Holiday inn is a great choice for weddings as well as conferences. The rooms are quite spacious and the food is also quite nice. The staff is very courteous and helpful. They also have good room amenities and services. The location is nice as well as it's not too far from the main city but is still quite peaceful.

Probably the best food in Jaipur. The food tastes like it's been made with love. The ambience is really nice and the staff is very courteous too. Definitely a must visit.

Holiday inn Jaipur The hotel itself is located in the centre of the city with a wonderful golf course just 10 minutes away. The staff is very friendly and helpful and specially one of the staff members Manish is extremely helpful and kind. The Chinese bistro serves good food and the breakfast is limited but good. I have had a great time here and enjoyed my stay. Because of the way the staff and hotel members treated us I would love to come here again. Thank you Regards.

I have been there a couple of times, for wedding functions and to their restaurant and also attended a stand up comedy show featuring Kenny Sebastian. The Hotel is quite good. Their buffet serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisines. The staff is also polite and helpful.

The location is prime and easy to locate. Do try the infinity pool and if bored, you always have the option to visit the city pulse mall nearby. The Holiday Inn hospitality carries it's good standards here too, the breakfast is a delight and food is above average.

Visited for several professional events. Services provided were good. Staff is well-mannered, polite and co-operative. Quality of food was good but choices were limited. Free parking was available and cards were accepted for payment. Location is convenient and easily noticeable from traffic.

Amazing place. One of the finest hotels I have visited in Jaipur. The ambience is awesome. The customer is also very nice The hotel rooms are comfortable and gives a exotic experience to you.

Very Holiday inn. Clean, nice, simple. And the best. : good breakfast and a rooftop pool.

The hotel is pretty much what you would expect from Holiday Inn. Only problem with this hotel was that the bathroom water was very hard, normal soap and shampoo will not lather. Also, the shower water was only warm, never got hot water at any time of day/night (maybe a room specific issue). Also there are a few light fixtures near to the window for which there is no switches to turn them on.

Now a days improvement is obvious. Bufe is rich and all the preparations are delicious lavishly. Ambiance better than before. Staff is cooperative and supportive. Lobby is excellent to sit. Location is best in Jaipur. Conference hall lovely.

Great hotel in the business center of Jaipur. Unfortunately, it was a little trails from the main attraction-Amer Fort. Nice lobby, friendly staff on the counter and not even slow. Comfortable rooms, decent bed linen. Children liked the sofa on the windowsill… Passed the test for extra blankets and pillows-brought the same quality. Great breakfasts and dinners in the Monarch restaurant, and with the Kids eat free system is super! There are local dishes (Rajasthan), Indian and European. The first supper did not even include children's drinks. The staff is great and in the café.
There is a small gym but literally three treadmills and a few exercise machines (water and towels were always).
The rooftop pool overlooks the city. Small and with a clear lack of loungers… It is necessary to add sun loungers or armchairs-both times it was occupied all. It would not hurt to make a small renovation on the roof and there does not catch the Internet.
From the strangeness-in the room there is only one bathrobe and no slippers. A dental set and shaving set are available on request, as in all Holiday Inn. And another recommendation-neither in the room, nor on the counter there are no postcards, but this is a great advertisement.

By the way, Jaipur is much better than Delhi and even Agra.

Easily one of the best in Jaipur. It's a newly built hotel so everything's brand spanking new. The ambience and decor is best in class. Rooms are cheap and really quite good. Room service is also good with an extensive menu featuring Indian, American, Continental choices and good selection of alcohol. The staff is friendly as well. Morning Breakfast buffet is one the best I've seen in a hotel of this class.

Awful. Trying to be a luxury hotel but it's not. Built round a vast central atrium open to the roof with the rooms off galleries round the sides, I'm strongly reminded of a prison! No outdoor space. There is a pool/bar on the roof but it closes at 7pm — handy. Inside your cell — sorry room — you'll find a tacky glass work desk and a connecting door to the next room. Through the window we had a view of the wall of a hotel or apartment building next door. As with all these monstrous chains you really could be anywhere in the world. Two small beers will cost you the best part of £10. You'll find a bottle of water on your table at dinner — be aware they'll even charge you for this — with no shame or embarrassment. To sum up, if you're a photocopier salesman with a good expenses account you'll probably be happy enough. If you're trying to visit India for God's sake don't stay here.

