One of the most pathetic place and staff. Staff is so rude. They denied us check in even though we had a booking.

Staff is so rude and having carefree attitude, no proper information given to guest.
They are least bothered about guests requirements and needs.
They are just doing job just for the sake of salaries.

Nice place for kids to enjoy. Rather, I would say it’s a nice family club. They have this spacious play area, caring staff, and proper hygiene is maintained.

Stunning Club & Resort, the surroundings as you can see from the pictures are beautiful. The venue are luxurious and very tastefully decorated. Also the hotel has a nice peaceful ambience and the food is good too. The lobby area, restaurant, party lawn, external fountain and evening lightning is soothing. Staff go the extra mile to exceed guest delight and create lasting memories. Ms. Nidhi Sharma-helping you in any need-indeed a lucky charm. All friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Pathetic service and personal belongings are not safe. Staff is not at all cooperating. Worst place to plan anything. Never going to recommend anyone for this pathetic place.

Song the better managed and frequently spruced up clubs. Good restaurant options, great team of cheda. Small but clean swimming pool. Very polite and courteous staff.

Rooms are good and spacious. They don't replace the bathroom essentials if you are staying on consecutive days. AC doesn't seem to do that great a job. The entire area is very spacious with lots of amenities like gym and pool. Food is something very average.

We stayed there for a night in August in their Palm’s suite. Wonderful room great decor n awesome amenities. It’s a good place to visit with very well maintained property and warm hospitality. It was my husband’s b’day n dey served us a complimentary chocolate cake it was just awesome n very delicious.

I have been to Palms sparingly over the last 10 odd years since I'm not a member, but I have always loved the experience of being there. The ambience is wonderful, expansive, lush greens. The facilities are great over sports, lunching, drinks, corporate parties, you name it! The food choices are great and doesn't feel like you are in a club, they are tasty and not too expensive. All in all, I was joking with our friends that we'd love to have friends who have their membership so that we can keep coming back to Palms…

Property is very beautifully built and well maintained. This is actually a club but has amenities for both corporate and social events. It becomes more beautiful as sun sets gradually, with all the fountain lights, ambience. Must visit place.

READ CAREFULLY Everything is nice except the Service which is the most desirable thing in a reputed hotel, at least for me perhaps. I would give less than One star for SERVICE. We stayed here 2 days. For both the days in breakfast, they come and tell us "Sir, What is your last order for breakfast. We are winding up. " Even when they didn't ask us the first order and we were on time. money wasted. Almost 22000 paid for two days for PATHETIC SERVICE. Hotel Facilities are admirable. Swimming Pool is big & nice. Indoor Games & Outer games are available. Rooms are neat and clean but Room Service & Housekeeping services were pathetic. All and all, They don't bother to care for the guests even when you're very polite to them. not recommended.

I went to this place recently and it has got amazing colonial feels. There corridors, rooms, bar are very well decorated in colonial architecture. Its a wide spread resort with beautiful garden and swimming pool. My stay here was calm and composed!

Very nice club. Entry is by membership or as Guest. Club has a very beautiful and nice landscape, well maintained swimming pool, Modern Gym with all facilities, different restaurants for Chinese, Japanese etc. Food is delicious but portions are small. Rooms are available on per day basis. Any one can book. Staff is courteous and good.

Good ambience. The restaurant is just okay. Slow service, small portions. The bakery and ice creams are good.

Good service. Wanted ground floor as no lift, got changed following day. Food tasty. Pub meal/snacks with variety. Hotel decor needs attention. No Holi decor all restaurants closed till late. Only one open. Too busy for service. Not flexible about extending half day. Wanted full price for one night as wanted to leave by 11.30 pm.

Nice, big rooms. Well maintained. Food is good. Security is an issue. Anybody can walk in without even being questioned.

Well maintained. More elaborate food menu for room service would be great. How could you not have chicken tikka on menu!

This place is NOT what it promises to be. The front desk people are very arrogant. They have airs to not accept even pan cards as admissible id proofs. Neither does the booking mention what id proofs are acceptable at this high end hotel…! The rooms are not upto the expectations of what they are charging us. Food is the only saving grace! Not a good experience at all.

Have been a club member for 7 months. Food here is reasonable priced for the quality it serves. However, if you’re looking to join a club for community celebrations like Diwali, etc this isn't the right choice. Weekend brunches ate to die for!

