This is the heritage building maintained since Riyast times when King was there. It is situated in the mesmerizing beautiful place Shimla and feel like the tradition of Himachal Pradesh. So in short I highly recommend this place to enjoy this place you will definitely feel Royal here. Must visit.

The worst hotel experience ever
After 5 weeks of travel through India this hotel had no idea how to run a business. Everything was a shambles.

It's a heritage palace. Hospitality is awesome. Kids enjoyed there so much. Rooms are spacious. Well organised new year party and enjoyed bone fire.

It's a very vintage place and nothing to recommend for it's.

Very cool sorrounded with 60 to 70 ft. Devdaar trees. Fresh air. Beautiful natural feeling in wooden interriors.

The Palace Hotel has a charm of the era goneby, anyone keen to stay in wilderness should opt for it, far off from main city, the stoic silence around makes a good stay for Brave hearts, not a lively atmosphere, breakfast served had very few options due to poor check in of guests, tea served was not hot, I did not enjoy my stay, at the same price would have got a much better deal in some other hotel.

The Woodville Palace is, "Paradise in the midst of the queen of the hills".
The heritage hotel has managed to retain it's old world charm yet is modern where it should be.
The staff is very warm and welcoming and what we enjoyed the most here is the delicious food.
The hotel is perfectly located, it's close to the mall road, one can easily walk it up and also most of the major attractions of Shimla are not too far from the hotel.
To sum it up, it's a beautiful hotel and I surely know where I'll be staying whenever I visit Shimla again!