We stayed here for 2 Nights in January 2018. This is the Holiday Inn on Sardar Patel Road Near 22 Godam. Impressive lobby, quick check in very efficient and polite staff. Rooms are spacious beds are comfortable bathroom is very clean and housekeeping is excellent. The included breakfast has a vast variety of both vegetarian and non vegetarian items. Staying here was a very good experience.

The best of holiday Inn Jaipur is the location. It is amidst city center and just a few kilometres from Railway Station and Bus Station. It has several halls and two very well maintained bars named Ten Kings. We went to these bars on several occasions. I also went to have food on new year's party and found that some good food was served and good music was arranged. Overall I had very good experience at Holiday Inn Jaipur City Center l.

Holiday inn hotel is a very nice hotel with nice service and interiors. I went to the hotel do the new year celebration I was impressed by it. It had a nice open air guest dining and large buffet. Any family or person visiting will be impressed.

The food was excellent. The people and the service is friendly as well. Though at first the lamp in my room was broken, they patched it up nicely, which showed that the people responded timely here. The location is between 2 shopping centers, and the view was exquisite. The rooms looked fresh and clean, and the bathrooms also looked fabulous.

Very good place to stay, close to two mall to go to eat, because the rest of the hotel have exaggerated prices. Breakfast is incredibly good and varied. Very friendly staff.

Attended a wedding here of one of my family friends. All in all good experience. The hall was a little small though the decorations were nice. The food arrangement was good as well. Though the food was ok, nothing great to speak of — it was not too oily and was light on stomach. We did not stay in the rooms so cannot comment there but the staff were friendly and helpful.

Good hotel and good food. Went there to attend a function. The property is new and room are great too.

Great suite with double sinks in the main bathroom, shower and bath tub. We requested to change rooms after the loud music from the bar below our room startibg shaking the walls! Staff were helpful enough to move us quickly.

Just the right place for a nice evening with your family, friends or business associates. Don't grumble for the slow service. In the end you would be satisfied for that well spent time.

Upgraded one of our rooms to a suite. Couple of things weren't operational in the standard room. However, that's trivial. Breakfast spread was decent with good quality food. Good staff. Small issue, our car sent for valet parking had a small dent and scratches.

Fantastic Hotel, amazing staff — well behaved, courteous as like they know the meaning of hospitality. Rooms are good without any doubt, comfortable matress, washrooms are neat n clean and provided with all basic amenities. Gym access is of 24hrs and swimming pool is upto 8pm. I must say if holiday is required then yes Holiday Inn can be the choice.

The hotel has excellent service, the rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is excellent and overall good value for money. The location was good for us, but not sure how the location compares to other similar options in the city.

This is a fine hotel and has decent restaurants. The hotel is relatively new but the lobby seems dated already. I think the hotel itself deserves 4 star for the service but I am deducting one star because of worn out furnishings in the lobby. Some of the seating areas look like they were never maintained since opening. There are a couple of big chairs with worn out maroon velvet upholstery, and it gives is very dirty and yucky look even from a distance. I think it is more because of the fabric, but then this speaks of the lack of maintenance at the property.

Appalling and dismissive experience when my camera, money and toiletries stolen from my room. Because I had to remain in Jaipur to report this theft to the police for three day minimum as they investigated, it was going to have a domino affect on my tour, I didn't, but was advised by my insurance company that they would need a letter from the hotel outlining what had happened, the hotel refused as they did not want any association of any form of liability. When I complained, they checked the tapes and absolved themselves, as being the next day nothing was found, as if it would be. They came to my room and started poking around like they were trying to find my missing stuff, as if I didn't look. Also I left my pillow behind, which they found, and requested if they could send on to my next hotel, it never arrived. And the numerous emails were unanswered in regards to missing money, goods and also the pillow. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Oh btw insurance companies do not pay out for cash, so put in safe, which I normally do, just got caught out this time. Camera and toiletries would not have fitted into safe. Go there at your own risk. Oh I notice they reply to these reviews on this site. Well I'm not one for posting this sort of thing but after such a lack of regard, I feel it is my right to inform the general public. Im sure there will be every corner covered but the managers reply.

