It's a best place to stay if your in Jaipur. The whole place has a clam and peaceful vibes. Each and every staff greets you with a warm smile without interfering into your personal personal time. The reception area is tastefully done. You feel like your inside a palace. Both the buffets are scrumptious and lavish. A wonderful place to relax and destress yourself.

Excellent experience … great service as always from Aslam and Balvinder. Really gave a ‘at home’ experience with their specially cooked food.

Very bad service, staff esp the waiters and the receptionist were very rude, not at all courteous, and I will personally message all my friends and colleagues never unto visit this hotel. My evening and time got badly wasted. My mistake to have chosen a venue like this for my spouse's bday.

I was here for vintage car exhibition, this is a royal hotel or state of the art money can buy… Just beautiful, anyway nice staff cool stuff and beautiful architecture great place to stay in Jaipur. Security is great, although it seems to very big place But located at station area, so easy to reach.

Located south of the train station, this impressive hotel is set in 7 hectares of beautifully manicured gardens, which most of the swish rooms overlook. The 18th-century building was once the residence of Jaipur’s prime minister and is now run as a hotel by the Taj Group. Tastefully furnished standard rooms are very comfortable and enhanced by miniature paintings. The suites are conservative and refined, with some exquisite antiques. There’s a gorgeous circular pool set in the gardens.

For my triangle trip to Ajmer, Jaipur, Agra & Delhi we booked Taj for all the locations. Taj Jai Mahal is one the the best heritage property we have ever seen and our experience and expectations with this went at all time high and now we are expecting the same to our next location Agra (Gateway Hotel) and Delhi (Taj Mahal Hotel). I believe no one can beat Taj in the level of hospitality they provide and each person at the Taj contribute to that and provide maximum satisfaction & comfort to their guests. I Thank each & everyone at Taj Jai Mahal for making our stay very memorable. Which is still going on. With one more day to go.!

The service offered here is amazing and the people are nice. There are various restaurants here and you can choose to dine in according to your cravings and mood. The food selection is great and the dessert selection is.

Built at an old fort this place offers one of the most relaxing stays you'll get. Evenings at done area are what you would want to keep coming back again and again. Rooms are a tag below Taj standards but the overall experience just makes up for it. Special thanks to Mr. Aslam for making the stay even more special.

I would start by thanking the complete team of Taj Jai Mahal Palace for making our holiday truly memorable in all possible ways. As avid travelers and admirers of Taj properties we have been to many Taj properties till now, however, this was our first time in a heritage property by Taj group. We were fortunate that it turned out to be one of the best holiday decisions that we might have taken in a long time. The level of hospitality that one gets at Taj is well known, however, the staff at Taj Jai Mahal Palace takes it to a different level altogether. There is a certain warmth and peace that flows in the air, a sense of oneness, a feeling that one feels at home or only with people whom we know for years and most importantly an extremely positive atmosphere that greets you at Taj Jai Mahal Palace. 'NO' seems to be forbidden word across all ranks and departments at Taj Jai Mahal Palace. Each staff member seems to be waiting for an opportunity to go out of his or her way to provide maximum comfort to the guests. Interestingly the staff at Taj is extremely conscious of the definition of 'comfort' which can vary from person to person and they take pains to customize themselves as per the 'comfort' level of each guest. Infrastructure wise the place will leave anyone jaw-dropped at the way a centuries-old structure has been retained in almost the same fashion as it would been kept under Maharaja Jai Singh's regime.

Hoter to enjoy at least one night when you go to India. When I say one night it is to get there as soon as possible and make a full day and enjoy its facilities.

First-class accommodation and restaurant. I am enjoying and the service is very attentive.

Extremely nice hotel. The best we had in India and we are only staying in 5 stars hotels. The rooms are nicely decorated, the staff is friendly and taking care of the guests the whole time. We are feeling in the middle of an Oasis in such a big city and after some sightseeing it is great to habe such a quiet and nice place to go and have a rest.

