Not meeting the expectations, in every thing. Lift, non operational at most of the times. Dirty rooms, with the spread carpet. No room cleaning. Preparation of the food is below average. Situated in congested area. Vehicle entry and exist is cumbersome.

Bad bad bad. Rooms and bathroom ver smelly. When complaint at reception they vr not helpful.

Near to Dal lake. Cheap and best. Room are always available.

Zero service in food & room, staff do not understand English or Hindi. When we asked why the service is too bad, they said we are already charging less for the room how we can provide services with that. I will recommend that do not book this hotel untill unless you don't have any options.

Hi guys. This is one of the most pathetic hotels that I have booked through makemytrip. Cost-2200. Mmt offer-1400 Pros: — still thinking Cons: — 1) took the hotel 45 min for my check in. Then I was told to wait for another 30 min as the room was not ready. Interiors were poor. Toilets were dirty. 2) entered the room and found the toilet flush wasn't working and there was no water through the sink tap. 3) as I had a long day travel I needed a bath. I checked into the room around 3:30-4 pm. To my surprise there was no hot water. I called up the reception and asked them abt it. They replied that hot water comes only from 7-12 in the morning. I queried what if a person makes a late check in and needs a shower. To my surprise he replied "even we take shower in cold water. Aap bhi le lijiye" (which I unfortunately had to). I was shocked and told them you are running a hotel not a sulabh shauchalay. I went down to talk to the owner of the hotel. And to my surprise even he was obstinate. He was explaining me that even 5* hotels don't provide hot water after certain time during the day. I understood it was useless to carry on the discussion any further. 4) Wi-Fi runs only near the the reception. No signal near the rooms. This is a hotel run by amateurs. I will certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank God I only had a one night stay here. Run Run Run as far as possible away from this hotel.