The Ten Kings bar at Holiday Inn is one of the best that I have been in recent years. The beer was served at an ideal temperature. The tacos were juicy and fulfilling. The ambience was cosy, personal and relaxed. A place to unwind and spend good time.

Cool place to hang out with family during winters or spring season. Not advisable in winters due to extreme hot. Facility is awesome with terrace swimming pool and gymnasium on 6th floor. Must go there!

Very modern hotel with lovely rooms. Food is very good — the Indian dishes are delicious. Small chilled swimming pool is very refreshing in the heat, however it may not suit everyone as there were only 4 sun lounges. Staff are friendly and helpful. Difficult to exchange euro for rupees in the hotel — seems to be an issue in this part of India. It's not a problem here, as there are ATMs nearby and 2 shopping centres. Highly recommend this hotel if you're in the Jaipur area.

Holiday Inn Jaipur is perhaps one of the best hotels I have ever stayed not only within India but outside India also. The Hotel is full of amenities and it dose meet all requirements to conduct big workshops. Conference halls are very big & comfortable. Breakfast which they serve is perhaps the best with full of varieties, once try, you will never be disappointed. We conducted 2-days workshop with about 150 delegates and didn't face any problem. Front desk staff were found helpful. Give a try.

Even after reaching 45 min past their checkin time of 3 p. M. Rooms were not ready. Finally got the rooms after 30 min and that too on separate floors and with a view of slums…

Affordable Luxury Hotel. Enjoyed our 2 days stay here thoroughly. The staff is courteous, supportive and ever smiling… However the breakfast (buffet) in case you have chosen in package is not very promising. I'm not a food connoisseur but then there's something missing with the food. In short, food is just average… I just loved the initiative of when I noticed that the guy who accompanied us to our room was differently abled… Thumbs up for your efforts … I specially thank the reception personnel for allotting us a corner room with a decent view. Had a happy stay… Thanks.

Its a new hotel… rooms are specious but cleanliness of rooms and bathroom is not upto mark.

The hotel is centrally located and very easily accessible. They have a very good and an efficient team to pamper us. The best part is the rooftop swimming pool and a fully equipped gym.

Newly built property with many film stars preferring it as their first choice of stay in Jaipur. Rooms are spacious and staff well mannered.

This just changed couple of months in time of o months Before it was like heaven but now its like hell Every thing changed WORST now.

Nice room, comfortable beds but horrible Internet access. If you need to work in your room, it is basically impossible.

Difficult to give it a 5 when we have just come from Shiv Nivas Palace, Udaiper, with water views & private balconies, but besides the lack of balconies or a decent view the Holiday Inn was great: Staff were fantastic across all fronts; security, reception, concierge, management, waiters, bar staff, cleaners & drivers all exceptional. Room was pleasant with nice shower and comfy bed. Pool deck was very nice although constant security patrol seemed a bit unnecessary. The food was also exceptional. A few less feedback surveys would have been good :) Overall a very clean and well managed hotel, and reasonably close to all the action. Would definitely recommend.

Avoid room on fifth floor. Specially room number 408 and 413. Hotel opened in 2014 but condition is worst than budget hotels. Service is very poor. You will find fused bulbs in lamps, vibration sounds of ACs. Shortage of staff. Dirty Sofas in the room. Wi — Fi is free but hotel people will not tell you. If you are in hurry then you have to take your luggage yourself. Try Marriot or Lalit.

It was a delightful experience having spent a night in a newly developed property with all the latest and up to mark luxurious amenities. One would the love the spacious lobby on third floor. Humble and polite hotel staff will make you feel much comfortable than your bed will. A must visit place.