One of the top destinations in Jaipur. A wonderful restaurant Marble Arch which served a delicious food. The staff at the restaurant were exemplary in their behaviour and attendance. Prices are on the expensive side but worth the culinary experience and ambience.

An absolute stunner of a place with great food and amazing service. The vast grounds are extremely well maintained and form an oasis in the heart of the city. More than worthy of the "Palace" tag in its name.

The Taj Jai Mahal Palace was the best thing in Jaipur. The ambience, the facilities, the restaurants, the beautiful complex and above all the amazing staff. We booked this hotel for my daughters 21st birthday on the 11th February and we were not disappointed, she had the best birthday ever. Dining at the Cinnamon Restaurant was an experience in itself, the table had been decorated with rose petals and balloons, cake and flowers were supplied by the hotel. She totally felt like a princess in fact we too felt like royalty from day 1. I would personally like to thank Arihant, Shiv, Rakhee and Ummed for their hospitality, all the staff were exceptional. We will definitely be visiting again, thank you.

It is a beautiful heritage property managed by the Taj Group of Hotels. Good landscaping, palatial rooms, the huge open air chess board is delightful. I visited the Indian speciality restaurant and opted for their special fixed meal. The preparations were good, the price fairly steep but it did leave a bit to be desired. In the past like around 15 years ago I have had the same meal on several occasions and I feel it was a bit better then and the presentation was more beautiful. Not to say it was bad now but not as good. Number of items seemed lesser but on the plus side wastage was lower now. It was more difficult to finish the meal in the past although I was younger and my appetite was bigger.

A beautiful property, this heritage 5 star hotel is benchmark when it comes to hospitality with a royal touch. Upkeep is immaculate with prompt and quick services. All in all a great experience.

Nice experience in a whole. Great services, not so great rooms, but the additional facilities are just top notch! Maybe not worth the 30k per night. But a great experience with family.

We did not, unfortunately, stay at this place, we instead just went for afternoon tea here I've day while in Jaipur and everything was exquisite. Having been on a budget vacation and staying with friends in the city, we decided to treat ourselves one early afternoon and were not disappointed. The ground were impeccable, the service was to-notch, and the food/drink was really good. While there we saw a wedding taking place including all the traditional North Indian pleasantries; an elephant bringing the groom in to meet the bride, beautiful people, amazing traditional Indian attire, etc… Would definitely recommend, for tea, a stay out a wedding!

The hotel boasts of three world-class restaurants that offer multi-cuisine with traditional Rajashtani hospitality at its best. At the bar, one can have a sip or two of high quality wine along with friends in the soothing ambiance and enjoy the evening. This hotel is also known to organize cultural programs especially during the evenings. Guests can enjoy these programs sitting in the luxuriant lawns of the hotel. Spending a peaceful evening with family in rooms is another option.

The room service, the guest service and the people who work here are so nice and amazing! The food was also very good. I would definitely come back in the future. They make you feel so welcome!

We visited all different Taj Hotels one in Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Mumbhai out of all we enjoyed our stay the most at Jaipur in Taj Jai Mahal Palace! My kids visited India for the first time and really liked the hospitality of Taj hotels! one speciality of this Jai Mahal is a very homely feeling and much relaxing place to be! My whole family had Spa services and they are awesome! Chef personally attended our table and cooked allergy free meals to take care of my children nut allergies! Food was delicious, authentic and welcoming! Their hospitality is much appreciated! A BIG SHOUT OUT to the Main Head chef in Jai Mahal! Food was great! Hospitality is five stars! Neatness is five stars! Much homely feeling! Love to stay again! A big THANKS to the staff for finding my language and bringing it on time! U made my vacation a memorable one!

Beautiful Hotel. The food is very good.

It is a place with upgraded modern amenities that still give it that old feeling. The grounds are gorgeous and offer protection from the city outside. I loved it here.

A good palace hotel of Taj group. Big area, with green, Peahen and peacock, Victoria, good restaurant and friendly staff will attract you to visit again.