Superb Place to be in if you are looking to stay in Gurgaon (read Gurugram). Has 3 proper restaurants serving Pan-Asian, Indian and Continental cuisine. One English-Irish themed bar with a good collection of Scotch, Wine and Beers. Also has an in-house Salon cum Spa, Gym, Swimming Pool and Coffee Bar. Rooms are much bigger compared to the other modern hotels with a walk in dressing area and lavish bathroom. Beds and upholstery is a lil aged (which is absolutely fine). Rooms are also fully carpeted which makes them all the more cozier in the winters. However there is no Lift / Elevator, which is not a big problem since the rooms are all on the 1st floor of the residential wings. Loads to do here specially if you are travelling with kids. They are bound to have a blast here. All-in-All a definite recommendation for Family and Romantic Getaway! (Oh! and you will have to pay an additional Rs. 1000 per person for a temporary membership along with the room tariff)

Fitness center is excellent as it's an actual gym for the country club members, best I've ever seen in a hotel. Spacious green grounds, close to metro. Rooms are very nice — you can tell they are aging a bit but very clean which is the most important. If you like privacy ask for a room that does not face the pool or interior, or at least ask to not be on the ground floor.

I had an office party and it's just okay place. Food was below average, service was poor. Starters served before dinner was not at all good. Main course food was below par. One has to wait for 4 to 5 minutes for breads. DJ was pathetic, was playing music in low volume. Even when people were dancing on floor.

Great club. The restaurant is nice as well. Never stayed here but attended many functions like weddings and they are amazing. So is the buffet spread these guys spread. Just amazing.

Good for all purpose parties & conferences. Resort like with parking space inside and good catering. Was there for a small conference only.

This is the second time I visited this place. The first time with my wife and the second with my wife and 3 month old child. Its a great weekend getaway for sure. Quiet, serene and peaceful. The services are brilliant and the rooms are super clean and well maintained. The swimming pool is huge and definitely a must if you visit this place. It had slightly warm water and I spent hours in it swimming. There are 2 restaurants (Senses amd Fusion) and a bakery-cum-restaurant which are definite worth trying. The food served was hot and delicious. The reason why I gave it a 4 star is because we were denied entry into the bar stating that "children below 18 are not allowed", since I was holding my baby when I entered. That was a huge let down. Its surprizing how bluntly we were refused entry even though everyone could see our child was fast asleep and, its quite obvious, a 3 month old child wouldn't be drinking in the bar. But I guess they probably misinterpreted the term "children below 18 are not allowed".

Excellent environment for a relaxed family outing or even a city business meeting. Good choice of food and beverage across outlets. Reasonably priced and good value.

Things looks dated and there is a general feel of indifference with the upkeep. Breakfast is really good. The staff are very polite and extremely accommodating. Overall, with some adjustment on their interior decor, this could have easily receives a 4 star.

I stay there regularly, one of the best customer care/service I have ever received. Swimming pool, table tennis, gym, tennis courts. In-room dining food needs to be improved, personally I go over to the Subway locate 2 mins walk from the hotel.

I booked three rooms for a staycation over a weekend. It's conveniently located in New Gurgaon and is close to highway as well as metro stations. The rooms are clean and spacious with all necessary amenities. There is a nice gym and swimming pool. The great thing for families is a play area for kids which keeps them occupied. For food you have decent in house options but I will recommend to go out for eating. It's very close to sector 29 market which is one of good places fo…r restaurants and pubs. The reason I am giving it a 3 rating because of the poor service (Only Front Desk. Restaurant service is great) which is nowhere what you would expect from a decent hotel/ resort. The staff at reception seems completely indifferent and the level of service have massive scope for improvement. I requested for an early check in which was not accomodated but worst is that we were not given rooms even at the standard check in time. We 6 people waited for over an hour and nobody even bothered to serve us water. I have to keep asking about check in time and hotel staff was not receptive at all. During checkout the reception team didn't​ believe when I confirmed no consumption from in-room bar and asked staff to check it. I have stayed in hotels across world but this has never happened. I found that the place is mainly used by business visitors when you are not looking for luxury but just good amenities. Please improve the front desk service.

Very well kept and well equipped club. It's membership based, but if you're not a member, you can still go as a guest. They have a great swimming pool, 2-3 restaurants, kids play rooms, tennis and squash facilities, a gym, a beauty salon and also host many events all year round.

Can you imagine a five star Hotel staff rushing at your checkout time to wash your linen then and there and asking you to take the linen with you and pay the amount (for the linen) just because they found some oil spot on it? Well, it happened to me. The receptionist misbehaved when I refused to pay for the linen and take it home. Despite committing a serious blunder on their end by giving me (a pure vegetarian) a non veg sandwich, they still have guts to fall so low as to bring my linen in front of me so that I can take it back home. This definitely can't be a five star property. Even a 1 star hotel won't do this. Really appalling!

We had a departmental dinner on feb 28. A gathering of around 25 people.
Our experience:
1. Food was just OK. Nothing much to talk about.
2. Billing issues: we had a deal at 1800/plate. But the final bill had been charged at 1925/plate… we had to do a lot of argument for that. There has to be a reason why this was done …
We organized s dinner so that we could have a nice time. But the hassle of having to argue to get the bill charged according to the mutually agreed rate ruined it all.
I guess we are not gonna return to this place again.
