Extremely nice place for a affordable price. Service by staff and owner is excellent.

The hotel deapple. Is one of the best place to stay in Srinagar as it gives us comfort as home. The location is too good. The hotel is near to all famous places like Dallas lake, veg Krishna Shana, tourism center and also near to famous non veg restaurant that is Mughal darbaar. The staff is very helpful in all the needs I want to take some names one is Mr Sajad. And another was Mr Nadeem they were most cooperative I suggest every one to stay at hotel DE apple then you will feel the difference. Thanks hotel deapple. To make our travel comfort.

It is located in nook interior from the main area. My booking in MakeMyTrip showed it as a 3 star property with breakfast and dinner included. Google also have had a lot of good reviews. The reality showed that it is not a hotel but it is a kind of very decent lodge. Rooms was neat and clean. Bathrooms are sanitized and very hygienic. There was a small heater in the room. Food was really good. Then why I rated 3? May be the hype on earlier Google reviews, my past 3 star experience and MakeMyTrip feedback really created a much of expectations within me. Also, a lot of items to improve towards customer experience. — Vehicle parking in front was not possible, due to much congested location. — Looking at location, I got a question whether we are safe. — No lift available. (Yet they helped me to shift my luggages) — Phones at reception not attended, I had to go and speak to them (I was on first floor and it was easy). — The people at reception had no idea that my booking included b'fast and dinner. Initially they asked me to pay for dinner while ordering at reception, I had to make them understand. (Receptionist did not understand English). Nevertheless food was too good. — No one was there at reception in the morning when I had to check-out at 8 AM. Just their front gate is locked with no security and none in front reception or lobby. I had to call the mobile number given on Google and asked them for help.

Very nice hotel and good hospitality. Thanks to Mudassir & Nadeem, enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommend.

FIrst time I visited Srinagar and Check in De apple. Hotel Staff was very polite and Hospitality was very gud. Food was amazing looking forward to visit again.

Very well planned modern rooms and very big area. Clean, less traffic, good service and at convenient location cost at higher side.

Located in a very peaceful locality in Srinagar. In promimity to the famous Durga hotel (which means your good food source is sorted). Staff is helpful. Not too big a hotel but hospitality is still brilliant. Manager Mr. Bilal will make you feel like home.

Suberb place to live lovely room and staff love maggi.

Very good hotel roughly half a km from dal lake. Room was clean and had hot water. This place does not have complimentary breakfast.
