The best hotel on the hills, a must visit place and the only one with such a good view. You will feel like walking in the clouds.

Good rooms, best in Patnitop. Still expected more from a high class hotel.

Location is just right for the scenic view, room service was good. However, rooms were not as warm for 2 degrees temperature. Hotel green top needs to work on that.

Hotel is centrally located and the view from the room is great. Duplex room had issue of uneven heating in the room, and cleanliness could have been better.

Great place with nice view. I stayed in the new wing which came up recently. Well done up rooms. Good service. I am satisfied so far. Would also like to add that I stayed during off-season period so the service factor might change during peak season. Might. :)

It's a great place to chill out… The rooms were very clean and specious… Room service was also quick. Food at the restaurant was also very tasty. We enjoyed a lot.

I stayed in this hotel with my family for 3 nights we booked 4 rooms. The location, service, cleaners, staff dealing is awesome and excellent we recommend this hotel for family satay.
