Parking facility available. Location is clean and hygienic. But inside rooms are very small and not very clean. When we entered the room it was filled with cigarette smell. Even at night when I stepped out of my room the whole corridor was filled with smoking smell and ppl in other rooms where drinking alcohol with cigarette smoke keeping their door open. Even though room boys were supplying food to their room, nobody stopped them doing that. Bathroom doors are made up of wood and you can not lock it from inside! Our bathroom water was staying near the bathroom door and not passing easily into bathroom drainage system. So it was very much irritating as once u use bathroom and come out you will be seeing whole room will be wet and dirty. Night dinner was charged 450 each where as we have eater just plain rice and dahi! Expensive food Most of all when we asked the printed bill for our 2 days stay, the manager asked extra money for giving Bill! That was too disgusting. manager was trying to fool us by saying that tax charges will be extra for giving Bill! Here people don't accept paytm, or any other online transfer, no swiping, only cash. So if you are booking in person be careful about payment. They are doing this to hide their income I feel. Which is a cheating to our country.

Ideally located close to a private residence which is a heritage strucrure. Away from the hustle bustle and maddening crowd. Polite and helpful staff, lovely food.

Very bad experience. Hotel staff is uncooperative and arrogant. The room had hair on the bed sheet and we had to beg and shout to get it cleaned as they wouldn't offer absolutely any service beyond 10 pm; even if it's a miss in their room cleaning before handing it over to the next guest. Refused to provide hotel directions without enquiring endlessly about my booking confirmation. Refused to serve tea before 8 in the morning. All in all a pathetic service which no amount of view could compensate for. Not that that is great either. Wouldn't advise anyone to stay here.

The staff though helpful isn't very proactive but that shouldn't present much of a problem. The rooms are decent. The USP of this hotel is the view it offers which is worth every penny spent.

It has 24*7 room service and reception service + free Wi-Fi for all It has lift for premium rooms and for senior citizens. But it has no good view from normal rooms. Thank you.

The location is 4 km far from city centre which is accessible if you have a fare idea of the city. The hotel is maintained properly, has parking and clean rooms.

All the services are extra. Food takes lot of time. But decent place. Parking is kind of problem though.

Recently visited Shimla — Manali (9-14th Jan 2016). I would like to thank Mr Deepak for arranging tour. Me and my family enjoyed a lot and had great time. All arrangements made by Mr Deepak worked absolutely well. Hotels and their service was also good. We were lucky enough to have Mr Karan as our tour guide cum driver. We all enjoyed his company. He was very experienced, knowledgeable and cautious driver. Not a very good hotel, with unreasonable rates. Food variety is limited, and quality mediocre.

It was a great trip with this tour, very good assistance and customer service. Specially mr. Deepakji was coperative. even the driver was very reliable. The car condition was excellent, hotels were superb and was value for money. Excellent!

It was an awesome experience of shimla dharmsala and dalhousie. All credit goes to Mr. DEEPAK (himachal travels) for his great support at every step. Thanks… I recommend you to use his services as prices were also very reasonable.

It's a worse hotel I have ever seen In India. So I suggest you go for better options. It's not a 1 star like hotel according to me it's 0 rating.

We went to Shimla Manali trip in April. I was trying to find the best source/travel agent for it. Got to know Himachal Travels owned by Deepak. More than the Shimla & Manali views we enjoyed support from Deepak. At every stage right from explaining the tour package, costing, hotel bookings etc, Deepak was very helpful. I must have changed hotel preference multiple times but Deepak was very accommodating. Also his aarangements of Hotels, cab driver was the best amoungst the class. I would recommend my friends to go with Himchal Travels if you are planning Himachal tour. Deepak — you are really great guy, thanks for all help & support!
