Who needs hotel when you are in Leh. Raku guest house is worth every penny which offers you hotel amenities with homely feel and experience of living with the locals. This is a guest house, so you have to be patient and kind, whatever is your request they try to fulfill it if it's possible. They have some rules which we should follow as it's their home and not a hotel. The breakfast and dinner they offered us was very delicious and the best part is most of the stuff they grow in their garden, so everything is fresh and very yum. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know who are visiting Leh because I know they will also love it.

We stayed in Raku guest house for 4 days when we were in Leh. All I can say about our experience is — Absolutely beautiful. Generous and kind people. Each morning I looked up to the breakfast which they served with love and warmth! Food was delicious. Rooms — Best in the city. They take care of arranging everything to visit ladakh places. Sonam bhaiya, Angchok uncle, aunty and everyone! If you're in leh, this is the place you should be living at. As I am visiting this again, and again for sure.

The owner of the house is warm and friendly, the garden is very beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the catering is delicious.

Clean rooms with superb view of mountains and garden. They grow their vegetables in their garden. We stayed in room no 205, 201, and 101. All these rooms have awesome view. The old building is warmer than the new one. If requested, they can arrange your pickup from airport. They serve breakfast, lunch, dinner at additional cost. The food is homemade and tasty. It's a nice experience to eat food in ladakhi style sitting. People here are very friendly and helpful.

Great House, Lovely people, Delicious paratha's. Worth every penny. Surroundings are like heaven and you feel like you are in the middle of the mountains. It's ideally outside of the main market which makes it very accessible still away from all the buzz. Personal recommendation for everybody.

Awesome guest house! Spacious room, clean, great mountain view, lovely garden and delicious food! The best part of all was the owner, Sonam, who was knowledgeable about this region. He truly went above and beyond to support us when there was a problem with our itinerary. I strongly recommend Raku Guest House and will definitely come back here again!
