the best taste and service at city centre. Maharani Palace is always been a first choice on every Jaipur visit.

Don't get tricked by the nice looking lobby of the hotel. The hotel couldn't find our reservation upon our arrival, therefore expectedly had no rooms to offer to us. After the staff spoke to their manager they realized we indeed had a reservation and offered to make our arrangement at Maharani Plaza (owned by the same company) further down the street. We were pacified by the staff saying the other hotel was of the same quality. We discovered later that the other hotel wasn't just lower in tariff but the rooms were horrible with broken bathtubs and ugly looking unclean bathrooms. There was no hot water in the bathroom and it took some explaining to the daft staff that we needed hot water for shower (and not for drinking). Hot water eventually arrived but only after they had wasted plenty by running all the taps in our bathroom for over 20 minutes. Next morning we asked to be moved back to the hotel we had paid for. The rooms had all sorts of issues from very loud noise of the AC (enough to not let you sleep) to smell of cigarettes to walls with paint peeling off to unclean sheets. Whats funny was the fact that the reception staff acted as if they weren't aware of these issues with the rooms. Either the managers never inspect the rooms regularly or the staff is lazy to not do their jobs or both.
