I was denied entry in hotel premises by the manager and the hotel guard even after having a room. The gaurd and the manager present harassed me for having bringing food from outside, rather than discussing policies, they criticised me for booking the room. I booked the room, ordered their 600 rs Biryani which was a disaster, so to cool off my mind went outside to have lassi and paratha, the paratha was in high quality so I packed it and took it to the hotel. There they forced me to throw it and asked me to order food from the other otherwise stay hungry. Very rude, a big no no. Go for something like Sheraton, this is nothing like that.

Very good behaviour of staff, very neat and clean rooms and bathrooms. Very good hotel I recommend it.

Excellent hotel. Services are good. Rooms are spacious and clean… Little problem as very noisy area outside. And rooms are not sound proof. In the night it becomes disturbing.

This place is centrally located. You can get transport immediately outside the hotel. They serve very good breakfast. Staff is courteous and want to help you. The rooms are very good.

What a lovely find in Jaipur! Loved this hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Great amenities, delicious food, and simply the best staff. Rooms are very spacious and the beds are so comfortable! Would definitely recommend this place!

This place has good ambience. We opted for the buffet option for dinner. Though they didn't have many non veg options — just one starter in non veg, but the taste of everything was very nice. The service was amicable. The restaurant's name was 14 Tables and yeah you guessed it right, they have 14 Tables. They do have residential options in the same property but we has gone as a visitor to restaurant. Overall, nice.

It is placed on the prime location of the city. It is a 3 star hotel with restaurant at the ground floor. There is 2 or 3 halls which they give for functions. Food were good over there.

Good property! The restaurant staff is also great. The only problem is that main entrance of the building is facing the motor repair shops. The noise and the crowd from the shops does not make this a peaceful and calm property. The rooms are good and clean. The bar is small and the staff at the bar is not equipped/ trained well. The restaurant food is excellent both at dinner and buffet breakfast. The chef's are very good. Food and cleanliness within the building are excellent.

Fantastic hotel for a reasonable price! Highly recommended. Breakfast not the biggest and bar can be improved but if you are looking for a perfect place to stay during travel, you can't go wrong.

One of the best hotel in Jaipur. The staff is very polite. Food served great. You get variety in breakfast. Rooms are very cozy. Interior is awesome.
