Awesome place food amazing.

It is not at all a 5 star hotel but a 3rd class hotel! We booked for 2 nights in March but our pathetic experience of 1 night at the hotel made us leave the hotel after 1 day only. Bathroom had red marks near the shower as if someone had spit there and not cleaned. Noise was coming from the adjacent room all the time as there was door connected. Was understaffed. No napkins on table. Renovation work was going on, with smell of paint coming when we sat outside at 1st floor Cafe. Mr. Sakib and staff were themselves sorry but could not even refund the amount of the night we did not even stay.
we have not even got the refund of the 1 unused night till now. It is a third grade hotel having a 5 star rating, truly pathetic! refund my money!

We stayed for 3 nights in lockdown situation in the state due to Covid 19 but we didn't feel to go out as the Resort has all facilities ambience weather and very clean and nice facilities and fantastic management and staff is best of service. We stayed from 30th April to 3rd May 2021 and really miss the place a lot.

Best place to stay at srinagar zakura… the hotel is under the bed of nature… fresh flowers, organic fruit and delicious food and the staff is so friendly, they always ready And available 24*7… must visit srinagar and stay here… the stress gonna released if u visit here.

It was awesome. Ambience in itself is so relaxing and calm… u forget that u r still in srinagar. Staff is very helping and hospitable. Food is good. Seems to be very nice hotel, location is awesome, better for those loves calmness. Free from noise and air pollution. But it's very far from city centre. Very good place to enjoy your vacation.

Awesome is the word. The hotel is a beautiful property right in middle of orchards, its a bit far from main srinagar but that’s what we needed, a place away from hustle bustle and in beautiful serene environment! Full points for beautifully kept gardens, sparkling rooms and amazing customer service. During the 3 nights we stayed here we loved every bit right from the scrumptious meals, cycling around the garden and sitting in gardens overlooking the mountains! The hotel services are 5 star and staff is helpful and courteous. We visited Kashmir first time & stay here made it memorable! One suggestion would be to open the swimming pool early as staff told us the health club and pool opens at 11 which is not very helpful for the guests. Also my package mentioned all health club facilities expect massage but then we were informed only swimming pool & gym is complementary. But otherwise it’s an amazing place all thanks to great hospitality and positivity you feel here! Will come back for sure.

Secluded and serene. Lovely garden with apple, npear and peach trees. Views of mountain and nature. Excellent food and extremely polite and cordial staff. Newly opened and would definitely recommend to friends and family. We had a very good time.

We happened to visit Kashmir during first week of June. We planned our 2 nights stay at Srinagar with The Orchard Retreat & Spa. This property that has just been operational from past 2 months was wonderfully maintained (an exact replica of the pictures) and extremely scenic. One of the most fantastic locations in Srinagar. As you enter the property you are greeted with a beautiful driveway with lawns on either sides. We also loved hanging out on the deck upstairs and were captivated by the sheer beauty of the resort.
Massive thanks to Mr. Anupam, Mr. Farooq, Mr. Sohail and Head Chef who were so willing, courteous, accommodating and proactive and took every effort to make our stay comfortable.
Shall Definitely plan on coming back soon!

One of the best places in Kashmir. I fell in love with this place at the moment I checked in. It's so so beautiful that it's difficult to explain in words. It was our wedding anniversary week. We got a beautiful surprise deco in our room. The kids had a great time there too. The staff is so helping and caring. Specially Mr. Mubayed, he treated us like his family. All the amenities were up to the mark. The food is delicious. I haven't eaten better tasting food in Kashmir than The Orchards. I recommend it to everyone who wanna spend some peaceful and luxurious time with family. Planning our next trip again soon InshaAllah.

Looks like a beautiful hotel, in a serine ambiance. Photos are great but a virtual walkthrough could really make a difference. Just want to go inside the hotel n get a virtual online experience of the hotel.

Luxury property with beautiful orchard surroundings and breath taking view of mount maha dev. The hospitality is world class with modern facilities. It gives us real feelings of 5 star and their food and services was amazing definitely will visit again.

I haven’t been such a place this orchards retreat is a heaven I loved there services my family did enjoyed lots my son was crazy about this place when I come to Srinagar I would love to stay tat place good and taste food good management good hospitality. Everything was 10/10

From our arrival to departure, the service was exceptional. Being a luxury traveller, we can confidently say that this hotel ticks all the boxes for a 5 star accommodation. Housekeeping and dining team were real professionals in their fields. Their fried trout is absolutely mouthwatering. View from all the cottages are awesome and garden is mesmerizing. We had great time playing in swimming pool as well. There are lots of other facilities to explore like Club lounge, Coffee shop, spa and more. I highly recommend this hotel… serenity is at it's best! Looking forward to our next trip!