Excellent hotel in Jaipur. Food and service are excellent. Their car service could use improvement — if you want to get a car on short notice for a local trip, they seem to be at a loss. Guests do not necessarily speak Hindi, so it'll be nice if they can give directions to the taxi person who most likely wouldn't understand English. Their suggestion to get Uber for a short trip ended up in a big mess.

Extremely pleasant stay. Grateful for the special offer made by Tata/ Taj groups on Independence Day for service personnel. This not only showed their regards for defence services but also facilitated us to enjoy the Taj hospitality.

This place is almost home to me. Everybody is very kind and generous from morning to night. They are very hard working and you can get to know the chefs and waiters like the hard working Aslam (server) It was also really fun to fly some kites and swimming in their pool. We came during the New Years Party which was a lot of fun from their food to the dancing. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. The head chef is also fantastic — he personally greets you every morning — try his eggs Benedict!

We had a very memorable stay at the Jai Mahal Palace. The pampering started from the moment we stepped into the Hotel — right from the warm welcome given to us by Ms. Misba Ansari to all the other staff… We had gone there to spend some time relaxing and ushering in my birthday and were thrilled by the time we spent there. The staff there was extremely courteous and friendly and ensured that we had a wonderful time and have left a lasting impression on us. The Personal touch in everything was indeed admirable — right from sending a cake and bouquet to the room to organizing a small celebration at the breakfast table. We were amazed at the wonderful spread and tried the various cuisines offered there… absolutely loved the Italian food — the kids were thrilled by the Pizza and the Risotto. The "Lal Maas" that we had at Cinnamon was superb and we topped it with the in-house Cinnamon Ice-cream, another delight. We loved the way the Chefs interacted with us and explained how they made each dish that we liked… specially Chefs Rajesh Ojha, Mr. Kuldeep Rajvanshi and the Lady Chef at the Breakfast (sorry for forgetting her name! ) and heard stories about what different they had done in each preparations to make them so palatable and delectable… We also loved the personal attention given to us by the GM, Mr. Rathore and his suggestions regarding what restaurants to try at the Jai Mahal Palace were spot on.

It was a wonderful evening well spent. The food served was fantastically awesome. I'd like to mention some special names Ms Kartika (FO), Ms Pragati (F&B) & Chef Pradeep Shekhawat ; all of them were very courteous. Jai Mahal Palace surely one of the best hotel of the city with one of the best restaurants i. E. Cinnamon serving the best Indian food. Thanx Team JMP for such a warm hospitality…!

Fantastic palace property that was once the residence of the Prime Minister of Jaipur royalty. Landscaped gardens with a spa, swimming pool and a beauty salon. Well appointed rooms and good restaurants with a good menu. But what made our stay the most memorable was the warmth and hospitality of the staff — right from check in to check out. Highly recommended.

I've visited this place once with my colleagues and found this place Royal. Ambiance was good and the staff including manager and all were good. Keep it up guys.

This is a very grand hotel in a palatial building, in enormous grounds which are popular with wealthy Indians for weddings. There are verandahs and pretty pavilions, and a lovely irregular pool in the gardens, with peacocks, pigeons, Asian crows and lapwings birds coming to drink in huge flocks at sunset.

Great place to pamper your taste buds and yourself. It gives you a feeling of being a king surrounded by too many people to please you. Mr Narinder Rathodh is a gem of a person and always be your side to help you ; then what to say about Mr Bhanu and chef pankaj as they will pamper you to an extent that you will be bound to come back again. Aslam is the man who will be on his toes to help you with your beverages… with his refreshing tea. Deepak … the kite flying man made us fly kites and we had fun in evening in the pool. Mr jai deep singh at front office is always smiling and welcoming you. And a warm welcome with flowers.

Falls in line with what one expects from a Taj hotel in terms of service and room quality. Set in a historic palace on expansive grounds providing respite from the hectic nature of the city. Is a haven for peacocks, parrots and other birds.

A heritage property that is now a five star property run by Taj group. Excellent ambience. Their cakes and pastries are too good and famous since long. A favourite of the western tourists.
