Location is good, staff is very cooperative, clean and hygienic not good bed sheet, towels very old not clean properly, bathroom is very small, no lift facility lot of improvement required.

Price is high as compared to service… they don't even offer Complementary breakfast which otherwise is available on travel sites… had issue in rooms like view is so-so or electricity problem… though their rooftop restro and bar is nice… u can enjoy music nd dance …

Try the luxury suit. It's beautiful. The rooftop restaurant is awesome.

Pathetic is the word. The hotel is not even worth a penny. Very dirty linens and towels. Rooms are not maintained at all. Photos shown are nowhere close to reality. Staff is never bothered to provide a good service to the customers. The manager was never available either in person or on phone.

Worst experience… two day stay in the hotel was nightmare. No water in both bathrooms on second day of the stay. Imagine your little kid bathing and not a drop of water in winters of November. No manager to talk, only receptionist was there, no feedback register at reception. Horrible. I would never stay again.

I checked in for 4 nights now when the temperature is close to 0 deg C. From the first night, there was not single night that I could sleep fully. Every night they switch off the heater at 12 midnight. If you are from anywhere beyond North India, getting the heater switched off is like hell. Also, during the day, most of the day the geysers and the heater is off. What we heard as reason was that the diesel in the gen-sets are always finished. I upgraded to the suite and still it is the same. I have stayed in many hotels on the Himalayas and still I have never seen heaters being switched off during the nights when it is the coldest. I have no clue of the concept behind this. During the day, they are always refilling their gensets. Their Jacuzzi overflows and the floor is full with water. The door locks do not work. Only good part is they send people very fast. Their room heater in the Suite Room does not have the second heat coil (please refer to the photo). Neither does it oscillates. When I called the Manager, he kept repeating that they need to rest their gen-sets during nights, which is the coldest part of the day. God knows what logic is this. He said the owner will call me, which she never did. The door lock also does not work. I am not sure this is the right way forward for them.

Very bad hotel. It looks good in the pics but is really pathetic. No class, it's not a proper hotel just a few floor house. It feels as if rooms are on road itself.

Good service, good room and quite good food. All in all a good place to spend time with family…

There are 2 reasons why you might plan to stay at Kasauli Regency, but coming to it later. Why you should not: 1. Rooms are not worth the price, their Super Deluxe room is shabbier than ordinary Gurgaon guest houses. Their is no attention to detail. A floor carpet is basic in a winter getaway! Rooms are clean but not sure when were they last painted. Bathing mug is smaller than regular toilet mugs, looks like a collectors item! 2. Don't do the mistake of booking dinner in package. They have a different menu card for Dinner by Order and Dinner in Package or read it as a degraded secondary menu card. First hotel we came across where Fried Rice is offered with Chicken curry/Mutton Rogan juice. 3. Only employees cannot put a great show unless the owner herself is not engaged with the guests. Owner seems only interested to make the evening parties at Hangout a perfect show. No doubt she does a good job in that but ma'am there are guests who have paid to stay in your hotel as well. 4. Finally the much advertised Silent Disco is not so silent. If you're staying in room 311-313, you pay the price! Now coming to why you should: 1. Great view of landscape, there are unhindered view of mountains. You get to see sunrise from the roof itself. You may give sunrise point a miss. 2. Hangout their rooftop bar & restaurant. Accompanied by the winter sun it's very cozy, an ideal winter breakfast place with breathtaking view of landscape and it's own cool decors.

Good stay for family but compare to property does not worthy to spend 5k a day.

Not the worth the money , the top floor party scene of headfones is ok does not fulfill the hype thats surrounded it. Rooms are upto the mark and I would say food is also not worth having a feast upon, Sort of waste of money if u book the room for 4k for 3k its value for money.

A good break from routine, quiet n taste fully done, courteous staff.

Amazing rooftop bar and great view… very spacious rooms and great hospitality.

Only good thing is food butter-chicken was excellent but if rooms were neat and views were good I could have given more stars.

Small rooms, slow room service, out of Kasauli, food is awesome n restaurant is having nice atmosphere.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are spacious but outside view is limited. Roof top bar/restaurant is the best place to spend time.

We visited it last year just awesome really enjoyed every moments spend in there. The atmosphere of the hotel superb for the couple and young generation. Owner of the hotel is such a my dear persone else the stuff are also very good and moreover the packages are affordable and the foods, location are also good. After came back kolkata I really missed a lot the roof top of the hotel.

Rental for luxury suite is not worth @ 8k. No modern facilities available. Only usp is their Hangout (resturant & bar). If looking for luxury better avoid stay here. Upon arrival out suite was not even clean. The management is rigid about cancellation policy and unsupportive! Jacuzzi in the suite is a hogwash! No panel controls available and it will be filled by tap connected with geyser. Staff prompt though!

Good place to hangout wid nice food n ambience.

I had stayed at the hotel for a night with my family and the rooms are fine but they need to give a lot of attention to cleanliness on the whole. The room has tea and coffee but no sugar and no spoons. The bathroom was not much to my liking as they are really old and worn out. The bar is a nice place to relax and unwind with Bollywood music with cheap alcohol. Food in the bar is fine nothing very great, its just the usual kind but service was good. The reception staff was unhelpful and had to fight to ask for certain things even when their hotel was not running full. If you are looking for one night stay hotel this place is fine so go without any high expectations.

If someone ask me wat to enjoy in kasauli. I would suggest to stay at kasauli regency and go to hangout and let the mood be fill with joy & romance. Its nice place to enjoy and to forget ur daily hustle bustle life at city… Hotel is good. Staff is too good… food is tooooo goood. And hangout is awesome. they know the value of privacy and enjoyment.

I stayed in Kasauli Regency during the last week's trip. I found this hotel the best among all Kasauli hotels. I was speechless to see the variety of their rooms that include Deluxe and Super Deluxe room, Family Suite and Luxury Suite. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel with world class facilities.
